Needs better maintenance .

Ive lived here 30 years this August. This picture was taken at the back fence line. The property behind the park is a well known ranch. It is my favorite part of living here.There have been a lot of improvements made recently.

This is an older park that is in need of a facelift and some newer coaches. Also lots of foot traffic compared to other parks in the area.

I recently moved here and I like it so far, theres so much improvement its looking really nice soon it might be the nicest mobile home park in Red Bluff I have no complaints.

Whoever the people are that drive the white explorer someone should get them removed. Thieves from this tenants association stole an Echo Blower out of my utility trailer and i found my belongings in their driveway including mechanic and carpentry tools and my 44 caliber replica black powder pistol is last seen in their posession. Want these things back asap or the rain will fall.

Its a nice park but new managers stuck looking through windows at night

Very uncomfortable driving in. Dark narrow, always have to drive around cars just to get to house you want. Oh and the stare downs, wow....

The staff as well as the management have no people skills
