All the people that I have interacted with have been really nice. The park is clean for the most part even the restroom. Would have given it 5 stars if the person that exchanged eye contact with me would have given thier phone #. Great trails to hike in also. It gets 5 stars

Suprising little park in the middle of Puyallup! A nice trail surrounds a little pond with lots of ducks & geese as well as traced by Clark creek (i believe thats the name!). A few small bridges, a nice sized play park (aimed at probably 4-12yr olds but my 2 year old did ok), a few docks to walk out on, and overall lots of fun!!

Kids loved it, plenty for them to see and do. Good way to get the kids out and about. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. Restrooms on grounds and bbq grills if youre so inclined....

There is decent scenery and a nice play area for kids. But aside from ducks and a brief walk, theres little else.

I really like this park! Great place to take the kids. It’s close by, has a small lake for kids to fish, a family friendly walking trail around the lake, resident ducks, a larger area for gatherings & a playground. No kids? That’s ok, it’s a peaceful retreat & lots of places to do some reflecting around the lake.

I really like this park. Its well maintained, no sketchy folk, just moms and kids! The pond and the walk around it is lovely as well. The ducks are pretty cool too; one of them claimed to be a psychic healer, turns out hes a quack.

We have had lots of fun at DeCoursey. The kids love the big play equipment and we had to chase our little one all over the rolling grass. She loved that.We used to visit a lot more years ago, and Im happy to say its as clean and pretty as ever.The bathrooms are dark, echoing, and metal, typical park bathrooms, but theyre usually pretty clean.

This is a great park for the Pre-K age set. It offers a fun playground filled with equipment that is age appropriate for kids as young as 2 as well as offering climbing ropes for the older kids. There is a covered pavilion nearby that boasts several BBQ grates. We love walking around the duck pond and exploring the creek that runs beside it. On our last visit, we saw baby geese and baby ducks.

Well kept park, and a trail through the wetlands. Signs everywhere about not feeding the ducks, glad I dont come to the park with loaves of bread, or sleeves of crackers, because I would be tempted

Still a fun park but the most exciting part when I was a kid was all the ducks. When we went we maybe saw 4 ducks and there used to be toms of them all over. It was a little disapointing but kids still had fun.

Parked in a decent sized lot, fairly open so seemed safe. Bathrooms, tennis courts and stretching/strengthening area with instructions. Walked the loop trail which wasnt a loop at all. We did @1.6 miles and turned around. Pleasant trail with a few friendly people. Muddy in spots, but dry in summer.

This is a great park. Playgrounds, dog park, cabanas for picnics and parties. Plus across the street are baseball fields, we walk our dogs around the pond.

Nice new playground for the kids. There is a short, peaceful trail around the pond thats an easy walk for kids. Lots of birds, especially woodpeckers and ducks, etc. in the pond.

This was a halfway decent Park! The playground area was nice but a little small. There is grass areas for the kids to play, there is a covered bench for picnics and birthday parties, and a restroom. Our favorite part is the trails that go around the pond and River / Stream area. This is also really close to a very large park across the street

This is a great park! My kids really liked the unique toys, especially the giant webbed jungle gym. It had a picnic area, and trails which we didnt have time to explore. Wed like to come back and try it out, though!

I love the playground for the kids and theres some neat trails you can explore the atmosphere is incredible lots of trees around and picnic tables and bbq pits too I believe.

I recently attended a Birthday party here. This is an excellent park to take your kid to. It is exceptionally clean, the equipment is fairly new and well maintained. Even though its right next to a fairly busy road, its easy to forget. It has one trail around the pond that is pretty short, but its perfect for walking your small dog or child. Their is adequate distance between the play area and any sort of roadway. If you live nearby and havent been here before, I definitely recommend checking it out.

This is a tiny, postage stamp of a park on the way out of Puyallup...super clean & tidy & surprisingly NO riffraff 2 B seen...likely an ideal spot 4 family functions, especially w/ the younger kids, etc.

Nice, peaceful walking trail. Busy playground with happy children. There are some areas along the trail that could prove hazardous if walked late at night if being followed. Lighting could be improved some

My kids love coming here. The play ground is nice, theres a covered spot for picnics, and a nice trail around the pond to watch the ducks swim. Not super wheelchair friendly however, the trail is gravel. Theres also a dog park across the way for your furry friends.

Beautiful pond. Sometimes crowded and has some random homeless people once a week or so.

A relic in Pierce County. A great walking trail that extends for miles and a nature rich Creek running through it. Playgrounds, softball fields, playgrounds. Plenty of amenities to accommodate.

Our kids love visiting here. They affectionately call this the ducky park. The name says it all. Nice walking trail around a pond with plenty of ducks. The playground equipment is great with a fun rope climbing thing.

Just had a birthday party there today for my great great nephew through an exceptional extended family. The park was clean the party was good but they could use more parking spaces as there were quite a few people at his birthday party. He turned 1 today.

This park is amazing..the trails are easy and gorgeous..and the ducks and turtles and the multiple docks you can walk out onto.. to fish or just view.. are safe and just fun..the playground is fun and safe for all ages..bring hand sanitizer though for the bathrooms..as there is no soap dispensers..but we love this place..picnic and party areas also

My kid adores this place.

Once, I came here for a special science field trip for the 6th grade, and I found the park interesting. Reviews state that the pond water is “yucky and dirty”, but during my field trip, we tested the pH level of the pond water, and it was actually 6.3, which is fair quality. Barely any waterfowl come by at this time. A lot of baby fish during the spring time. The playground looks nice for kids. The City of Puyallup does its best to maintain this natural habitat, and I’m proud of that. I know that the bugs provide food for the fish in the pond, but to be honest, there’s too many of them when you go down to the docks. Clark’s Creek is a great sight to see, during a sunny day. DeCoursey is a great park overall.

Went bird watching here with an Audubon group recently. Saw lots of interesting birds. Great place for a walk if you take the trail by Clarks Creek (walking upstream), past Clarks Creek Park and into the Puyallup City Watershed.

It was clean. But the bathroom needs some kind of hand soap or sanitizer.

Always love going to the park. Dont feed the waterfowl.

De Coursey is very well kept and maintained. The park is beautiful in the Spring and summer. Great for family with children or a quiet walk down provided trails.
