Reynoldsburg estates is quiet and friendly all the kids play together and have fun sometimes they argue but make up later I have not had any problems here its nice
I live here. Nice quiet clean. friendly residents and children. Everyone helpful pleasant. Great mangers.
Drove around to get a feel of the neighborhood and talk with residents, with the exception of a couple of guys only saying no to my questions about the place being a good place to live or raise kids (possibly a language barrier issue) and one person raising the confederate flag for all to see (my significant other is black) all seemed to be good signs of the place. The other people I spoke with all seemed to know each and everybody else in the area, and told a narrative of this being a great neighborhood with the old school style of community. I do hope to be able to line up a lot there to call home for me and my family, as long as its not too close to the bars and stripes Im not ready to explain that level of hate to a 2 year old just yet. Other than that I have seen nothing to digest that even the slightest thing may make me not want to move on in.
Pretty trees.
Clean. Safe.
Its. Ok I guess. Its not safe to walk the streets alone by your self. And if you do keep looking over your shoulder. Keep looking all around know your seroundings.
I love living here or I wouldnt have lived here for over ten years. The staff is friendly. I live on Robin Lane its a nice quite street well maintained and I get along great with almost all my neighbors. The swimming pool was the selling point. However this year was a great disappointment. The pool seems to open later and later every year and closes earlier and earlier every year. This one being the worst. It didnt open until mid July because of a leak and was open a total of maybe three weeks and is now closed for season due to pump failure. When I moved here it was open all the time but the last few years its just excuse after excuse. Theres a ton of people here who love this pool. Its was a place to meet your neighbors and make friendships and where the thousand kids spent their summers. Now its just a broken down disappointment. Get it together PLEASE!
Felt like I entered Mexico accidently. Back when my elderly parents lived there it was nice...no its ghetto gross.
I filed an application to move in with my girlfriend who lives on French Run ln. She had lived here 15 years. Erica put it threw, in 3 days I was in. 7 years later I see why she called it Mayberry. I Love the community. The staff is caring. (This is the best).
This property is very nice its more of a family environment then anything else which is awesome. I lived in the property for seven years and gave it three stars because I was on the waiting list to get my tree branches trimmed for seven years, never happened !and I moved out in May And Im still struggling to get my $400 deposit its now July!!!Definitely not timely in returning your deposit.
Older mobile home park but still nice.
Use to be a quite n nice place to live 3 yrs ago now they only sell to Mexicans not that I have anything wrong with them but the park no longer sells to anyone but them . Any places that go up for sale are sold within a week it seems or shorter to a Mexican family . Hard to drive through as kids are always I the streets or cars are lined up along the roads n weekends can be loud as the Mexicans have parties n play VERY loud thumping music.. glad we moved.
This place needs new management
Very quiet, well maintained park
I do not live at this location but had to speak with erika on another matter, the level of professionalism and kindness is top notch, the community looked beautiful but mainly the kindness was outstanding she went above and beyond for me and girlfriend, if you end up getting a home here i know she would be fair, honest and you can tell she cares about her community and people, Thanks erika for being a cut above the rest! -Mike
Love this place... Live here for almost h 4 years now
Pool is green filled with algae. Most definitely NOT crystal blue as described in the website
I have been unable to get a hold of anyone when needed. No one is ever in the office during scheduled office hours and no one will return phone calls. Very frustrating to try to work with.
This is the worst place anybody can live at these people that own this place are slumlords
Reynoldsburg Estates has gone down hill dramatically. Too many ppl that arent citizens of the U S.
Meh. . .
