I am going to get the detractors out of the way. The mattress in the grand spa room is not as luxurious as the spa room in the newer tower. The room though is wonderful. Watch your step on the highly polished tiles in the bathroom. We were very happy to get a great rate on the room. We will be back in the future and will be getting back to the Tuscany tower. Of all of the places we visited on this trip, the Peppermill has the best covid protocols in play. With my wife and I having preexisting conditions, it was an 8mportant factor for us. Thank you Peppermill for another great stay.

Nice and clean rooms but a bit outdated. I had fun playing blackjack downstairs and even made a little bit of money. Drinks were good and plentiful at the bar. This place has been updates with safety measures since the pandemic began, so I felt pretty safe being at the tables.

Whether your staying for a couple days or just passing through, the cafe at the Peppermill Casino & Resort is an absolute MUST. Iconic mouthwatering eats that will make you wish you could eat all day with no regrets.For the sports junkies in the family, the book will make you feel like royalty.Seating is limited.Reservations suggested, but not required.Be prepared to be patient and wait if youre not on the list though... because those who know, know how to roll with the flow.

I love the Peppermill! Its a beautiful place. Its always clean and you cant tell that people smoke cigarettes there! Good job to all those who hold it down!

Overall it was generally a pleasant experience.We paid a little extra to get a room with a jacuzzi in it. That was the best thing about staying at this hotel. The jacuzzi worked and was quite relaxing after a long day of walking around doing tourist stuff. Of course we were hoping for a little better view but didnt expect much for the price we paid. There were more expensive suites with a jacuzzi in them and I suspect you pay more for better views. Sort of lucked out though because with the smoke in the air from the fires any views would have been ruined anyway so at least we didnt fork out money for a view mother natured would have killed for us. Ive made sure to show pictures of the room thoroughly with regular and 360 photos because we discovered it was challenging to find good pictures of the hot tub in the room online before we got there. Also the view was basically a city view from one side and then literally the side of another building 5 feet away on the other window. The city view also wasnt the most interesting angle of the city. Again your experience may differ because Im sure it depends a lot on which room youre given.The service was just fine. Not especially remarkable. Which for some people may be a plus I guess. There were no memorable experiences with any staff positive or negative. Of course with covid they arent doing any turn down service so thats one less opportunity to interact with staff. Oh and we didnt really sit at any casino tables to play so I cant comment on dealers or anything. We stuck to restaurants and slot machines.I had been excited to find out there was an arcade in the hotel as I enjoy playing video games but it turned out the arcade was fairly small and mainly had the ticket games (doing their best to teach kids to gamble at a young age) and a few super old arcades.There are a few restaurants in the hotel and you can read the reviews on each separately but our best experience (of the ones we tried) was at Oceano. That was probably the second best reason to stay at this hotel. Though obviously you dont have to be a guest at this hotel to eat there.Overall we would stay here again. Originally we had planned to hike around Lake Tahoe each day and come back to the hotel and soak in the tub in the evenings but the fires ruined that and we had to find other ways to amuse ourselves. If our original plan hadnt failed I think this hotel would have been ideal because it was a nice room with a cool hot tub and we wouldnt have needed to find entertainment during the day. This hotel is also not walking distance to the main strip where entertainment is more readily accessible so we found ourselves driving around a lot to find things to do. Not the worst thing in the world but could be a factor if youre flying in and dont have a car or you are paying for cabs.Oh and I forgot to mention that the 7-11 right next to the hotel has some very sketchy characters out front hanging around in the evenings which discouraged us from even attempting to walk around or visit any businesses on the block.

We have been staying at the resort since 1995. Since remodel, all the restaurants are great, though the steak house chef isnt as good as the last one. Food has varied from classic recipes like escargot. Service great in all restaurants. We like the casino, as its large, keeps adding fun machines and lets you play. Jamie, our casino host is absolutely the best!! Tuscany Tower rooms have beautiful views. The rooms and beds are so comfortable and clean. Probably is time to update them a bit.

Customer service is great! During this time, they have people wiping down all of the chairs tables, and ALL THE THINGS that people my touch. Beautiful views of downtown Reno and the mountains ️️ Food is fantastic I kept on going to the Oceano restaurant for the freshest Sushi! Customer service was fabulous. They clean down each booth after people leave. They space them out so its not so crowded in one area. Its a Beautiful restaurant. I highly recommend this gorgeous experience if you live Sushi

Nice place most comfortable mattress Ive slept on in a year of road trip and various travels. Large place give yourself time to learn how it works to find your way around.Huge casino.

My only advice: Make your reservations early. We got into town on Saturday night and of course everything was booked. By the time we finally found a place and started trying to make reservations for Sun-forward most of the rooms for Sun were already booked out.It was my first time in a 4 star hotel or in a casino that large. And it was honestly a standard setter. xDDespite the Covid restrictions, theyve still got an awesome level of service and accommodations.The roughest part was probably finding a cocktail waitress, theyre certainly busy and their CX is great.The pool was awesome, some seriously incredible chandeliers, and the food was awesome.Absolutely would 100% visit again.

It’s not cheap but it was worth it. Mixed drinks are included with the price. Foods are common to what you would find in a buffet. Food quality is great and staff are excellent.

Very modern place. Most updated place in Reno. They have done a great job with Covid19 safety modifications. Great variety of restaurants and also at reasonable prices. A must see if you are in Reno!!

Check in with quick and easy. The front desk staff were friendly and professional! The room was clean and tidy and a nice size. The mattress was very comfortable . the food at Chi was delicious.This was the first time stand here and would definitely stay here again

By far the best casino in Reno even rates up there when you do a statewide Nevada check on services lighting cleanliness food concierge valet bell hop room service cleanliness of the rooms spaciousness decor crowd and the energy at the table games as well as the laughter at the machines everything seemed to be a little bit more vibrant and a step ahead of all the rest here in Reno Nevada now this is what you want out of gaming and the full on casino/hospitality industry a benchmark for the rest.

Casino is very nice, tons of different slot machines, table games and the poker room is top notch! The staff are friendly, the place is clean and they have dividers in between players at the poker room which is definitely open so I would highly recommend checking them out whenever you’re in the area! The sports book has tons of massive TVs as well so you can enjoy some sports

My visit to the Peppermill was a very enjoyable experience. Front desk was helpful when I requested a room change. The social distancing was well enforced, and they had body temperature scanning cameras in use at the entryways, the pool area and gaming tables required mask to be worn at all times unless actively eating or drinking. The whole experience felt reasonably safe in these times of uncertainty.

The pool at half capacity was very enjoyable. The pool nachos were the best Ive literally ever had. They were layered and loaded. Service was great. Dinner at Oceano was also delicious and the service was great. We came for staycation from Tahoe for my daughters birthday and it was a great change of pace. Rooms are well decorated and clean. Arcade was also enjoyable as no one was really there. Over all it was a great little escape and I cant wait to do it again.

Hot chocolate, beer and shot. $22. Plus $3 tip. Thats crazy. It was uncomfortable gambling. It is like sitting in a small cubicle. Only the second time I went out since March. No thanks. Not worth it.

We Always stay in the tower. Clean rooms, up to date and great views. Food is always great and staff is friendly.

We had a great time at the resort. Very clean, and well prepared to receive guests during this crazy time. Pool and Spa were as advertised, if not better. We really enjoyed our family dinner at Oceano. Drinks at the pool bar were a little steep for the portions, but great service.

I was mesmerized by this place. It was totally the opposite of the feeling you get at the casinos in the downtown area of Reno. I considered it a 5 star experience. Loved the sports Lounge. It is huge!!! Definitely make sure to visit or stay there. By the way, they have an amazing Arcade where you can entertain your young ones while you are having fun in the Casino.

The room was beautiful! The service not so much first we had no idea where to park and had to wait forever to find out. We ordered room service it took almost 2 hours I ordered a banana split the thing was disgusting looking I did not even touch it 11 dollars for a blob of melted ice cream 5 dollars for a can of pepsi 13 dollars for a long island that was watered down by the time they brought it on top of that they charge you a fee from the hotel and an automatic tip I have no problem paying but it was like 18 percent for an almost 2 hour wait and a garbage order. Also the casino is ridiculous it does not pay out anything hardly at all and it is next to impossible to get a drink I waited almost an hour for a drink so not worth it.

I have been so scared over the past few months and unlike a lot of other people I actually stayed inside my house from March through June. I finally decided to come out of the house and booked a stay with a different resort where I had comped rooms. The OTHER Resort did such a poor job with safety measures that I wasnt sure if I would ever come back on again. During that stay, I left the other resort and went to check out the Peppermill because I had heard so many great things about them. I also joined did passport Rewards Club while I was there . The policies put in place at the Peppermill compared to other resort are like night and day. A week later I received my new membership rewards from the Peppermill and I felt safe enough to book the complementary 3 night stay. So obviously this was my first stay at the Peppermill. I was absolutely blown away. Everything from the room, resort, and of course the staff was top-notch. The policies that they put in place to handle the pandemic are spot-on and unlike other resorts, the staff actually enforces the facemask policy. They went above and beyond to make sure that social distancing measures were in place in every area of the resort. I also appreciate that they assigned people to monitor the lines for certain areas like the check-in and the pool to assure things go smoothly. We ate at three different restaurants while I was there and the safety and service again was top-notch. The cleanliness of the resort is immaculate and all around just feels great when youre there. I was so stressed out being at home for months it was at my breaking point when I booked this vacation. I am so thankful to Peppermill for doing such a wonderful job. I felt very safe at your Resort and really enjoyed myself.

It was a great place to stay! It’s more old fashioned- I don’t exactly know how to explain it. There is a casino, an arcade, and a large pool too! The rooms are really nice with a big window view. I had a great stay!

Nice room with a view of the mountains dusted with snow. Bed and sheets were comfortable. Environs was quiet. Staff was cordial. Didnt go to the casino itself but did visit the buffet for lunch. Fairly typical buffet fare but with better ingredients. Highlight is an extensive dessert spread.In these days of covid, I rate hotels based on how safe I feel. Im pleased to say that the Peppermill is better than most. Even their airport vans have social distancing seating. It probably doesnt make much difference in the small confines of even a large van, but it does show the extra care the company puts into its efforts. Much appreciate.

The casino floor itself was very nice, and the front desk was courteous and professional. The hotel itself appears a little long in the tooth. My room had no smoking signs in it, but smell of smoke was pervasive. It absolutely smelled like cigarettes, and my clothing did as well after spending a night there. The soundproofing could be better, as I could hear my neighbors, and definitely heard them drunkenly yelling outside my door at midnight.

Clean & Classy (Tuscany Tower). I can only speak to the Tuscany Tower. I also highly appreciated the self check-in and check-out allowing me to avoid the crowds and wait. I also love being able to not have to touch the casino floor yet able to have access to the entirely of the resort.

I liked the casino overall, the slot machines are mostly updated. There are places to eat inside as well as nearby fast food places. The two pools are decent sized, my favorite in all of Reno! I really like the arcade that’s inside the casino as well.

Really fun place to hang out, have a drink and some great food. Captures the essence of a big Vegas casino without a lot of the hassles. Plus the suites in the Tuscany tower are huge and meant for a good time. Totally worth the visit!

The only highlight was my room and the Italian Restaurant. I was not happy that when I was gambling I had to put my mask on in between my sips. I was told like 10 times to pull it up, and I couldnt enjoy myself. Yet I spent a lot of money.I was sitting alone inbetween dividers, too. The funny thing was that no one was cleaning the chairs or slot machines and everyone was hoping from machine to machine. If I am gonna die its going to be from the 2nd hand smoking not Covid. Dont waste your money until all this control is over and you can enjoy yourself. Dont go to the fireside lounge either, you have to put your mask on in between sips too.

I played. I won. Then I went to lunch at Biscotti. Loved the prime rib sliders. The lettuce wraps werent as good. The lettuce was wilted but the filling was good. The staff were fast and friendly. I will be going back.

Had the best time here with its lovely rooms. We lounged by the pool and had a drink, very relaxing atmosphere. The only bummer is they dont let you use the resort fee towards food credit like they do at Atlantis. We also played some poker and their safety measures were impressive.

Aside from all the tweakers and ice heads roaming the casino floor.. My wife and I won separate Jackpots within the first hour we were there 2 weekends ago.. We been here many times and have had lots of fun pre covid and after covid.. NYC Deli and the Milano Cafe are great spots to eat as well.. And My favor spot in the whole casino is the big sportsbook area they offer with TV screens everywhere.. A sports bettors dream place to relax and watch his bets without anybody hassling them to leave like Silver Legacy or Casnos nearby there.. Peppermill is the spot to be.. We needed to get out of the house and my husband loves playing poker. I told him I wanted one of those rooms with a jacuzzi and get a massage and eat out. I was scared to go stay at a hotel and sleep on the bed and pillows due to covid. I was actually the one to say lets go away for two to three nights and then once he booked it I got nervous about covid. We went and it was so safe and customer service was welcoming and friendly. Everyone wore a mask except when eating in restaurants. The restaurants did social distance the tables indoors but virus travels in the air. So it hasnt been a full two weeks but we feel fine and I enjoyed my trip for the most part. We left Peppermill on September 30, 2020 and came back home to Rocklin, CA

Okay, Google! You get a guest HDMI port. Find it in the guide button. Connect to it with whatever you want. Just amazing!Wow. This place is pretty much as good as it gets. No valet due to covid-19, but they still have bell service. Though it is slower than normal, but make sure you pocket a beer or two from your cooler so you dont have to wait! Check in was easy. Make your reservation online or through an app so its quick. Get a later checkout at noon. Room service was quick. Simple things are pretty reasonable. Certain things seemed a bit over priced. The rooms are amazing. Oversized furniture. Deep refrigerator. Lots of space. Big bed with lots of pillows and a comfy set of sheets and a thick comforter. Big tub/shower. Zoom in mirror for ladies to pluck eyebrows. Phone by the toilet in case you need more paper. Hair dryer already in the room. Lots of towels of all sizes. Good sized TV. You do need reservations at the dining places due to covid-19, but not during the day. More during dinner. Room service is 24 hours with lots of options. Overall you get a lot of bang for the buck. TV is 42 inches. Toilet has the same flush as the ones in the casino level. Move away before flushing. Its powerful! TV has a real guide that you can channel down to page through.

Loved this place ..pool was amazing.. staff handles issues quickly.. beautiful rooms ...room service has very high prices though didnt bother with that at all..asked for extra shampoo and it was brought up quickly..im never going anyplace else in Reno to stay

Very nice casino and priced to stay (weekdays). Best sports and race book in town. Oceano restaurant was top notch and besides bars everything was open including the poker room(covid). Nice pool facility too. My favorite spot in Reno.

We just had to get away! Making reservations was quick and easy. When I decided to upgrade they offered the Grand Suite $80 more per night. Soooo glad I made the upgrade! Check in is 3pm but we arrived late night. Check in did take a few minutes as the staff was sanitizing their stations between guests. Social distancing and masks required in all public areas except dining tables. Lots of partitioning with plexiglass or plastic on casino floors. Self service cashiers cash out winnings and break bills with no contact & sanitizer available everywhere. I felt pretty safe hanging out and having some fun! Our room was everything Id hoped for and some! Crisp high thread count sheets and double pillows for 2 on a beautiful king size wood poster bed. 45+inch flat screen hdtv, with available casting abilities for$30 more like pay per view.. But the best parts were the large hot tub with waterfall faucets and fairly good jets. Not nearly enough of them though. Surprised we were though in the shower there was a steam device that was digitally controlled by pad on the wall wide bench seating it was awesome!! I didnt notice any buffets to be open but all the restaurants were open normal hours and a couple were 24 hour and so was room service which was pretty easy to order and charge to the room. Our order arrived faster than we expected and with all the possible needed extras. However our adventure with the staff at peppermill didnt really start until after we checked out!! It was then we discovered a bag missing and called lost n found/Security staff and even housekeeping in hopes of finding our bright got pink duffel. Julie Yoshida and the security crew said housekeeping found it in the elevator lobby of our room floor! They were really helpful and went above and beyond when getting me back with my stuff. Even when I couldnt locate Id, I able to pull enough proof of identity to retrieve my bag! It wasnt until I was home did I realize that I indeed had lost my Calif Id card. I again emailed Julie in lost n found hoping just maybe ... I get email right back with a tracking number and verifying my address!!! Rockstar she is!! They found my identification and sent it to my house. Thank you so much for being not only on top of your game but also on top of mine!! I cant imagine ever staying anywhere else! Our experience here was top notch and quite worthy of the four diamonds AAA award!! Would give 10 stars if I could. Planning a return trip soon. Would Highly recommend the Peppermill!!

First time staying at the Peppermill the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and the decor was very nice and the price was right. I will stay here again.

We will definitely return here, we were very impressed with our entire experience! It was the most luxurious place that we have ever stayed! Rooms were quite soundproof, smelled pleasant, and supplied us with toiletries- soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, coffee, tea, and bottled water. There were enough towels for us each to shower and still have a dry towel left to use for later. The bathrooms are pretty amazing, enjoyed the double head steam shower, unfortunately our whirlpool bathtub did not have power and did not work, but it was fine as a bathtub! Having a nice vanity area with a great magnifying mirror was extremely helpful in getting ready to go out, as was also having a blow dryer, and iron. There was also a safe to put valuables in, the carpets were clean, the beds were top notch comfy, we both wished we had these beds at home! Every area we visited inside was also over the top beautiful, several restaurants all priced very decent, as well as very nice bars, and caught a show in the whiskey bar!

Well run swanky casino. Less pressure than Vegas. Room in Tuscan tower was luxurious. Nice outdoor pool area. Reasonable room rates, however they hit you with an extra $35/day resort fee.

I wasnt sure if I was going to be able to schedule because of the virus and the service and sanitation was EXCELLENT. I will be back!!

Considering were still dealing with the pandemic madness it was very nice. Clean and inviting but all restaurants are not open. Only basic services at the spa, no sauna, Jacuzzis, steam ruin ect. Now if you like grabbing a drink at the bars forget it. If you play in the casino they will bring drinks to you, eating in an open restaurant they serve you. So bring your own joy juice and stock your room. Outside pools are awesome. Have fun

Hello,We have been coming to peppermill for years. The hotel is beautiful. However, we are very disappointed with our stay this time around. The room smells like like smoke. There were some broken pieces of bathroom frame, the coffee table had some broken edges. We had to request twice to get extra towels. Two of worst parts was that there were some holes in our sheets. We paid close to $300 for a one night stay.

The absolute best place to stay in Reno, hands down. Best customer service, best restaurants, best rates for value. Only things that arent 5++ stars: room service and table games. Room service is quick, but extremely over priced for what comes up. Flavor is meh. Only order if you are that lazy and/or drunk and you have money to blow on items that cost double what is already over priced. Whatever, dont get room service and have the best time ever. Except be careful on table games. Ive never seen everyone lose as much and as often as I have here. Its super convenient with nice dealers though, and there are other casinos to uber to where people not dealing are allowed to win sometimes too. Seriously tho, stay here for the best experience possible in Reno! I wont stay anywhere else now.

The wow factor on this is a 10. I cant believe all the detail in this hotel. Very friendly staff. I cant say enough good stuff about this place. I cant wait to stay again. Room with the patio is great. The bar tenders next to Tuscany tower are amazing!! Vanessa was so attentive. Thanks for everything you guys do to make it a great stay!

We had to evacuate our home due to nearby fires and the Peppermill have us a great rate. The rooms (we needed 2) were spacious, clean and beautiful. We had room service once and picked up food from one of the to go food counters another time . The food was delicious. Evereyone was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here.

Its beautiful and feels old west. I liked the experience overall. I loved that theres a lot of poker machines at Peppermill.Ive been to several casinos in Oregon as well and I noticed the Oregon casinos had more sanitizing staff and those staff were right on your machine as soon as you left it in Oregon. More than this casino. There were sanitizing staff but not as many. Also, no smoking currently in Oregon with Covid. Theres smoking at Peppermill.

We as fl there to see how the night life was amongst this Covid-19 and well had one drink with a friend. We talked to a Vanessa who was serving drinks she was very nice. Other than that everyone else that approach us were to remind us to sip out drink and quick cover our face. Seemed a bit more like a bother we finished our drink and left to another casino instead.

Our trip to the Peppermill was AMAZING!! The room was awesome. We stayed in the king suite in the Tuscany tower.The tub was amazing and we barely left our room. Tv in every room including the bathroom. The whole experience was perfect.

Beautiful spa, 3 stories with amazing amenities. I believe 30,000 Square feet with views and lounges to die for, amazing pools inspired by Roman bath houses, room service on a large balcony. I will most certainly be a returning customer.

We stayed in the Tuscany Tower in a double king suite. It was extremely comfortable and the tub was enormous. We ordered room service for dinner and breakfast the next morning. Everything was absolutely delicious and the portions were more than generous. Looking forward to returning.

Like new, Peppermille resort & casino! Despite pandemic virus, we still try to have fun in life by wearing, social distance & transparent divider between gambling seats.

My husband and i love the peppermill resort....we have made this place our go to for our anniversaries the last 3 years and even in between .. once were there we dont even leave the resort because everything is there.. including restaurants ....beautiful hotel and rooms...my favorite is the room with the spa in it....and the service is excellent and it is very clean!!!!...i would recommend this hotel to anyone!

I loved my Tuscany Tower room! It was huge, warm feeling, and relaxing. Huge bathroom with Roman tub and two shower heads in the steam shower. I will stay here every ti.e I go to Reno.

Did not get the room that we booked. Booked a patio room on second floor and they gave us a deck on the third floor with two young kids under five. Never had a problem with peppermill before. Would have been nice to actually get the room that we booked.

I LOVE this place. My wife and I are regulars at Oceana which serves sushi. The quality of food is amazing and the waiters go above and beyond. This is one of the best places I have ever ate sushi from. The establishment is extremely clean and they follow covid standards to the T. I would highly recommend this joint to anyone.

I expected more. It wasnt too bad. But for this place to be so big. You would think theyd put up better signs to navigate to the rooms. I cant tell you how many times I got lost walking around that place.

The fact is that I never would leave if I didnt feel the need to visit more of Reno and find the hidden gem restaurants and bars. If you are a single person, a couple (married or otherwise) or a family this resort has everything youll need to enjoy your time there and have you wanting to add an extra day onto your trip.

This is a wonderful hotel that has a year round pool. They have a wonderful buffet nicely decorated and the food is great! Tonight was seafood night and it was fantastic! I have never had such delicious seafood in my life! Crab fish shrimp all kinds of yummy stuffs. They also have a 24 hour cafe and I have never eaten anything in there that wasnt delicious. This hotel has non smoking areas so that is good for me. I also like the sports bar area with huge TVs everywhere you look. Great place to watch a ball game or race. Locals get 20% off on most things. Also if youre over 50 or youre a veteran you also get a discount. Locals rave about Spa here but Ive never been.

The Peppermill cannot be topped.Not just because of their incredible Tuscan tower rooms or their amazing restauants, spa or even the beautiful pools... their customer care and service is such that every other casino in town should pay attention. The best in all areas, by far..GOOD JOB PEPPERMILL.. your employees, your beautiful casino..all of it..top notch!!

Great Suites, room service was a no show, and you cant open the windows at all, it was raining wouldnt lived to hear the rain with my view

Fantastic place to stay. The room I got was extremely extravagant and very nice.I ate off the room service menu most of the time because of the recent COVID rules... No complaints there! The service was very fast and decently priced.The casino was average for the Reno area.

Fantastic good time! Even with all the precautions. I have been to the resort a couple of times before so I was curious to see what it would be like during this crazy time. Upon entering the Peppermill Resort they have signs all over the floor of how far apart to stand and a greeter. It made it look like check-in was going to look take a long time but it actually didnt. The front service desk was superb. I asked for an early check-in. we got an early check-in and headed to the pool where they were only taking people at 50% capacity. So it wasnt all full and we were able to get into the pool area. Poolside Service was excellent. They also clean every lounge chair/ chair after each use. They also make sure that you are wearing your mask in the pool area.My room was very clean. The grounds were very clean. There was hand sanitizer throughout the casino areas. And restaurants were only taking patrons at 50% capacity. The food there was really good and I love how you dont really need to leave the property to get anything. They have it all there. I look forward to going back to the resort.

I love this place when you want a big casino out of downtown.

We had a great time at The Peppermill. Great service, easy check in. Its been remodeled at some point. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Restaurants and food areas were good. The gambling area was great. They are ontop of the covid 19 with sanitation.

The staff is so helpful here, even with it being crazy busy and all the coronavirus restrictions they try to make you feel at home and it shows. The rooms are clean and nice. The casino payouts are low, but thats to be expected after being closed for weeks unexpectedly. Cocktail waitress work hard and are surprisingly quick for how busy it was.

The hotel was very nice. The room was big and fully furnished and much nicer than I expected for the price I paid. The refrigerator in the room was not very cold. But thats whatever. Not extremely important.The casino was nice as well. I was surprised to see a lot of slots that seemed pretty aged compared to the majority. Did not want to play the old ones. But it was a good experience. Lost a lot of money at first but made it all back plus some right before leaving. I am glad to have left that place NOT regretting it.

I only stayed for 1 night and I enjoyed it. the front desk staff was very professional. The rooms were cozy and clean. Slots were fun as well as the live tables. The pool area was nice, besides a couple of bad seeds who where over drunk (I would say the waiters need to know when to cut the line ) other then that the staff at the pool was also very helpfull, one of the girls helped me find a lone lounge. Im sorry i didnt get the employees names that stood out in a positive way for me. I would go again if staying in the area.

Great place to stay. Rooms in Tuscany tower awesome. Staff very friendly. Plenty of great restaurants on the resort grounds.

One of the nicest places in Reno! Oceano is some of the finest dining in town and I love Chi as well. The rooms are clean and spacious, the pool area is fun and the casino floor is my favorite in town. Its a great place for a romantic getaway (but for family vacation I would probably recommend GSR)If you want Vegas style class in the Biggest Little City, check out the Peppermill.

Peppermill has the best machines and gives me more free play than any other casino.

Excellent! I upgraded for $40 and it seemed to be worth it. Huge bathroom and tub. I opened the door and was greeted by fun jazz music. The sunset was gorgeous. Staff was accommodating. Really nice hotel gym too with a yoga studio, weights, squat rack and locker rooms.
