Amazing place... I try to go 3x a week. Its a place that you can find balance and creativity. Whatever you put into it is what you get. There is no pressure.. and thats the beauty of it. You do need to sign up and have an orientation of the place before you can take any of the classes. It usely takes 15 mins..you have the option to continue to follow through to do classes or not.. there ARE NO tell-a-mark-waters that hown you If you choose not to do it.
