Best community park I ever lived in I really enjoyed living here.DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS 1 star reviews must of them WERE EVICTED for not paying rent DUH!! This is not free housing you have to pay rent or get kicked out, I was here when Ms Flor and Ms Patricia were managers they really clean up the community. The office were very professional and care about us residents and maintenance team phenomenal thank you! I will miss this place a lot!

BED BUG GALORE! If I could no star I would! My house was infested with bed bugs I notice the first month I moved in, I told them they sent someone to review the house and then didn’t find any. So the next time I seen the bugs I took picture and showed them. They tried to blame me even though I had prof from my previous landlord! They took half my security deposit to get rid of bugs they already had. Don’t Rent or buy from them. They’re quick to tow your car but can’t put the money toward getting rid of bed bugs they already had!

Great place to live

Worst place I have ever lived they dont uphold their end of the rent agreement as far as maintenance. They overcharge for lot rent. Constant waterline breaks which they make residents pay for. They embezzle money and change rules constantly and their property management is extremely rude and disrespectful. I would never recommend this place for anyone to live in. They deserve to be shut down.

Update: I gave 5 stars under previous management, but that manager (Flor) is gone and has been for some time. The new manager is running this place into the ground, office is impossible to get a hold of (doesn’t respond to voicemails, answer the phone and no one seems to be present in the physical office during normal daytime hours).There’s regularly trash, junk and foliage left everywhere on the sides of the road, often for days or until the rain washes it into the at-times open sewer grates. (Not kidding, people run the grates over and knock them out; This summer there was an animal that fell into one.) During the spring and summer the park’s water was often turned off for entire days due to “water main leaks”, and it happened at least 4 times.The head of maintenance is a nice guy and does a good job, but they take 3+ days to respond to calls for things like broken A/C, and that’s if you can get a hold of someone to place a service request. We’ve had the best luck catching maintenance in the parking lot and letting them know that way.During the worst of the pandemic they started this cute policy where if you haven’t paid rent on the first (you have until the 5th with no late fees), you get a note on your doorknob before noon on the 2nd of the month threatening to evict you. They encourage you to contact the office and work with them to sort things out... good luck on that.All of that is to say nothing of the parking, noise, crime and stray animal issues that are plaguing the park.This is no longer a place to come and live if you want to save up or live below your means. It’s also gotten very expensive. We’re paying $1200+ for an anxiety-fueled nightmare that we’re contractually bound to, and you can bet we’re getting the heck out as soon as we can. If you’ve got any other options as a renter or mobile home owner, look elsewhere.

Dont loose your time the just want you application money and time. If they say the will take your appointment at 9 am. They make you came next day
