I am going to get a sea tow membership as my gold towboat membership does not seem to be enough for tow boat to assist me, they wanted $500 to drag me 1/2 mile, good thing I found out before I really needed them.it is also a nice touch to call my boat unsafe, I made it over there without them but good to know they are here to help NOT! they would screw me in a heartbeat

I was away from my vessel I intended to be away for 2 hours. I was anchored in Lake Worth Florida off Riviera Beach, 20 feet of water on 110 pound Racnor anchor on a beautiful Sunday morning. You get the picture. I went to pick up a diver with the purpose of cleaning my vessels bottom. The diver was late, in the interim a freak storm arises. I return with the diver and found my vessel grounded in a busy channel, only in Florida you say.I immediately called TowBoat US, with all the mayday calls which were occurring, the person answering was calm and reassuring, I have been a member since 2004, this was my first experience with TowBoat US, I was not expecting such professionalism and can do approach. I can say, the dispatcher had vessels on the scene to offer reassurance that my vessel was being helped by professionals and caring people.Due the tide my vessel could not be helped and the two boat Captains said they would be returning when the tide was favorable. There was no doubt my vessel would be removed at the specified time, three hours later, the two Captains returned and they immediately got to work. Approximately 2 hours later my vessel all 60,000 pounds of her was refloated, by then it was dark once my vessel was free the Captain made certain that I was anchored for the night.This in business dealing from the client perspective is known as a ferry tale. For us in the cruising world this is definitely the exception rather than rule.Therefore I know I will continue to renew my membership, for two reasons:1. The staff who responded today.2. We broke down over this weekend and we called Greg answered and told us he was 10 mins away. He got to us right away and towed us back to the dock. Super friendly, very professional and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to call again!

I had to use tow boat us of Riviera Beach this weekend. Rick showed up in a timely manner and he was professional, courteous and friendly.Rick is an employee tow boat should be proud to employ!!

If you own a boat weather it’s old or new, a Tow Boat membership is a must. They provide excellent service and are very capable with their skills. Always quick to respond when your in need and so professional.

Was on a friends boat and the engine went down...They came to get us.. I think the guys name was Jason, but he literally saved our ass! Awesome response...they were there in no time and he was super cool. If you own a boat, they can literally save you life. Cant thank them enough

We needed a 15 nm tow in heavy swell then needed to be inserted into a tight slip. Jason did a great job!

Unfortunately my starter stopped working but fortunately Towboat US Palm Beach was there within minutes to tow me back up to Jupiter Florida!
