Great mobile home park.

First of all, we are living beside Ohio Fire Academy where they set off BOMBS and FIREWORKS WITHOUT ANY WARNING.!! Beware DOG owners.!!!! When I moved in the park eleven years ago, I had to have a 1995 or newer mobile home with a shingled roof. Last year a old delapidated outdated mobile home moved in behind me, and I have heard nothing but sawing !! hammering.!! and daily construction on the old thing. I feel unhappy in my home now.And friends of mine recently have tried to get in with an older trailer and was refused. They were not white. There is no place but the road for the kids to play because of old rusty swings and slide. ALSO THE OWNERS ARE IN FLORIDA ALL WINTER.

Ownership hands on and they want things done properly.
