This is a small park aside a housing complex. It provides a panoramic view of the marina bay as it opens to the Atlantic ocean. It has a spacious peer with a servicing ferry. There are plenty of benches to sit down and take in the view.

Small at first glance but if you get there a low tide it is possible to get a nice walk in.

Great view of Boston skyline

One of the few dog-friendly beaches in the Boston Proper radius, but instead of sand of the beaches mud and a billion seashells. Not Top Notch barefoot or dog fetch terrain, as both of us came back with cut-up feet. Ample parking, at least during covid-19 they away the pay station so its free to park. Be prepared for off-leash dogs running up to you.

Nice Seashore, not far from Quincy city at all

This is a beautiful place to go with Family, Friends or just you. I really enjoyed my visit here. I stopped here to explore and so happy I did. Peaceful and many places to enjoy. Whether you go there alone or as stated bring the family to enjoy the freedom of many peaceful thoughts. You will not be disappointed only happy.

We really like this park. You have to pay for parking though and can do it by card. Its a good place to walk your dogs and enjoy a picturesque view.

Great place for the sunset views!

Great place to walk you dog (or yourself) or ride a bike. Fun to read about the history of the Naval Air Station on the markers around the property. Beautiful views of UMass and Boston

Squantum Point Park is wonderful place for exercising or rest, canoeing or bird watching. There are absolutely brilliant views of the Boston skyline. The Park has interesting history. “The park was created on the site of the former Squantum Naval Air Station, which is preserved in a 2,700-foot-long (820 m) strip of runway, and the former dockworks of the Bethlehem Shipbuilding Corporation.” (Wikipedia)

Nice place for a little gateway. Not much else but a nice walk and a good view.

There are several walking paths here that crisscross a wild plain covered in high vegetation. There is good diversity in the vegetation, sporting many wildflowers. (Do take heed, however, should you care to investigate more closely: many locals use the path and its flowers as a toilet for their dogs.)The principal path - if I may call it that - is separated from a rocky beach by a thin row of bushes. At one end of the path is the popular Marina Bay development. At the midpoint - I didnt venture further south - is Squantum Point; I have uploaded a couple of pictures there. This offers an excellent view of the famous painted LNG tank known as The Rainbow Swash.

Unpopular hidden gem. Its family and pet friendly. Great place to park to go for walk, fish, play in the sand, catch a boat into the city, grab some food with a scenic view of the Boston skyline. Ideal for dates, family or if you just need that alone time

Was up here over the weekend. Beautiful place to stop by the water, sit and relax. Watch the planes, walk the trail, take kids for some out time. Many people walking there 4 legged companions.

Nice park and would be a good place to walk your dog but unfortunately many people do not respect the leash laws at this park. Coming with my small dog I’ve run into about 5 off leash big dogs that want to “play”. No thanks. The owners do not even care to put a leash on when they see me approaching. Will not be coming back here.

A beach for my dogs, par excellence! Regular traffic from other off-leash dog owners. All have been friendly that I have met. Youve got some beach, with all the smells, for the dogs. A bit rocky for people, but a tenderfoot can still do it barefoot. I do. Good for my aging feet! It is lovely that it is so close to town! The only downside is that if you have to use highway 3 - be prepared for delays. I avoid 3 with a passion, as it is a guaranteed delay.The park is almost hidden by the local roads - but once you find it? Loads and loads of parking. I havent seen the lot even close to being full - ever.A great place for just walking - a great place to walk with your dogs!

Its a small park but offers spectacular view of sunset especially from the pier. And great opportunity to view very low flying airliner heading for a landing at Logan Airport. And a nice center to sit and enjoy a picnic.

I used to walk the dogs here, it is an old airfield and there is a old runway with a plaque that shows Amelia Earhart once took flight from this location. I used to love to just sit on the beach and the stone stairs and look across the water where I had worked at UMass Boston.

A little hard to find but go there. This is a favorite for our walking group. It was converted to a park after it was one of the first airports in the country. The Kennedys flew out of there. But even more famous was Amelia Earhart, the first woman in flight and friend to the Roosevelts who wanted to promote airplanes. Nice view of Boston Harbor and the Dorchester Gas Tank.

No public restrooms, pay to park, loaded with mosquitoes, and dog poop everywhere on the walking path

Its a place to wonder around and enjoy the day.
