They do the intros, they keep the timeline going, their professionalism and expertise can really make or break the event. When it was my turn to pick a DJ, I went straight to Bunn DJ. Having seen them in action at several events, I knew I could trust them to make my own big night perfect. Frank was AMAZING! Working with him from start to finish was seamless and perfect. The planning system they use is super user friendly and the planning process was a breeze. He was so personable and really listened to my vision for the night! Frank was very enjoyable to work with--responsive, personable, and, most importantly, a solid DJ. Frank knows how to read a room and kept our guests on the dance floor all night. For our wedding, I requested a traditional Italian song be played that involves some heavier MC-work. I really dont know if Frank has had prior experience with this song, but with the way he MCd it, Id a thought he has always done Italian weddings. David Fox at Bunn DJ was amazing to work with. He was so easy to communicate with and went above and beyond in terms of service provided. Not only did David provide the music and MC services for our wedding but we also used Bunn DJ for our lighting. The café lighting added such a warm glow to our reception and was beautiful. Perry and I cannot rave enough about the atmosphere David created on our wedding. Our friends and family were on the dance floor for hours and have continued to express how much fun they had. Not only was the reception a blast, but our ceremony was stunning. David timed everything wonderfully and provided us with recordings of the entire ceremony and all speeches as well. We will treasure these recordings for the years to come. We cannot recommend David Fox and Bun DJ Company enough!

Bunn DJ company was amazing to work with. They keep in close contact with you throughout your planning to stay up to date and organized with your event. Their online interface for choosing songs and making the timeline was very easy to use. Frank and Pete were flexible with planning out where the sound systems would be (our ceremony site and reception were at different locations). We have been to weddings where it was impossible to hear the bride and groom during the ceremony, but that was definitely not the case here. Everyone could listen in to our vows and the readings without an issue. Pete did a phenomenal job of reading the audience and getting everyone out there on the dance floor. He was very easy and nice to work with. He got everyone hyped up throughout the night. Would highly recommend!

DJ Frankie is hands down the best wedding DJ out there. Our guests didn’t ever want to leave the dance floor and multiple people told me they couldn’t even find a song to dip out to the bar to because the set was just so good! Frankie is so professional and made this part of wedding planning a breeze. I would recommend him time and time again to any bride.

Bunn DJ Company, specifically Pete, was fantastic! They are very experienced and well organized. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. The online client portal and planning tool were very helpful and walked us through every song decision we needed to make for both the ceremony and reception. We specified a type of music for cocktail hour and dinner which Pete nailed perfectly. There was a minor issue with the venue-provided speakers but Pete was well prepared with his own speakers and had them set up in under 10 minutes to fix the issue. Our main request of Pete for the reception was to get people dancing and keep it going all night. With the exception of a couple requested songs, we let Pete have freedom of the dancing music and he killed it! The uplighting set the mood, Pete got people up and moving, and everyone danced all night long. We would highly recommend Bunn DJ Company and Pete. Thank you, Pete!

Pete DJ’d our wedding and he did an amazing job!! He played all the songs we requested (even the more obscure ones) and even helped us make an original edit for our first dance. We had so much fun and couldn’t stay off the dance floor. They also had a portal that made it so easy to request songs or what not to play, and Pete was so friendly and easy to work with. They did our lighting as well. I can’t recommend this company enough!

We had Frank DJ my sisters wedding back in 2017, and I knew when I got engaged just who to call. He did a great job, especially with the ceremony and transition between some live worship songs. We had a more conservative bunch at our wedding and Frank did a great job of playing music that was enjoyed by all. We had Kam DJ our wedding on August 1st, and we are still having people come up to us and say how amazing he was. With COVID-19 restrictions, we had to have everyone wear a mask on the dance floor, so we were nervous it would be awkward, and no one would want to dance. But, as soon as Kam started playing the tunes, the dance floor was packed and no one noticed the masks!We had to postpone our wedding from May 16th to August 1st, and Bunn was accommodating, timely, and professional. We got the new date squared away easily. Bunn DJs planning portal also takes the guessing out of what your playlist is going to look like - all you have to do is drag a song to play and do not play. Its that easy!Kam, and Bunn DJ, was awesome and I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

DJ Frankie hosted a virtual 2 hour event for a work function! He did a fantastic job taking request over chat in real time and keeping the group engaged, even though we were all logged in from our own homes. Pete was my DJ for our July 2020 wedding and he was absolutely amazing. He is extremely responsive, very organized, and was the PERFECT DJ at our wedding. We were able to organize a playlist on their portal (must play, play if requested, and do-not play), which he played every single song we wanted! He made a point to go through our playlist the week before our wedding and really walk through how we expected the night to go in detail. He also helped me with my father/daughter dance and mix two songs together, which was absolutely perfect. So many of our guests, both during the reception and days after, mentioned how great our DJ was. The DJ or Band can make or break a wedding, and Pete absolutely exceeded all expectations. I would definitely recommend him for your wedding DJ!! You will not regret it!!

WOW! I just got married on 9/28/19. My wedding was definitely the BEST and most FUN wedding I have been too. We had a unique situation and Bunn DJ company was able to help out in a time restraint and with a reasonable price. Cameron was our DJ and man did he do an excellent job! He had the dance floor full of kids and adults and did an excellent job of playing music from a variety of genres! We hired him from a long period of time 6+ hours and the dance floor was never empty! So many people commented on how good he was and we loved that he even got involved in the party and hyped up the crowd. I will definitely use him again in the future!

DJ Bunn, in particular Frank Guertler and Chris Gayler, treated us as if we were the most important wedding in town even though this was a small, intimate affair and I know they were booked solid with multiple events. They were communicative, professional, helpful and most importantly, kind. The day was a great success!

Cameron DJd my wedding at Hanover Tavern this past November! He did a fantastic job commanding the room and directing people when it came time for all the right milestones in the reception (cake cutting, father daughter dance, etc.). Bunn as a company was very professional and stayed on top of keeping in touch and making sure everything was coordinated. For my entrance song, I had a very specific points in the song when I wanted me and my husband to make our entrance- after a five minute phone call with Cam, he executed it flawlessly. CANNOT say enough amazing things about Frank Guertler. He is the owner and was our DJ on May 26th. From the first moment we spoke on the phone I knew he was the one. Great personality, super easy to talk to and connect with (personality really matters in the guy whos going to set the tone for the party). He was confident, asked for some guidance so he knew our taste but reassured us that he would be able to read the crowd and play some jams that people would respond to, and boy did he deliver.I have a large group of friends who LOVE to dance/party. I actually dont think Ive ever seen my family, coworkers, and family friends get so rowdy on the dance floor before this night. The dance floor was epic all night.He actually was the most helpful vendor I had throughout the whole planning process, obviously has a ton of experience and helped me to think of things I never would have. (who is running the day of schedule, who will alert all the vendors and photographer about who will need to be where and when- he even offered to do all of that, if I didnt have a day of coordinator) Most of the communication was done through an online template he sent me which made it easy for me to visualized and check back with throughout the planning process. Day of, man, he is just great. Had a few check ins with me throughout the day to make sure things were going as planned. Checked in with me right before I walked down the aisle (he has such a calming presence, it just reminded me to take a deep breath and smile and be present in that moment). Also was so good at flagging certain things, my little cousin wanted to play a song she wrote, but he wouldnt until he had verbal confirmation that that was okay from the bride.Very professional, warm, organized, and SUPER fun!! OH YA, I also forgot a small detail until three days before my wedding. I forgot to communicate to him that I also needed him for my ceremony. We had a good laugh about this enormous oversight on my part and he was able to make those last minute changes and delivered a PERFECT performance after a three minute conversation, NO STRESS. He is just amazing!

He read the room and kept the party going during our reception for 2.5 hours. What really blew me away was that EVERYONE danced, not just my wife and I and all of our friends that are in their 20s. This team has their $hit together.Our DJ Rich Rivera was equally as helpful and attentive throughout the entire planning process, with recommendations and very flexible on scheduling Google Hangouts to meet, chat, and plan together. He arrived at our wedding with plenty of time to set up for our ceremony which went without a hitch. He was fully open to music we put together in separate playlists for the different parts of the evening (ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dance party, etc.), but we respect the art in driving a dance party and encouraged him to do his thing as he seem fit -- and he NAILED it. Read the room strategically and executed. Both our families and friends, everyone at the wedding, were on the dance floor the whole time having tons of fun. Young, old, different cultural backgrounds... everyone gave us compliments on the music. Patrick Wettstone was great for our celebration at the Greater Richmond Convention Center on Saturday night, 10 November 2018. He had the dance floor packed for nearly the entire time he played. In addition, his support on the use of his wireless microphone during the formal part of our event was fantastic! Highly recommend Bunn DJ Company for your event!

Frank Guertler from Bunn DJ Company was the best DJ we could have possibly had for our wedding on 5/12/18. He was very easy to get in contact with, was always able to assist and answer any questions we had, and kept the dance floor packed the entire night. The platform and the process to create playlists is outdated and not user friendly. No I tunes interface. We had a newly out of town bride and groom- to-be who relocated just weeks before the wedding. Communicateion was not simple. And the caveats of working with the MOB for the out of town bride and groom really not effective. Frank was on point with some key elements and requests, however the flow and timing of our wedding elements were just off. Some key requests left out and other random songs thrown in. Dancing started too late despite requests to have been dancing before cutting the cake..all in all not our best memory for the wedding Maybe an event with less time and logistics coordination may help achieve a simpler and more attainable great result.

He was just the right touch for my daughters wedding at Hollyfield Manor; the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were absolutely on point with the professional and fun services that he provided. Frank from Bunn DJ could not have been better to work with. From our first meeting he made it clear that he got us when he said, I dont like to be on the mic so much, if Im playing good music, people will be out there, and he fully lived up to that.We had so many guests of all ages come up to us saying that they thought we made the playlist just for them. The reality was that we had a few short conversations with Frank and added a few (like 20) songs to a playlist. Frank said that he could see what we were going for based on that and that he had us covered. He so did.Not only that, but he managed to make songs that dont totally fit into a wedding party feel totally natural through impeccable timing and even finding acoustic versions of some favorites.We could not recommend anyone more highly than Frank.
