I been living here since i was born nothing gets old its just that towin is kinda bad and my family got robbed maybe 4 years ago increase your protection for this area also i heard rumors children get robbed here so thats why i want more security for this place nice area for a family also the weather is safe here

Strongly dislike this place.Most residents are friendly, but there are some trouble makers.A few months back there was a shooting at the house of the woman who used to be the secretary at this mobile home community.Also, they had some sort of agreement between the towing company and the secretary because they would never tow their cars despite the fact that her family had cars parked on the side of the road and the grass, as well as, a car with expired tags.Every so often, the water pipes will burst even when is not even winter time. They cut off the water without letting us know so we can at least take a quick shower. And, it takes them days to get it fixed.Three nights ago, a water pipe broke. They cut off the water without giving us a heads up. Tonight, Nov 28, 2018, the entire community still remains without water. And we still havent heard about any updates from the Yes community office.I have been a resident here since 2005, when it was called, Foxhall Village. This place has gone from alright to bad despite their efforts of trying to make a nice place to live in.These past 13 years this place has a had about 8 different managers, as well as, different staff.Thankfully we have been approved for a loan to buy a house, and the search has begun for a new and better place to live in. -- Goodbye.*Everything mentioned previously is TRUTH and FACTS. Mobile home/trailer village or trailer park. Was there to pick up a Rideshare client. The client did say that her rental includes her lawn getting cut by the management which surprised me. I did a brief look around the internet and didnt see a mention of this. This is a nice selling point if you ask me.

Twice I have tried living here when asked to come fill out paperwork and bring a deposit my home was given away before I could come! These people are UNPROFESSIONAL and MESSY! I wouldnt suggest them to ANYONE! Then I heard they stick signs in the front yard when youre late on your rent. Im you gave it away to someone else Im not paying 1100.00 an for rent plus additional 75.00 for a storage barn Thumbsdown

Its pure trash. They dont do anything but cut the grass and they ask for all this rent. The only time you see manager is when its time to pay rent and they have big signs letting you know that. But they dont tell you anything else. you can get a whole lot more from some place else I wish I didnt make the mistake of purchasing here for what I am paying here o could have gotten a whole lot more. Dont waste your time and money

A wonderful place to live. I bought my house here and the team from the beginning made me feel comfortable and at home. The space and the services are very accessible always are attentive that everything is well and that the community is clean. Good job foxhall village

It’s a great place to raise a family.And if you have pets as family it’s a perfect match.We have been extremely happy with our home.Kids have their playground to play and other actives.Anna stayed in contact with us since day one and was a great help.

I can say this place is peaceful, the staff at the office are nice and helpful as they can be...however Yes communites and Clayton (First )bank are predators. Your car gets towed for anything such as parking on grass or 1/2 inch on the street. Your company is controlled by lack of parking. Yet you pay a ton load of money to rent the lot in which your place sits on. They do not offer repairs if you own it, nor basic inclusive amenities that I feel should be included in the price outside of water, sewer and trash. I changed my mortgage date which somehow the paper got lost and now every other month I am being harassed for supposed monies I owe...they have put letters on my door threatening to Reposess my place for as much as being short $7.23. It better to rent than buy...you will be broke trying to own a place here. These places hold no real value and good luck trying to sell if you do purchase. Save your money, build your credit and buy a house, or a mobile home where the land is included. Do not purchase from Yes communities they are predators

Not very well taken care of, it takes weeks before a repair is done. Despite everything the office people are so nice and pleasent. Go figure.

Management has terrible Towing policy done by (unlimited towing)Predatory towing for ridiculous reasons. Your car tires cant even touch your own grass. My cars have been towed numerous times and I am tired of the harassment. I cant even have friends or family come visit because when they do the have their car towed. Not to mention that my car was damaged by the towing company. The driver did not hook my car properly and drove it almost 30 minutes away with the E-brake engaged. Plan on moving out very soon.

Their towing rules are sh**. They have no consideration for residents. I dont recommend this community to live in. The rules and restrictions are not equally enforced and they want to charge like you live in a prestigious neighborhood.

This has been one of the worst communities I have ever lived in... I have been living here for many years and have seen all kinds of things. First of all there are alot of young people who live in this comminity who walk around often to check what the residents have outisde their homes and then they steal them. This has decreases over the years because now many residents have installed surveillance cameras around their houses.There has been shottings in this community,which resulted in the death of a resident.Also this comunity has a contract with a towing company, and this towing company has been granted full authority to tow vehicles even if just alittle bit of the tire is on the grass or if you have friends over and they park on the side of the street they would be towed. Many residents have complained about this, and again this has decreased but over all the community does not show that they care much about their residents. If you still decide to move to this community after knowing all this, well also expect your rent to go up every year. I HOPE this post can help many people from signing a contract and living in this community that seems to be nice, but when you actually start living there you find out that is one of the worst you could live in. Dont sign a contract and get stuck living in this community for years, ask the residents first and you will hear all their stories.

Beware of speed bumps, they will kill any old cars shocks. They literally have one every 50 yards.
