Whoever is handling social media is not very kind. I remember calling a few times, and I didnt very much help.Some people write reviews based on their experiences with the photographer, and some people dont get the experience. I think I wouldve liked working here.

Billy is so fantastic. The fact that he is honest with you about the industry is absolutely fantastic. Every single member of his team is so kind.

My daughter went through several classes and a photo shoot. Billy and the staff we always professional and detailed in their handling of her representation.While her anxiety curtailed a long career she learned some great make up techniques and got her self esteem boosted significantly

I just recently had a photo shoot with WMA. This was my first actual photo shoot done with a agency and they made me feel comfortable and helped me with what I needed. Billy is awesome to work with and the girls helped with making sure our makeup and hair was on point throughout the shoot. It was fun and I can’t wait for many more photo shoots!

Thanks to WMA for being the reason to having such a successful casting recently. I have taken three courses with the director and these courses have helped me tremendously by learning new techniques and it gave me confidence and the knowledge that I needed to be able to attend a casting a face the camera! I highly recommend all the courses that the director suggests only because he knows exactly what hes talking about and that goes for models and actors. Best of luck to everyone

WMA is a great agency to be with! I have done so much with them: model, act, learn about the industry, and more. I have been featured in commercials, model print ads, and have done film work too! (Film has always been my main goal/direction) Whenever I attend auditions I am confident and ready thanks to Billy and his team. I highly recommend WMA, regardless if youre a beginner or expert because they will take care of you (if you put the work in)!

We have been with WMA Rochester for 18 months, and have been very happy with our relationship. In that time, our son has been sent to multiple casting calls, landing 4 regional commercials, a national commercial, and a principle role in an independent feature film. While we recognize our situation might not be the norm, we know that the opportunities wouldnt have presented themselves without WMA. Working for Wilhelmina is great. Theyre very professional and well reputable. You feel part of a family that cares about your well being and career. *Note: Any model should know that YOU have to provide your own head shots, etc. so yes it is an expense but its separate from the agency.

I came to Wilhelmina with no professional training in either acting or modeling. I was thankful they took a chance on me and through some great courses provided by the agency I have been able to book major print ads, commercial spots and even worked on a tv pilot. Your resources will not be wasted when you invest in this agency because they genuinely want to see their talent succeed.

Discouraging experience, I made it through the audition. I went for a photoshoot that I had to put a down payment on. I made sure to put money in my account to get taken out, the money never got taken out of my account. I called to make sure about the photoshoot, they said I never was scheduled and they never received the deposit. I gave them my account information again and they said they’ll call me back I never got the call back. After that I was not willing to work anymore, it’s unprofessional.

The experience felt rigged . Ive been to different casting calls and branding events from TX to NY and nothing prepared me for the personalities places before me within this company. The young lady was rather open and friendly but seemed stand offish in a profession of open direct dialog. All companies know what they can promote and post in that sense so people dont waste time or exhasut emotion.I should not have expected anything else because I was for warned by 2 woman who now model forTSM of how and what WMA was going to conclude.For starters the casting call said open call and you didnt have to be a professional or have previous experience then when the manager/owner announced his self he expressed that of course if you have previous experience your application would be taken into SERIOUS CONSIDERATION and your chances are better. My thing is if you werent going to take me serious in the first place if I didnt have experience then why open it up to beginners. The second thing that I didnt truly understand was they had you wear heels but didnt assess how you walked in them to see even if it was a walk they could market or put on a runway. The icing on the cake was watching his face light up for the fashionably late entrance of two mixed children who dont misunderstand were beautiful but he walked in to the 5-7 people that were already there with a fake smirk as if he didnt want to be there. I could be wrong but Ive never read a situation wrong and you couldnt cut the forged efforts of civility in that room. As a reflect for this company I would advise in the future maybe making it more lively, and present to have personalities reflect just that. I only fabricated my experience to see if I was going to pay for my oldest son to go to the classes they offer because he is a charater who loves to take pictures.
