I have been here since 1999, I am now ready to move on and buy another home, this was once a great place to raise a family, now, not so much, no security, no rule enforcement, shady azz people coming in and out all hours of the night, half the tenants race in and out of the park acting like their autozone mufflers and sound systems on half dead cars need to be heard, seems to be alot of drug dealing going on now, if the management doesnt take control soon and start renting with higher standards and enforcing the rules this will soon be a no go zone for families...

Very friendly neighborhood. During the summer you can swim in the pool or get in the hot tub. There is a nice place for parties. Guest parking available.

A good place to see some mobile homes. Went to visit my friend Angie on a scorching day summer day after being evacuated because of the Blue Cut fire. We put our bathing suits on and went to the pool, AND IT WAS CLOSED! No notice posted. Boo to the property management for not notifying residents of the closure. Perfectly clean streets and public areas.

Let me start by saying ......Too many tweakers going in and out all day/night. Cars parking in free spaces for months and not towed..Dude with 4 broken down landscape vans taking up parking spaces (he dont live here). Theres another dude owning a used car dealership taking over spaces as well. (Always see him up front by office trying to sell cars). It would be a much better park to live in if these issues were resolved but its been this way for years.

Very comfortable family oriented place to live their. I have been leaving their for three years going on four. Love it.

Rental space is to high rediculos

No parking for visitors tents families take all parking 3 or 4 families leaving together

People inside this place are rude, selfish, insensitive, and do not have respect for anybody. Also, too many drug dealers in there. Not a safe place for children to grow up.

Lived their for 30 years and got forced out of my home and treated like a dog I used to love that park but things change smh damn shame it had to be that way after all the effort to stay but they stop taking my money after my grandma and papa past away
