The administration very bad and racist,, the manager is a arrogant and racist person,, they put a lot of pressure on you to lose ur house..

Been to several houses to do repairs, by far one of the nicest non-senior only, park ive been in.

I would not even give this place a one star. The way they do business is compleately out dated; from park approval that may take months, to simple paperwork procedures. I even had to move my belongings to a storage 3 years ago to a almost 2 month application approvel for the new buyer. Not to mention the fact that I had to remove trees I had not planted and over a month of lost rent waiting on a simple credit check/employment. and the fact I have to now return to fill out a security deposit return form that nobody even bother to say in the first place. Also this isnt a children friendly park. it has no playground, children cant play outside. I wouldnt recommend this park to anyone.

Nice place quiet respectful neighbors.

Love my ESTATES mobile park. And the park manager is a charmer! Not only does she live there but is on top of the safety and issues involving the well being of the park community. Which makes it safe to live there, safe for your children and family, safe for your vehicle and even your pet that poops in your neighbors yard, a friendly family oriented mobile park community.

Never been here in my life

I just searching for a house tu buy, place looks decent and clean.

Place is quiet during the day but tried purchasing a home and just for qualifying to live there is a hassel. Stall members do not communicate with each other. Application processing to long. I had to go there twice with the same application. Office staff seems they do not know what there doing.

New manager seems to be a better choice for the job...She stays to herself for the most part and always seems to smile when passing by...The head maintenance guy is a complete jerk however and likes to think hes the Marshall of this one horse town!

Nice place to live with kids

Not the best place to live. Neighbors are nice (some) and not a whole lot to do here. There is a clubhouse with a pool with showers and a spa but no activities to do there either.

Good neighborhood and nice with some exceptions

I have being on, any other parks and by far Bravo Estates is one of the cleanest parks Ive seen.very nice looking houses, no suspicious activities. over all, a good place

Avoid this place at all costs. Its overrun with feral cats. The entire neighborhood smells like a cat box. Anything outside, including your home will smell like urine. Management will do nothing for you, except charge you to fix damage the fetal cats do.
