My friend lives here. This is a nice place and it is very quiet. The grounds are well kept and are very pleasing to the eye. The homes are well kept and not run down as most think when you mention mobile home park. I wouldnt mind living here.

I love this mobile home park in Rancho mirage! When I go visit my daughter and her family its close to restaurant row and very nice Jensens liquor and deli and nice car wash! Hotels close by as well. Dog park right down the street, so I can bring my dog for a morning run! Nice community pool AND JACUZZI. Beautiful view!

Great place to live, responsive management team and great location. Many improvements recently and constant upgrades. Looking forward

The pool here is amazing and under utilized! The park is gorgeous and the property manager is great. I highly reccomend looking here if you are in the market. Beautiful, cozy and centrally located.

Trashy park not kept up at all! Residents are not made to maintain lots! Shame on park owners and city of Rancho Mirage.

Rare affordable family park in superb location in the valley

Property is beginning to look 3 is full of trip hazards. There is an underground water leak that has been coned off for at least 7 months. Limiting the number of parking spaces available to us. Then they took away half of our laundry facilities without any notice. I could go on, but......

Quiet, beautiful grounds, well maintained, beautiful community!!
