This family complex offers convenience to world class hospitals shopping and some of the best restaurants in the valley.

I loved it, I would love to live there. I would love to rent a unit. Unfortunately I can only afford $500.00 a month. But I would keep up the home as if it was my own. I would was windows inside and out, vacuum twice a bc week, Your toilets would sparkle all the time. No pets. I promise. Please think about it. Im a widow, I was a home owner for Mandy years I would call if something went wrong that was major and minor things I could take care myself. I have a nephew that makes a living/ owner of United Plumbing. Things like that. I would like to rent as soon as possible. Thank you. Doris Biondi Close

Has great ammenites local nail salon, hair salon that also provides hair replacement -susanGym, library beautiful round heated pool. New improved moat surrounding 3 level club house. Quiet neighbor environment.Green belts for dog walking, as well as tennis and pickle ball courts. Great management. Working on future renovations to the property and club house. Club house has a full kitchen, ball room with stage for party rentals. Cork and bottle room with a accommodating bar as well as 2regulation size pool tables. Its packed with resources to entertain you and guest.

What are the HOA fees? I cannot find that anywhere amongst all the reviews online or even on their website. Good to know when considering purchasing one of the listed homes for sale.

I agree with Ms Powell. Hometown America has destroyed the beautifulcomplex that WAS The Colony Nothing is maintained there are broken lights that have been out for 5 * 6 months, street crumbling, sidewalkscracked and raised.......etc., etc. It is very sad and now Hometown ownsthe Park you would think they would want to be proud of their property.Gerald Ross
