This Fresh, open and beautiful little Park is reminiscent of what an old Victorian Walking park might have looked like. It is nicely laid out with several gently curving, concrete pads. These pads wind in and out and allow you to get a nice power walk for exercise or push a stroller just to relax. His very peaceful and I would recommend it for anyone who needs a place to meditate. The parking meters at the front stop charging at 5 p.m. during the week so you can use it for an after work relaxation. Theres a Magnolia and an oak tree which must be a hundred years old or more, truly Splendid for anyone whos into Horticulture and has a appreciation of plants. Theyve added a adorable little Japanese gate and Garden area. Its very well done and very much worth the drive just to see the Japanese garden.

Its pretty, I go there for the Pokemon Go pokestops.

The park is rarely, if ever open, and when it is open its nice and clean. Nicely maintained lawns, trees, and beautiful gardens throughout the park. Theres a lovely senior center there as well. If you can find it open you will like it.

Friends took me to see a Concert. DJ Quick, Ashanti n more. Great atmosphere, friendly people enjoying the live concert n summer sun! Some freebies too! Not the beer tho...it was $10 dollars per cup!!! Overall, we had a great time!!!

My father once said that my grandfather built island White and all our family uses the white mortuary in Paramount something happened I dont want to live there pass it on to the othersbeautiful though

Beautiful historic park with a seriously old hugee tree in the back. The park is pretty clean. Frequently used by different festivals such as tamale fest, IE taco fest, salsa fest, beer fest, etc.

Not a very big park, but it has lots of beautiful plants and is very clean.

I was here for ArtBark in the Park. It was an incredible public art installation! The park is used for special events, and is open to the public during the day. It has been well protected, being that it is located in the heart of downtown Riverside. Beautiful location!

Always enjoyed Day of the Dead celebration

That was pretty cool, got a chance to see all diferant types of trees and out of country iitems in the park.

We go to the Dia de Los Muertos Festival in November every year in Downtown Riverside. At White Park they have individual altars, and a community altar. At the community altar anyone can go up and leave flowers and pin a note in rememberance of our departed loved ones. A lot of people dress up in Dia de Los Muertos fashion and have their faces painted. Its a lot of fun for your entire family, and can also be an emotional one.

There is a lot of homeless taking over the areas one can take pictures at. The gazebo had a group of 8 homeless taking over it and not allowing anyone to take pictures. Other than that, there was beautiful parts of the park

This park is great for Pokemon go but recently this place became a spot for the homeless. I would try taking the kids to a different park like Fairmount which is only a couple of lights away from this park.

White Park is a great place to bring your family. Especially during the different festivals and events that they hold like the annual Tamale festival, Mariachi festival, and La Catrina Pageant. They are constantly hosting these events to help the hispanic community learn more about their roots and culture. Its also a great place for photos, very green and full of life.

Pleasant time / city keeps landscaping looks well

It needs to be taken care of. Its in the heart of Riverside. I miss the wishing fountain. I want to clean it up and have security services to protect it.

We went to the dia de mortes celebration. The park was decorated with colorful displays honoring family members who have passed. The park is beautiful with large trees and clean walkways and lots of grass.

Artnival was super chill! Seems like a nice option to book for an outdoor event!

White park in Riverside ca. Is a quaint little park with a gazebo in the middle of the place. A beautiful place to have a ceremony of any kind. It is fenced all around. Open during the day. You can come & enjoy the quiet or scenery. Read a book. Have a picnic. Bird watch. Take photos . At night fall the gates are closed. No overnight stays for anyone including the homeless. Summer time brings the bands for evening concerts at the gazebo. The parking sucks though. Very little parking. Many homeless lay or leave their belongings in their baskets along the side walks and beg. The park however is an escape from the city.

I came for what for what I thought was a SALSA festival and there is actually very little salsa around. It is pricey at the gate..20 bucks each so groupon it before you go. Everything is a cash only venue. Concert line up is fun..mc magic..hello. Food vendors are good. Starting to get packed

This place is was really bad. I walk in and i look for salsa tasting because that is what was advertised. As i walk up to the one booth for salsa, i get a little cup of the worse salsa i have ever tasted. I ask them where there competition was to try out the other salsa but they said, there is no other salsa. i paid 15 bucks for 87 cents worth of salsa and music i couldnt understand. If the common language is English, why did they play Spanish music the whole time? i think i knew 2 songs. NOT everyone knows Spanish and it would make it a more enjoyable time if the music was balanced. i will not recommend this place to anyone. i encourage everyone to not go.

Pretty standard park. No play equipment, but a great place to watch people preform. When there arent people preforming its a great place to go on a walk.

A nice grassy park with some shade. Nice fountain and gazebo. There is an attempt at a Japanese garden to the right. This park was re-done and opened @5 years ago. There is a community center on the back side. There is a chance that some homeless people may be around, but its a big park and I have always felt safe here.

White park... What a joke. Theres nothing white about it. The only white thing you find is the Tina, crystal, white cloud, homeless. I recommend to city, change the name from white park to white cloud park or white cloud high park.Folks good luck all i can say.Good... To buy white clouds, prostitution, homeless.Bad...watch out your back, dangerous.

The concert was nice but I hate port a potty. No regular restrooms and they were too far in the back. My husband in disabled and he had a hard time walking so far back.

Attended The Day of the Dead altar viewing. Very nice, friendly, family event.

Hotspot for the homeless, had no problem except for the guard didnt open the door for me so I couldnt go through I had to go out through the way I came in, nature and squirrel was a nice site, the water fountain was pretty empty.

We were in White Park for Dia de los Muertos so this is more about the event than the park, although I like tje park too. The Day of theDead event was fantastic! We loved the altars and stopped by the community altar to contribute to the memorial. The parades, the vendors, the costumes...it was all a great time. The altars were really moivng and beautiful. It was an outstanding cultural event and we cant wait for the next one.

Beautiful site for the dia de los muertos festival. When not in use for an event, seems like a nice park for a stroll or to eat your lunch. Lots of homeless people here during the weekdays, so if youre uncomfortable with that, be aware. Fountain and a small and pretty Japanese garden. No playground.

First time to Riverside Tamale festival, park & food was ok. The entry fee was $20 just to get in!

White Park is having a Taco Fest Today and its off the hook, great food and fun all day till 6 pm. Stage entertaient, Mariachis, live rock bands and DJsrock the house .

What at terrible shame what a beautiful beautiful park That you cannot enjoy You are harassed constantly by the people that hang out there all day and theyre becoming very aggressive its a shame a little old lady cant take a nice walk in the park
