I would give them negative stars if possible. I am a disabled woman. I have neuropathy and need to sit a lot because I cant feel my feet and the security guard Travis (I believe his name was Travis).. a blond younger guy, took my chair from me. I explained my situation and they offered no sympathy and no accommodation. They are luck I didnt take a police report and sue. I was so upset by the time I left that I couldnt make the police report as I was crying. What a crummy night.

The Tonic Lounge has great people, awesome DJ, and a wonderful staff. The place ROCKS!

I was born here in Reno. Currently live elsewhere and I am in town visiting my Grandparents. I work security at a large historic venue where I currently live. A lifelong family friend brought me here last Saturday. I was having a pretty alright time dancing and my friend went outside for a smoke. Then I was approached by two or three dudes who started being aggressive with me. I stood my ground, then they started shoving me. I shoved back. They then pointed at me as if I was the instigator, and the security dude seemed like he knew them. I calmly left and tried to talk to the guy about what happened. He didnt care. I then realized pretty quickly they had stolen my wallet in the scuffle. Ive tried to contact the bar. Nothing. I would not go here if you are from out of town. If you do, good luck leaving with your valuables. A police report has been filed.

Nice atmosphere open late. But I watched the bartender drag a full trash can across the bar and leave a streak of garbage water on the bar tonight. It was super gross. Also the bar tenders seemed to be a little rude. The bar wasnt very busy and they just kept looking over us... And when they finally took our order they didnt offer suggestions or help for my companion who didnt know what she wanted. Management check your cameras... Your staff needs some help. There were several open drug deals in front of the bar, dealers using flashlights to light up their wares. Lots of dirt and dust in the corners and along the crown molding (large cobwebs) and it makes the bar feel dirty.

Look, its 3 A.M. All the other bars are closed. Youre looking for a bar with casino prices, but club feel. Well, look no further, friends. This place is exactly what you want: cheap drinks, party feel, and sick blacklights. Get it on, party people, because Tonic is exactly what you want.

I havent been in Tonic for a few years. I was with some friends celebrating a birthday and we decided to go. Im standing at the bar when a woman comes up to me and asks if I knew where she could buy coke. After I said no, she then asked about weed. The place has gone down hill since the last time Ive been there and I dont see myself going in again anytime soon.

I went to Tonic for the Zombie crawl 2018 and Im never going back after paying $7 for a whiskey coke all night this bartender that hadnt serve me in all night came and charged me $9 for the same drink on top that it was clear the drink was all coke a barely whiskey and dont get me wrong if they were to have been charging me that all night is okay but just because you are partying doesnt mean you are there to giveaway money just like that specially when you are tipping too so I asked one of the other bartenders which at that point probably have served me like 5 whiskeys already for $7 about why the drink was going up she asked me who was the bartender and If I had asked for a double I told her no so the guy came back extremely confrontational and upset to take the $10 off my hand and come back and throw me a dollar in my face. The only reason why I didnt throwed him the cup with the full drink in his stupid rude face is because I have class and manners and was not up to make a scene. Any other day any other person this guy should be fired. It just tells you how disorganized and ghetto the establishment is.

Fun atmosphere for bar crawls.

This is the place to go for all night partying when Imperial and 210N shut down for the night and where service folk go after getting off their evening shift. It tends to be a little dead before midnight but then after becomes packed wall to wall. Its stylish with good DJ house music, and great bartenders, friendly and prompt. Never had a problem with staff. It does get a little smokey inside though and does tend to attract some skanky druggies, but they keep it clean and safe and the druggies dont bother you. Young, hipster and mixed crowd. A lot of good looking, down-to-earth women.

It is what it is. Tonic is a place to party and get loose. Its loud, loose and a bit rough around the edges but continues to be a local favorite place to drink and dance.

This place is so broke that they need to charge a cover on crawl night. They are already making money off drinks its stupid. Also its gross and not well kept. If you ever find yourself there make sure to see a doctor afterwards because you might catch a desire just walking past it. If I could give it a negative star I would.

The sound system and music late at night is great ! Bathrooms are a mess, even when its slow. The bartenders are nice, however the drinks are small and pricey.
