The theatre is little away from downtown and is nice place to hang out with friends. The theatre screens a lot of regional movies from India and so you can see a lots of Indian people. I personally wont suggest to have snacks here because the oil used is very old

This establishment has 3 movie theaters and 2 event Halls. According to them, one fits about 100 people and other about 200. This place used to be in a lot worse condition. Last time I went there I did see some improvements and remodeling. Hopefully it will be a lot better looking when they are complete.

Smells bad. We ordered Kati roll with paneer.. it was really hard to chew. Took it to the attended they confirmed it is in chewable and then said to me removed the hard part and eat the rest . I threw in trash when I went inside the theater. Even the manager came and did not offer to replace or refund. Really bad service and quality. I felt sick after eating some of it.Be careful if you order any food.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. One thing you expect from a movie place is a decent screen to watch the movie. They even lacked that, the screen was murky at the whole right side. On top this there was some crazy light falling on the screen ruining the whole experience. We complained but were ignored. Will never go there again and will not recommend any one.(wish I could give 0 stars)

Great renovation. Those reclining seats are fabulous. You can literally lie down on your back & watch movies. Comfortable legroom space. Only complaint was the air conditioning did not seem to work properly as it was warm inside. Still a very pleasing experience.

I came to this movie theater from Plano by cab to watch movie War on 3rd Nov 2019, around 12:30 to watch 12:30 PM show.When I asked on the ticket counter for ticket of this show, two people said that this show is not here now, its in Carrollton go there.I showed from my mobile that I can see this show is here, still both of them were not ready to give me the ticket for this show and asking to go to Carrollton.My strong recommendation to fun movie grill management, please keep your movie shows updated online. And if it is always updated then make sure your employees know which all shows you are going to play. So movie lovers dont have to waste money to come to theater and realize that show will not be played for which they came.

Movie started late.. there are only 2 people handling whole multiplex but best part is price is very cheap so this is a positive part. But apart from this, the overall is average multiplex.

VERY POOR means VERY POOR. Sharing my practical experience about Banquet Hall:1. The area stinks, there is problem with kitchen cleanliness and cleaning service there. You will regret it and your guests will remind you of their stink experience.2. Food is of low quality, I saw myself from where they pick their mets, fish and veggies. Cook doesn’t know the exact INDIAN taste to make appetizers and curries. I saw the van coming in and then while leaving, they took food somewhere, was loaded in trays.3. This is genuine problem with the service where everyone complains that their food comes 1 hour late !!! Read the reviews and I am telling practically, it’s true. FOOD comes LATE.4. Coordinating staff is RUDE (Ishaan) and the final cheque amount matters to them, then you have to run behind them and get your service done. Literally, poor poor, VERY POOR. Verified.

Movie suddenly stopped with no announcement.After 15 mins, movie started with no announcement.Then audio and video was completely in non-sync.Then movie stopped again.After 10 mins, they almost played half of the movie again.Spent 4 hours for a 2.75 hours movie and couldnt watch the movie fully.Argued with the manager and got rain checks finally.Very worst experience.

We went for a movie to this theater from McKinney. I booked the tickets in the morning on the same day from their own website. When we went there, the movie show was canceled as the projector wasnt working.. Apparently, all shows that day should have been canceled but they didnt care to do so. Although, they gave us a new ticket for a future date, we couldnt watch the movie we wanted to. Such a disappointment.

Pretty bad and unprofessional. They should know how other theatres are doing like Cinemark, AMC etc. They would pay you back or reward for their faults unlike FunAsia. We understand technical issues happen but communication gotta be appropriate. FunAsia theatre has made Fun of people on 25th Jan. Also, no ones picking up the phone where they themselves asked people to do. Will be very careful next time onwards, at least wont recommend to my friends.

I went with my girlfriend, and it was nearly empty in the theater of a movie on its opening night. The theater itself was very comfortable with leather recliners. The audio during the previews was pretty awful, it sounded like it was coming from someones phone, but once the movie started the real speakers turned on and otherwise the experience was great. Very cheap tickets.

Horrible experience. No heating inside the theatre on a cold day. The whole theatre was smelling bad. I will never go there again!

We came to watch a movie. It’s the worst experience we ever had. Have lists of complains. The screening area is not cleaned. The plates and beer bottles from previous screening were still present. When we complained they said it’s clean. Later someone came in and clean the area. To add to it the waiting area and the screening area is very very cold. Will never come back here and do not recommend it at all.

Big beautiful and spacious. Food is tasty. We were here for a public event. Bathrooms could be cleaner and maintained well. Otherwise good place to have fun. Parking is free & lots of space available.

Sound quality is very bad. The surround channels were not in sync and not at correct levels. Complained but was ignored. Very bad experience.

Had a graduation party here, was very nice. Management was very helpful and helped keep the place clean. Seems as if they remodeled since I last came here. All in all a wonderful experience.

FRAUD AND MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENT - The worst experience I had ever watching the movie here, there was foul stink smell as soon as I entered the theater, as they highly advertise you will get recliners and food, thats all a BIG LIE AND FRAUD, they are charging like anything for normal sitting and there is one guy who is issuing tickets and taking care of the food service, which is available after approx 1 Pm, also as the show started the lights did not turned off for at least 10 minutes and there were 2-3 guys along with me looking for the person who could at least shut the theater lights as show have started. I was the most disgusting experience I had I wish I would have left the premises but unfortunately I ended up buying the tickets and that was not refundable or returnable, but got an experience and will never see any movie here, it was worthless and thought of spending good time with the family on your prestigious recliner food movie grill experience, it was disgusting and terrible and I totally wasted money and time coming here. I just wanted to inform you and other people that, what I felt, I know it doesnt makes any difference to you to loose a customer but please stop giving misleading advertisement on your radio channel just for the sake of promoting your new acquired venture.

Ever since they revamped it from fun asia, this has been a go to theater for any Indian movie. The Indian snacks along draw me here every time. Screens are good, seats are well maintained.

Terrible customer service. Employees are so rude and dont care about their customers. Uncomfortable seats. And the movie audio is so bad.

Only had it once but samosas are better many called chaat restaurants here in Dallas and near by.Staff is not over friendly but enough to keep to smiling. However it needs to Modify its food menu..

OMG what a transformation! The newer chairs and decor is really good. The new management cares about keeping things clean. The food area is very nice too. Watching Bollywood movie with Desi food and reclining seats! The parking lot looks a little dated but dont be fooled by that.

I generally go to AMC or Cinemark to watch movies.. For the first time, today I along with my wife and friends went to fun movie grill Richardson. Got our tickets and went inside, ordered food.. movie was supposed to start at 7:05pm but after waiting for 45 mins when the movie didnt start, got outside to enquire the issue.. After waiting for another 15mins, finally found a sardarji (fun grill staff) who said that there is a technical problem and the movie might be cancelled.. And finally they announced the same.. I have never had such pathetic experiences in my life.. Just trying to attract people by nice comfortable recliner sofa wont work unless you serve or enhance your customers experience.. this was so ridiculously awkward situation and I felt like the theatre is being ran by few cartoons who do not understand customer service.. Plz learn some professionalism first before running a business... Next time I wouldnt think twice before going to watch movie at Cinemark or AMC... P.S. plz avoid any grammatical errors or sentence formation as I was in hurry to write it.. thanks..

Great place for weddings and parties. They serve delicious food as well. Also movie theaters are renovated and looking great now under the new management.

I just walked in the theater to watch a movie.It is my first time here and I was early for the movie so I was walking around the place and I walked up to my screen to see if I could sit inside and wait and a man walked up to me and was extremely rude and asked me what my problem was and who I was and what I was doing there. On telling him I was here for a movie and showed him the tickets and he said go talk to mangement in the most rude manner. We bought a chai which was watery.For the money we spent I would suggest going to a good theater where you have polite staff and better services.

3 guys who work their rock who manage the theater. They are so nice despise of some challenges with food sometimes being out. But because of them and the respect they have shown. I attend their weekly and have a membership.Thank you

This place reminds me of retro movie theaters we used to have in India, back in the days. I go to this place simply for that reason - to reminisce.The theater hall and seats are ordinary. The audio and projection quality is decent.The samosa chat they serve is yum, though sometimes i have felt that they refry the samosas which leave an oily taste in your mouth.

We had our 1st anniversary party here at the Dawat hall last Saturday. I gotta say, we have been incredibly impressed by how everything panned out. The managers were great in getting us the date we needed. The costs were reasonable and everything was explained beforehand.The halls have been renovated and if you hadnt been there in a while, youre in for a surprise. The food was great just the way we wanted - Bangladesh Style. They accomodated all our requests and also let us check out the decorations the night before. When we wanted to make some adjustments to the table setups, they happily obliged. The guys were there throughout the event to help us turn the lights on and off for our projector use, as well as refilling the food trays, also kept the place clean.The two women who helped us there were incredibly efficient. They helped us cut the cake into pieces and serve to the guests, they even plastic wrapped some of the food we brought in from outside. In total, the experience was amazing. Thanks to the entire team for that.Lastly, one small suggestion, if there could be a separate entrance for the halls, it would be great. The guests could not find FunAsia on google and Fun Movie Grill was confusing for them to look for as this sounds like a movie theater, not a banquet/event hall.

We buy ticket for Diwali mela and that cancel because of rain .. I am sorry that happen but as event got cancel they have to refund money which supposed to be done in 7 business day but it did not happen and I am doing back and forth for days but we did not receive money yet .. I request come up every one check your account if you did not receive we have to fight for this. Give your comment on this please

Theater started well 3 months ago. Now they are cutting corners and lying. For e.g. Their app mentions weekday free ticket. But now they say friday is not a weekday.Another misleading practice is their combo meal, earlier they had meals but now just a chat in name of meal.Theater seats are nice, but screen and audio is average. Would not recommend coming here, cinemark weekday offer is better.

Theyve recently made some upgrades to their theaters with comfortable, reclining chairs, and the ability to order food while seated in the theater, Studio Movie Grill. I like the direction theyre going because before all this, I avoided them at all costs, as the theaters were terrible and always dirty.I didnt give them 5 stars because the food ordering and delivery process is terrible. We ordered 2 items at the same time, but only 1 item was delivered. After 30 minutes we asked the server again for the 2nd item, but he told us we didnt tell him, even though we had mentioned both items to him in the same order. Similar thing happened with my friend next to me, where she waited 30 mins for her food, but when she asked the waiter about the food, he claimed he didnt know she had ordered. I think this was an untrained waiter.

Kids wanted to watch Spiderman and adults Accidental prime minister On website it said show time for 15th Jan 2019 as 7:30 PM. There was no information about cancellation, when we reached there to get tickets guy issuing movie tickets said Spiderman into the spider Versenot playing. Kids were so dissapointed and us tooThey should have updated their website with the correct information.

Its bit far from town but buy one get one on weekdays offer is really nice. minor improvement in cleaning area required .overall you will not get disappointed with BOGO offer and movie experience.snacks option is also good and not costly inside theater.

We visited this theater to watch Simmba. The screening room is unclean and the theater offers very poor service. The meal ordered was served an hour later after two reminders. The samosa chaat was of average quality, tea was terrible, the chicken roll was horrible - over cooked and as hard as a rock. We visited this theater 9yrs ago and because of its uncleanliness and poor quality of food decided to never watch another movie here. Recently I heard about the new reclining seats and better amenities on Funasia Radio so decided to watch a movie here. Thankfully most of the Hindi movies are now showcased at the AMC and Cinemark theaters so we have ample options than waste our time and money. The movie + meal tickets cost us $31 for 2 but has been our worst movie watching experience. We watch at least 3 movies at the AMC and Movie House Eatery each month where the services are good and we know there is value for our bucks. Very disappointing experience.

I reserved tickets for a 9:30 pm show, but had to cancel and couldnt make it. I asked for a refund, but they dont care that the tickets werent even used. I lost $45, and I am never going back to this place ever again. They completely rip you off, dont book anything or purchase anything online from them.

Been here several times to watch Hindi movies, went to see Badla house, the movie had difficulties they tried to fix it, but didnt work, 99.5% of the movie the picture wasnt clear and had big red stripe across the screen couldnt read the subtitles, been nice if we was offered a refund, that didnt happen at all

My wife and I like this theater because it is more welcoming to children compared with regular American movie theaters. FunAsia features the latest Bollywood films for a decent price. Also the longer films have intermission which is nice.

We used this place for our parents Anniversary. Its comparitely cheaper to book the hall and food together. Great service . Just make sure you all have all the projectors, cables and Av system before the program. Dont asume . We had everything except Audio jack, hdmi and extension . So always have some backup . They rectified problem anf fixed it swifty.As always dont take chances.Very good and friendly staff.

The person who works there said they cant do a 7.30 pm showing because there was a last minute malfunction. We drove 15 miles to go see a movie, this type of alleged last minute malfunction arent expected.

Went there and the system to accept the movie pass is down. they told us to wait 5 mins while they bring up the system. they could not bring up system for 35 mins and said they can’t let us in after 35 mins. too bad.

Funasia has great movies, but recently it is FILTHY the food makes me SICK and have a stomachache.Theres gum under the tables and seats it looks like right when they get the money in there hand their too cheap to let it go. And the theater is disgusting its like they dont clean it, it seems like everything is old and falling apart. The theater seats are old, loosing color and ripped. The only reason I ever go there is because thats the only place near me that has Bollywood movies.

Lousy theatre, confectionary stands dont take credit cards (only cash.... In this day and age thats absurd). The people working there will attend phone calls while preparing your dishes (thats quiet rude and inappropriate) The seats are very uncomfortable too.

The only place where Pakistani movies play. The place is okay. Not the best. They can do so much to make it awesome.
