Im currently looking for a place to move to because of harassment from neighbor. Landlord isnt nice and sides with everyone else over us no matter the circumstances. I can barley even close a door in my house without neighbors calling and making a noise complaint. Weve been gone all weekend and come home to noise complaints. Were the only young couple in this neighborhood and feel like were being pushed out. We pay more in rent then anyone else. Everyone is two faced. They have jumped down my throat until I was crying over a dog and so much more. Overall just a bad place to live. I would recommend anyone under the age of 30 to NOT move here.

This place is wonderful to live. It is so quiet and very well maintained by the owner and her family. Some people say they have ridiculous rules but I think the rules are in place to make the park a beautiful place to live. Nicest mobile home park in Central Kentucky.

Weather your neighbours are nice is a real coin toss and landlady isnt very nice. Youre better off trying to find an apartment to rent than taking the L to live here.

Not the best mobile home park. To much drama. Allowing a man to stay in the park after many many problems he has caused with neighbors and police. Wouldnt rent in there ever not safe
