What a neat place to live! Was visiting someone in the park and had to share this place. You can’t get a better location, nestled between orchards and right on the river. A bald eagle lives there too, so cool. Is really close to the little market and fuel station and then there’s Julia’s famous fruit stand in the summer down the road, yum. Even a private boat ramp if you like to fish, wow! We met the new management, they were super sweet and helpful. Cool little clubhouse with a view on the river, great place to have my glass of wine.

The place is well kept and quiet. Good fishing at secret spot as well here

A beautiful mobile home community right on the Sacramento River great views, wildlife, fishing and a very nice clubhouse. Jessica the manager and Jim the maintenance Tech. makes sure that the park is in tiptop shape at all times.Such a beautiful place to live.

As an owner of alpha/omega plumbing,I find the staff,Jessica &Jim(maintenance)to always be very helpful, professional,polite to our company,Not to mention the beautiful view of the river.

New management has taken over and its rapidly taking this quaint lil happy park to a level of bullying. New offsite manager needs some lessons (many) on managing. Her second week on site she started vicious rumors about my neighbors that were confidential. She has no professionalism at all. Park is beautiful otherwise.

The park could be nice,but they do very little to clean it up or maintain it.If you want a real review ask a resident not from employee or a salesman. Ive lived here five years, a lot of talk about what their going get done,but it just doesnt happen.

A lovely spot - close to the river with a lovely waterfront setting. The management is professional and helpful. Would gladly recommend it to anyone in the area or traveling with their RV

We have many family members who travel though. Riverview park is next to the Sacramento river scenic quiet close to Red Bluff. My family and friends have nothing but great things to say after there stay.

Mobile home community. Great location. Boat ramp. Country setting within the walnut orchards right on the Sacramento River. Fishing, hunting, boating, wildlife viewing, peaceful setting.NOT a highly maintained facility. Rotting burn piles, potholes, fallen fences, overall disheveled appearance. Older RVs and mobile homes. First impressions indicate a lack of interest or pride by either management or the owner(s).Some general clean up would make a big difference.

If advertisements were true in fact it would be a place to enjoy your retirement for 55+years. Nothing is maintained. Upon entry your first line of sight is a heap of a non maintained burn pile, streets, driveways,laundry room,club house,boat ramp.

Its a nice senior Mobile Home and RV park that sits on the Sacramento river.

Terrible place to live. There are young people living in the park. That are causing problems. Maintenance is terrible.
