I cannot rave enough about this place! As someone who didnt have any prior experience with aerial silks I was very nervous to begin. Lauren is the most amazing teacher I could imagine. She is incredibly talented and experienced but she breaks down even the simplest lessons in a way that has always made me feel comfortable and encouraged. Ive been taking classes here for about 6 months and Im amazed at how many things I can do!Small class sizes, hella affordable prices and in a beautiful building that looks nothing like a gym (thank goodness). I will continue coming here for a loooonnng time.
