This is a fine, clean well managed facility. It is not a facility for watching tv or taking naps. The people who populate this place are active, interested and excited. The opportunities to keep your body and mind moving are numerous. For many its a place to polish their hobbies, for those without hobbies its a place to learn. It is a vital, important part of the community that opens itself to all who come in the door, particularly seniors. One of most important functions is the way it brings people together who otherwise may be isolated.

This is one of the nicest, cleanest gyms I’ve been to. I love the warm water pool and all of the fitness classes. I even went to a fun potluck party where I saw a lot of the friends I’ve made from the pool. 125 Live is a lot of fun, I highly recommend

We absolutely love 125 Live! From the knowledgeable and friendly front desk personnel, to the trainers and instructors, this place is a jewel. All are welcome the minute they step through the front door; It is easy to get directions and information.

I am very pleased with 125Live. The cost for the fitness side for me is covered by my insurance. I know they have a sliding scale for fees. I personally love the warm pool. I have been to most of the water aerobics classes. The trainer are all very personable and knowledgeable. I love the Friday water volleyball. We have a blast. The locker rooms are clean and well equipped. The exercise room has about every work out equipment needed. I have attended cardio drumming class which is a very good workout and fun. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I have also taken some painting classes on the social side. We have attended a potluck and talent show. It is great getting to know people. I would and do recommend anyone to check out 125 live

Very disappointing. The customer service at this place is nonexistent. We went there today to see if we wanted to join their fitness center. WE DONT! The young man at the desk could not have cared less. When we told him what we were there for he handed us a brochure and said we could walk through and it was over there. The end. No explanation, nothing. I have heard 125 Live is not doing well and after today I can understand. In fact, everytime I have been there the front desk is the same (though different people). The person there is unhelpful and appears to hate their job. We certainly wont be joining.

Great place and atmosphere, dedicated passionate staff. Something for adults of all ages. Great diversity of offerings.

If 125 Live is failing I can understand why! We came to check out the exercise facility today, the fella behind the front desk was no help whatsoever! He told us its just around the corner, go see for yourself we were unable to access part of the facility because it was locked. No tour, no information, no nothing! He handed us a brochure and we left....never to return! We will join Northgate as the nice lady at the desk immediately gave us a tour of the facility and told us all we needed to know! Very poor performance on the part of 125 Live, you just lost good paying potential members! We will be sure to spread the word not to bother coming to your facility!

125 Live is an incredible community resource for maintaining physical and mental health. We have also enjoyed the many new friendships that have developed with other members and staff!

It is a beautiful place for us.games,library, pool tables, you name it they have it.

Well I never like to give negative ratings for places, but when I experience something that feels wrong, I am compelled to say something. We have been a the REC center for two days now sell food. During our hours of work each day, bathroom breaks are needed. We bfound the fitness side of LIVE 125 had a bathroom. My kids and I asked to use the facilities and were granted permission. The girl behind the desk was very polite and professional. GREAT JOB! During my second and last bathroom break, inquired what kind of facility this was. She explained that half was for SERIORS the half we were in was a community gym. We spoke about a membership and fees.Today, the second day, my kids used the bathroom twice each, but during the second break for my youngest son. He was told by another personnel that he would not be able to use the facilities again, because they were for members only! Now, my concern is not about their policy, because I own a restaurant and my biggest pet peeve is when people just walk into my restaurant use the bathroom, without asking and leave. So I get that, but this seems different. Almost as if it were driven because of our physical appearances. In saying that, I am not pulling the race card, but looking at the physical reaction when I approached the employee that said this rule and seeing that she was almost panicked when talking to me, make me wonder. I am just putting this out there for Live 125 management and all of you to think about. Making relationships and networking is prosperous for all of us. Lets not find ourselves governed by own ignorances and stereotypes! Great
