We have a relative that lives in the Richmond Indiana Richland Mobile Manor. Its such a beautiful Mobile Home Park. Most of the people are older and they enjoy the quiet atmosphere. The new gate ads protection for the evenings. The entire park is well-groomed and well-maintained. Its a nice place to live.
