I like its a fully functional condo with washer/dryer, dishwasher, nice dishes/cookware. The fireplace is awesome. The jacuzzi tub is nice however you run out of hot water before getting water level to the jets,that issue should be addressed & fixed. The sheets/pillowcases a little stiff/ scratching would be nice if softer. I explained to Manager these issues.The price is decent. Overall really enjoyed my stay the surroundings were pretty & peaceful definitely recommend staying. Just a stickler on details.

This place was clean comfortable and rather quiet. It is located near many stores, restaurants and casinos. The only downfall there us no amenities.

So far so good ... we will be staying here for a week! And we are super excited. Place looks great at the start so we hope no unsuspected snafus.Arrived late and there are lots of units and names that seem similar so kinda feels like Hawaii... navigating the area resort. It also appears that the tennis court which is a major part of the directions has several entries to it ... at one point we were at that entrance but in the wrong street... so every detail matters.Forgot to take pics before..so we are already starting to move in in some of the pics

This is not, in any sense of the word, a resort. They should tell you when you book that the outdoor recreation pool gets closed and drained after Labor Day. We were there literally 3 days after Labor Day for the Reno Balloon Races and it was already drained and closed. Disappointing! There is a gym you have access to, with an indoor lap pool. That does NOT make it a resort. It is also THE hardest place to find I have ever been too. The address listed is for the Lakeridge Living Apartments. There is also a Lakeridge Tennis Club. My husband seriously thought I had been the victim of a scam and that the location did not exist. Those both have signage visible from the street, but this resort has NOTHING. After 1.5 hours searching and calls, we made it. Nice and large ccomodations for families. Found large hairball in the bathroom bhind the door. Yuck. Otherwise, it appeared clean. Also, found a beetle on the master bedroom curtain and one on the sofa, but we were not sure what it was and, well, it is the desert so there will be bugs. It also has a nice parking lot ... once you find it! So, it is not all bad, but there are some serious things I would change and improve on and thought it would be helpful for people to know these things.

Easy check in and out! Amazing accommodations!! While others were complaining about their casino hotel accommodations we were over the moon happy with ours!

I stay here whenever I’m in town for work. It’s comfortable, spacious and has a full kitchen. I travel a lot for work so it’s nice to be able to cook in my own kitchen and not have to deal with a parking structure- it feels like home. Sure, the decor is dated and they could really make it cute if they wanted to. But I got over that pretty quickly, because it’s such an easy place to stay.

We had a pleasant stay. The location was great, not far from the convention center and shopping. The only dig I have is that there was a kitchen faucet on the guest lavatory sink, a cheap one at that; but as a plumber I am a bit picky.

Condo was very clean, beds were comfortable and you can’t beat access to the gym that has a huge cardio/weight area, indoor pool and great free classes

This is a fantastic deal for the right situation--a roomy, 2 bed, 2 bath condo with full kitchen, dining area, and living room with fireplace. It was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. For me, traveling as a single woman, it felt very isolated at night, though it is well lit and on a busy street. Staff is only there from 9-5 during the day. There doesnt seem to be daily maid service, which was fine with me. I was visiting Reno to see family, so did not take advantage of the tennis or pool facilities. It looks like a very nice sports complex. The wi-fi was good enough that I could watch a movie on my laptop. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

The customer service is terrible. I needed to change the dates (4 night stay) of my trip for an emergency. I got a huge run around. No one would give me an answer and told me I needed to speak with someone else. Finally the decision was made that I could not change the dates of my trip because the trip is non refundable. I wasnt looking for a refund, I was looking to move the dates and stay in the same hotel. Terrible service, I will never stay in this hotel and recommend people give their money to a business that actually cares about their customers.

Liked the pots, pans, etc in the kitchen and all of the towels. Liked the washing machine and fish washer. Nice and quiet. Fan in one of the bathrooms did not work.

The girl that was onsite in the office was super helpful and kind! the condo was very very outdated. we were in two different places and the beds were like sleeping on rocks!The directions to get to the site were horrible. the gym was very nice.

Great gym w tons to do - I worked out. They offer tennis, racketball, squash, even air hockey. The Locker rooms were clean, great showers.

Pros:- Location is good.- Clean.Cons:- Hard to find. Google map doesnt take you to the correct place. A possible solution is to add a detailed map. - Garbage disposal.- No daily housekeeping.- When we arrived, the office was closed. Despite minor issues, its very good for a family.

Interesting alternative to a hotel. One of a dozen two bedroom condos on the grounds of a tennis club. Quiet, secluded, no food on the property and no daily housekeeping. But, spacious, well equipped and comfortable. We would go back.

Love the location, very convenient for visiting family. Option to use the Lakeridge Tennis Club gym is fantastic, way better than any hotel gym.

The navigation of the apartment complex is confusing. The club had a nice tennis court, one of the nicest ive seen in reno and there was small basketball area. The place is serene and quiet, nice place to hang out. Visited a friend who lived in the area

I stumbled upon this place on hotels,com and didn’t realize it was a timeshare/apartment. I come to Reno once a month for work and stay a few days each visit. This place was perfect for me; a full kitchen so I can cook and don’t have to go out for meal, a cozy fireplace, a jacuzzi bathtub, and access to a really nice sports club. Plus it was a minute away from my office. It was great for what I needed. I’ll be back!

My family and I recently stayed at Club Lakeridge Resort for a week. The condo was very clean and the grounds were well maintained. All three generations thoroughly enjoyed our stay; the kids especially liked the pool and the presence of lifeguards was a bonus. Though there were other guests in the adjoining condos, we did not hear any noise from any of them. Roxanne was very informative, friendly, and accommodating; a pleasure to work with. We will stay here again when we return to Reno.

Use of the tennis club, close to the main street, quiet neighborhood

These apartments are way too expensive. They have a lot of hidden fees. Like $100.00 a month to pick up garbage at your door Even if you dont use the service you have to pay robbery is what it is.No air conditioning in unit waiting 2 months to have it fixed still not fixed the maintenance takes months for them to fix if not more but for $1400.00 way over priced everything is old.Never rent here.

Its a really good place good people!

Took an hour to find it. Office closed. Checked in after 3 days. Address was 6028 plumas but to find it you go to club Lakeridge on Lakeside st. Not Plumas. It was too cold to do anything outside. 17 degrees. Ouch. Facilities are dated.

Patio was wood rotted you can see where the termites are.guest bathroom has mold in the shower air conditioner only works in living and dining ingredients room and not the bedrooms... you can tell they dont take care of this place.

Just went for a meeting with some friends, grabbed a quick begal and coffee. Overall a nice environment would like to return for some of the extracurricular activities they have.

The place was fantastic! The only recommendation I would make involves the garbage disposal. The switch for this is actually just below the sink and on multiple occasions, we turned it on by mistake. It is quite a hazard as you could easily hit it by mistake if you were reaching into the drain. Not good!
