The line was long to check out. But it went pretty fast after they called all checkers to help. Overall, prices were great on Christmas goodies, I found exactly what I needed. Made my own word tiles for a mosaic.

The time to obtain the order online was same day. I went to pick up the order curbside, this was on the day they opened to public. The items I picked up were damaged, they replaced them with no fuss. Great

Christmas has started here. Wheelchair accessible bit the isles are a bit crowded and the lines are a bit long.

Went to pick up some plastic model paint, their inventory is sparce, but that isnt what they mainly specialize in. Really helpful individual. Should of gotten his name.

Took my grand daughter for some yarn for a scarf she wanted to knit. Found exactly what she wanted. And it was on sale! Michaels is another of my go-to places for anything crafty. It can be crowded at times. But Ive never seen employees cranky. They are cheerful and take time to help with what ever I need.

Great store, cool gifts for last minute gifts. Be careful with the lines. Not too many cashiers but lots of people equals long waits. Plan for it but enjoy. Merry Christmas!!

Michaels is just awesome especially when they have additional 20 percent off your purchase! Big selection of seasonal items and really cool craft kits. They do have a lot of broken or cracked items so just be careful and look and what your actually buying. Other than that great store!

This store has a bigger layout and selection. There are lots of clearance sections throughout the store as well. It can be somewhat messy at times, especially when there is a big sale. The staff is friendly.

This is my favorite Michaels because the staff is very friendly and allows you to utilize your coupons to the fullest. The other locations nearby (especially the Upland location) are notorious for being coupon Nazis. The last time I went to the Upland location I was overcharged $10 because of how they rang up my items. At this location they will ring you up and if it doesnt look right they will go through it with you and even fix any errors caused by the order. Proud to say that with my coupons last time around I save >$20 (50% of my total) because the cashier made sure to ring them in the right order.

Worst customer service ever. Employees were very rude and refuse to bring me my order. They said I had to wait 3 hours for an order that they told me to come pick up and then started cursing at me saying that they were understaffed and to tell corporate to hire more people. Never will I shop here again. If I can give a negative I would.

I buy yarn here and its great deals great yarn. Great arts and crafts store I say walk in and you will like it.

Went back to have lumber recut just had to show receipt.

Most of the associates are so rude and have a nasty attitude for no reason!

Very nice staff, and, there were enough check out counters to move the line through quickly. Clean and well organized, and the checker even asked about coupons I might have.

They had sale on canvases and I picked some up. I was looking at their yarn, I love their deal sometimes. If had more money I would have got their buy one get it one free loops and thread deal. They were extremely helpful even though they were gearing up for Halloween (lol).

This is a great craft store. They have a variety of options for all ages. The staff is friendly and the location is clean. They offer classes as well and different times. Its an easy and convenient location and easy to get around. I would come back here again to this location.

Such a great atmosphere. I really enjoyed the architecture of this store. It was the first thing to catch my eye. High ceilings and ample space.

No one was around to help you had to go to a cashier and ask for help.

I really dont care for this particular Michaels location. There is always a line of at least 3-4 people when I go to check out. The check out process takes about 20 minutes total from when I start standing in line, always. There is almost always only one cashier despite the line length, and they never call for backup. Its fairly clean, which is why I gave this location two stars.

This Michaels staff is awesome, but its always trashed and the stock levels are always looking. I think its a high volume store. I check online before I go if I need something is particular. The one off Haven & Foothill has a similar footprint (flipped opposite), but the stock levels are better.

Its absolutely heaven for anyone who likes arts and crafts. They have just about everything you can think of. Be sure to check for online coupons as many items can get pricey

Seems like everytime I shop here, there are plenty of associates out on the floor but 1 or 2 cashiers and 30 people waiting to check out. It is unfortunate that they have most all supplies I need (albeit at inflated prices) and it is conveniently located because I would happily never shop there again.

Love Michaels but Im a little disappointed that they have Christmas stuff out already but they holloween stuff is very limited... ITS OCTOBERWe still managed to get some really cool stuff. Clean place, nice staff, and large.The shopping carrts were all stuck together. I tried separating them, I even had someone try to help but they were legitimately stuck. Luckily my wife found one but that was pretty annoying.

My wife likes Michaels, they have good arts and crafts

Michaels is a great place to go get your craft supplies. Im a builder of models. So I always go there to get my paints and glues. The only thing I can say that needs to be improved is that they never seem to have enough checkers.

I went in to have a hand drawn charcoal drawing put into a custom frame and matting and saved $200 with coupon. Great staff helped me at frame counter. Lots of frame sales and holiday items 70% off. Great staff.

The staff there are always super friendly and helpful. In fact, on my most recent visit I was looking for a specific product so I asked them if it was in stock. The cashier checked the inventory and sure enough they did. Of course, it wasnt out on the shelves but up above them in a bin.Bless her heart, she actually got up on the ladder, IN A DRESS, to fish it out! Talk about above and beyond!

Always seems clean and well-stocked but understaffed. One or two of the employees I see regularly seem miserable to be talking to you no matter how friendly you are with them. Maybe they are overworked from being understaffed.
