My son and I saw Tenant, yikes we were impressed! CMrk 14 has really stepped things up! In a HUGE way! Due In part to internet ease of access, their prices came way down, they put in an ocean of heated laidy boy chairs,, but these have electric foot reclining!! And yes they are way covid safe!!

I am so loving the new seats! So comfy and cozy with how they recline. Just dont accidentally turn on the heat on the seat! I couldnt figure out why I was so hot at first! And I actually really love the new way of buying tickets. Its reserved seating so you can purchase in advance and not have to show up early hoping you get a good seat. The drawback is that last minute, spontaneous decisions to see a movie might mean getting bad seats.

Good service. Big clear screen. Not crazy about the recliners, but most people seem to like them. Price a little high for this area.

Reclining, heated, and rather comfortable seats. Good sound quality. Overall great experience. Just wish their it wasnt so expensive. Admission, food and drinks will set you back a pretty penny. Id rather wait and order a movie from home.

Ultra comfy spot to watch a movie with a friend, or better yet, with a date. The seats are super adjustable and you can get cozy for your show if you so desire. (Just keep it PG, folks) the staff was likeable and the areas I visited were all in good shape. Overall, great experience!

The recliners are the way to go and made the viewing experience truly comfortable. Everything was clean. I easily purchased tickets online and quickly got my tickets inside at the ticket checkers. No standing outside inline. The popcorn while good needed a little salt added. Overall great experience.

This review is really a 3.3 star review. I have been with this theater back in its olden days of movies 10. Since then, they have grown and are up to date with the current technology. I would give them a 5 star if it wasnt for the constant lack or desire to stay on schedule. They always start late, and always leave much later than expected. Try movies 8 for a better regimin

Its huge by old world standards. Many auditoriums. Great for handicapped individuals. Put up w/ the popcorn, its still relatively clean. Staff everywhere. Enjoy!

Idk Ive been going here my entire life and not much seems to have changed other than maybe bigger screens and they got chairs that recline, and it was called Movies 10 back in the day. Last movie I saw was Sonic the Hedgehog, because Sonic is awesome and so is Jim Carey.

I have always enjoyed going to this theater. Now with the upgraded seats, with seat warmers, I can really enjoy watching a great movie, (or taking a dad nap).

Fair prices, clean theater. Good employees. The fancy XD theater is worth the couple extra bucks in my opinion.

Now they have the new seating and being able to pick your spot I love this place. I just figured out that the seats also have heating. What a good experience. Plus joining the movie club with them we save a lot. Im now back to liking going to the movies

When we checked in to our movie we discovered that we accidentally bought tickets for the showing the night before. The manager (Shane) got us tickets for another showing later that evening (our showing was full), refilled our concessions at the new movie time, upgraded our tickets to XD, and didnt charge a dime. Fantastic customer service!

Fabulous seats cushy with foot rest and heated seats. Reasonable size popcorn. Sound not overly loud.

Not one to typically leave reviews, but this experience was just so ridiculous I couldn’t leave it alone. The worker constantly came into our theatre and was disrupting the movie. They came and “confiscated” something from the row above us, but what’s funny is that the other viewers caused no problems, just the employees. Anyways, not really a fan of their little “police officer”/security guard. Kinda ruins the experience of the movie. I’ll just continue my business at valley 11 where they let you enjoy your movie with no interruptions.

We had an emergency of sorts (kitchen issue) and all theaters were evacuated. Management handled situation in extremely professional manner. People exited quietly and calmly. We waited to see what was going on and after 10 minutes we were all let back in. Management came in and explained situation and movie resumed. We even got a free pass for future movie as we left. Couldnt have been handled better. Movie was OK.

Not really into movie theaters lately. The chairs are great and they recline. Thirty minutes of previews is horrible. All of my kids say that the XD movies are painfully loud and I would have to agree that the sound is almost deafening ( actually feels dangerously loud). If you want to buy your tickets online there is a surcharge which is a joke. Actually movie theaters pretty much stink now.

Really nice clean theater. Im from out of town and was throughly impressed with the quality of this theater. Everyone was courteous, well laid out and comfortable.

I really enjoy going here since theyve done the upgrades to the chairs and ticket ordering. Im the type to get cold in the theater, so the heated seats are a definite plus. Side note: if you go to the movies more than once a month, the movie club subscription is definitely worth the money.

The Cinemark 14 theater in Redding is the nicest theater Ive been to. It is handicap accessible & is quite spacious. The theater was very clean & the staff were very friendly.They have large leather recliners to sit in, which are divine!! We were assigned seats right in the center of the theater, and didnt need to climb any stairs, as I am handicapped & unable to do so. I was extremely grateful to the person at the ticket counter. We went to a 12:40 show, & the cost was $6.50 each. Their buttered popcorn was delicious!!! The movie we saw was Green Book, & was based on a true story. The movie was great, & I would highly recommend it !!!

New seating is awesome! so comfortable Ive fallen asleep twice . Always easy for handicap accessible. Love the senior discount.

Would totally recommend! I love the movies. The upgrade they did with the seats are amazing. The staff is always friendly. Although there is a couple girlys that might need an attitude check other then that, all good. P.s. was not a fan of picking seats. Probably because it was new. Once you get use to it. Its no biggie.

Nice theater very nice reclining chairs, 14 different theatres. Too many commercials though, 40 min.of commercials and trailers before the movie.

Now that they added the comfy reclining chairs, theirs not much to complain about with this movie theater. The staff keeps the bathrooms neat and fresh, and the theaters themselves are very clean each time as they should be. Best part about this theater is that if you go on Tuesday, its only $5.75 for a ticket all day long.

Cinemark 14 is a really nice theater. Showing first run movies at a reasonable price. Great for a relaxing day away from the normal daily grind. The new interior seating is much better than other theaters I have been too.

Decent popcorn, good beverage selection, friendly staff. The big XD theater had well-cushioned recliner seats, though was a pretty toasty despite the mild temperatures outside.

Ever since they revamped their theatres and ticket system it has been a great experience. The new seats are extremely comfortable and there is ample room to recline your seat and not worry about people walking past and bumping into you.Also they now do reserved seats, which is awesome if like me you only go every once in a while and dont feel like getting stuck in the very front row.

The theater has really stepped up its game so comfortable and clean. The ability to get beer and wine is also a great improvement.

Plus the new seats are really nice- there’s enough space that I don’t feel like I’m sharing breathing space with the person next to me, and they recline and can heat up if you want

Enjoy seeing movies here since the upgrade. Super comfy chairs. Usually dont buy snacks or drinks, which saves some money. The place has been clean and comfortable my last fee visits. Just what I want when going to a movie theater.

Friendly helpful staff. We went to see the 80th anniversary of Gone With the Wind. It was in a theatre with the new luxury lounge chairs - which was nice for the 4 hour movie. The theatre, hallways and bathrooms were clean. The only place improvement could be made is picking up the pace at the concession counter. There was a very short intermission in the middle of the movie - but not enough time to get popcorn and be back in time for the movie to start again. Otherwise, a good experience overall.

I visit this theater a couple of times a month because I’m a movie lover. The new upgraded seating was a huge hit and we love the movie club that gives the discount on concessions. I don’t drink alcohol but they have a bar now too! The refillable popcorn tubs and soda cups are a nice money saver as well. This year they offered a larger size! We were very happy about this.

We had a great time, havent experienced the luxury theater before. We had a large drink and popcorn with sour patch candy and pocky box. When we got to our seats they were the most comfortable theater seats ever, that reclined with heated back what a great surprise. We loved being in the surroundings very warm and definitely going back thank you movies 14.

I really dig the reclining/heated seats and the easy to read seating diagram helps when you partied a lil before coming.They never bother me and the pricing isnt as bad as Im used to from other theaters.Oh, and o found out they serve alcohol.So yeah, that too

I go here for every movie I watch and it has never disappointed. They give coupons all the time and have very reasonable prices when compared to other regions. Definitely everything it set out to be.

Very comfortable heated reclining leather seats. We had a wonderful experience with the family. Only reason i didnt give a 5 star is due to the fact the arcade area was down. My kids were unable to play games while they waited for our movie to start. Hope they get it fixed soon

Love the new reserved seats, they are very comfortable and even reclined theres plenty if room for people to walk by. And hey, great cupholders! The fact that you can see what seats are still available online, buy your tickets, and get them printed at the kiosk inside the theater is great. There is an extra fee for buying the tickets online, which I think is another cash grab, but it is a nice convenience to be able to do so.

Nice chairs but hard to see seat Id and controls. Long lines and got in late, so could not see when lights were on. But an enjoyable and comfortable experience. $7.50 for Sr. Sat matinee. Would do again!!

The recent renovation of the theater seats into the lounge recliners is really nice. But the lines for food or beer takes forever. The staff are typically friendly but on a few occasions the ticket checkers get the movie rooms wrong.

They were very kind to us after an initial frustration with my child’s birthday party. They were able to fit us in even when they thought they couldn’t and even did much more than we asked for. I appreciate the hard work their customer service had to do with the shuffling and will remember it going forward in the future. Thanks again.

Watched 1917 in HD. Awesome and clean theatre

Ill no longer be attending movies at cinamark 14 . I dont like their new policy. It used to 6dollars or 6.25 for seniors on monday or 5dollars or 5.75 for movies for anyone on tuesday. Now to get the discount you have to pay 8.95 for membership to get the discount. I will not be pushed into that corner!

Recent updates to seating have made the experience more enjoyable, but you need to pay extra to reserve your seats now so thats a minus

Saw the lion king....guess i havent been to the theaters in a long time because they had comfy reclining chairs!! And the movie was AMAZING

The seats at this place are amazing!! They lounge back and have foot rests. The prices werent too bad either. The concession stand line setup was horrible though. They have coolers and candy stands, so after you pay, you have to try to get out the way you came in. Some people dont move and its a tight fit.
