I had initially contacted Rochester Picture Frame online after Googling “rochester, ny shadow box”. Glad I found them. Dropped of my Army Service Uniform and two American flags I had on my deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. They walked me through the frame choices, mattes, and linings. Great turn around time and flawless craftsmanship. Looking forward to hanging these up soon!

Top quality work with very personable, patient, and helpful staff. This is a not a cheap practice so having someone that can walk you through things and make you feel comfortable about your decision is very important. Everyone that I have interacted with either seems to have an art background, or great training in what makes something appealing when framed. The hours can be tough if you work a regular 9-5.

We have been collecting art for 30 years, and have been using Rochester Picture framing for almost as long. We have occasionally gone elsewhere for a better deal, but have actually gone back to Rochester Picture framing to redo many of those pieces.The staff is knowledgeable, patient and invaluable in assisting with your choice of matte and frame for your pieces. And yet, the cost is still below those 1/2 price off deals you are offered regularly from one of our well known chain stores. 5 stars. Unequivocally..
