It was fantastic! Beautiful area and the cabin was perfect. Plus, the location is so convenient to Keystone, Rapid City, Mt. Rushmore, Custer State Park and Hill City. Wonderful.

Great cabin. Perfect setup. Great location. Just be careful turning off of the four lane highway. No turn lane.

Perfect spot for exploring the Black Hills for our familyof 5. Cabin was impeccably clean, well furnished/stocked, and the hosts were so accommodating and quick to respond. The tour of their farm was a highlight of our stay. Kids also spent hours playing on the hillside behind the cabin. The location is convenient to all the attractions in the area but tucked away from main roads. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling the area.

The cabins are conveniently located to area attractions but far enough away from the main highway to allow for privacy and quiet. Our cabin was spotless and well furnished both with necessities and unexpected bonuses. We were there for four nights, and would have liked to have stayed for four more.

I highly recommend Yak Ridge!! Its the perfect balance of camping and outdoor that my husband and 2 sons love but with the comfort and cleanliness that this mama really appreciates! The owner is quick to respond and we cant wait to return to yak ridge again!!

Took my family on a little getaway to the Black Hills. The cabins were fantastic. The location was perfect and our family had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend staying at Yak -Ridge Cabins when traveling to the Black Hills. We will stay here again.

Wow. Yak Ridge Cabins were amazing. Julie is SO responsive and sweet. The cabins are tucked away, private and quiet. They provided many games and even some hot cocoa :) We had a great time. Please stay here! Super clean also!

They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Make sure you take the farm tour. The owner will answer all your questions about the animals. The yaks are awesome.

We stayed in cabin 4 Very quiet, clean, comfortable cabin felt like home away from home. I would recommend to anyone, especially if you have another couple or kids bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite sides of the cabin. only thing I would like to see on cabin 4 is a screen door so you can leave the main door open and let some light in and fresh air.

An absolute beautiful cabin away from the city but still close enough for quick trips to town.

I love this place. Much better than a hotel room and at the same rates! This will be my go to place whenever I am vacationing around Black Hills!

By far one of the best places we have every stayed. The cabin was exactly what the pictures showed. Super close to all of the sights we wanted to see, yet in the woods and hills that you would never know how close you were to the city. Family friendly - amazing place for kids to get outside and explore nature. We highly recommend this place. Thank you for opening your space to us.

Just what we needed for our local staycation! Dinner at alpine inn and an awesome homemade breakfast with coffee on the deck made our stay perfect.
