The lady in the front is very professional and polite this Santiago park its by far the cleanest one i been here almost a year no regrets

If youre planning on living in this park, look somewhere else. The manager here is very creepy. She drives around the park slowly and once I caught her staring at our house like a weirdo. She saw me and drove a lil faster and instead of driving to her home, she went the opposite way. CREEPY!! Look somewhere else for your home, sweet home.

The manager on site is on a power trip. Patricia takes advantage of everyone here. I advise you not to live here. It sucks because the residence here our great.

Just dont waste your time moving to this location. The manager here takes advantage of the majority of people here. she refuses to give any number that we can call to complain of person that is in higher power than her.

Check out the other mobile home parks in the area, because this place isn’t worth the stress.

No parking for residents or visitors some vehicles take parking spaces that dont run,this place needs a management change and parking permit system

Been a resident 10+ years. Have lost track of how many times our cars have been towed throughout the parking areas in the complex, including in front of my own home.
