Poor driveways & buildings. Price is not matched by quality. But it is in the northeastern school district & pretty layedback.

This is really a good place to live. Put it this way I lived on S. 14th and never got any sleep. It’s peaceful here! No drama. The only problem is the driveways are getting bad again! Something definitely needs done about it. BUT, THEY USUALLY ALWAYS SEND SOMEONE OUT TO FIX ANY PROBLEM, INCLUDING THE DRIVEWAYS AND, THINGS THAT NEED DONE INSIDE YOUR MOBILE HOME

Great place to live

They need a new owner and definitely new management because they are VERY rude and lazy! They are not fair with all tenants . Im so glad I moved out of there ! My neighbor always had a terrible smell of marijuana coming from his house and the manager could smell it but then again he went there quite frequently lol

A lot of good ppl live here now. I had to have a fulltime job for at least a year, not a Temp. Place either. I hope they keep them rules. I have been at my job for five years. I bought a three bedroom 1 and half bath mobile home from Brad Sweezy. The ppl he has taking care of it now there trailer looks like needs a Little cleaning up outside. Needs to cut grass on the list hes suppose to

I have lived here for three months. I like that ppl have to have a full time position to be able to pass the application process. Which means they dont let just anyone live here. So far they seem to be a good little place to live. I do not like that some ppl just let their dogs out without a leash, because I have little grandchildren and dont want them hurt. I love dogs but its dangerous to let them out without a leash because dogs are unpredictable and its our job as owners to control them. I just want mine safe and everyone else around safe also. All around its a good place to live so far.

Found out that Robbert E Kalauokaaea Jr aka Robby just moved out there and just got out of prison after 15 for armed robbery and lives with Kim Moore. Please watch out for him also reason to believe he gave his dad a a drinks that had all kinds of pills in it.
