My bud tender was super nice, I wish I could say that about the rest. It felt very rushed and prices were high no pun intended. Nobody told me about any special deals, and they were very rude with my girlfriend who has never been in a dispensary. Strawberry Fields dispensary is where its happening. That place has great deals, NOT RUSHED AT ALL, super super friendly staff ALL OF THEM and they have a loyalty program that is hands down the best deal around!

Caution: Business does not make good on THEIR mistakes.The materials offered at this establishment are on par with the best offerings available, though the prices seemed a bit higher (so to speak).However, I bought 5 items ($150 on 11/21), but didnt double check the package and assumed the employee had packaged my entire purchase. It wasnt until I got home (Sunday) I realized the salesperson had failed to include a $50 bottle of Escape Artist (20:1) Unscented Relief Cream.I have since contacted the establishment 3 times, and was told someone would get back with me, to date (11/30) no one has returned any of my calls. I have the sales receipt, dates, and receipt code, so with their cameras they should be able to verify THEIR mistake.Its a great place to shop, but double check your packages before you leave!

Wow, this dispensary is incredibly clean, expansive, and friendly! We came during Clovid, the staff was responsible and masked, keeping safe distance precautions from the counter as well. I wish I could remember the name of the associate that helped me with a tye dyed mask, but they gave me a thorough run down of all of their products and excellent advice. The house blends are very well priced and I was happy with their distillate and cartridge prices! 10/10 cant wait to come back!

Staff is intermittently helpful. Prices are better on most things elsewhere. Not good at refunds when the error is on their part. Store is generally well kept & has its own vibe. The 404 isnt a bad place, and may be the perfect place for some customers, but it didnt fit the bill for mine or my husbands needs on product or service. There are so many really good dispensaries out there I recommend shopping around to find places that fit your price range and needs.

Always great. Very busy and still had amazing deals, service and timing. Waiting for a few minutes is actually pretty nice with the music and great staff. Also, also always something new. I found an awesome piece, and got it for a $1.40 because of their points system. Hell yeah!

I hate to say it my friends, but something is wrong with your point system.I had a couple hundred points and i went in today and i only had 39. I keep track in my head at the very least as to my points and discounts i can receive, this is the second time this happened to me .I never have much money and your point system is one of the reasons i continue to go there, needless to say i was a little disappointed today.

Went there once when I was having insomnia and I havent smoked religiously in 15 years and told them that I need the lowest THC content and it needs to be strictly indica. They bought me a hybrid of the third lowest THC content. I ended up with a gram of White Urkle. I was out of my anxiety meds (messed up thing that my anxiety is 15x worse than it was before going on meds) and I hate leaving the house without them and. It would have been a much better experience if I had my Xanax or Klonopin.

Honestly customer service is everything to me and I’m not coming back.Only reason I bought the eighth was because he already weighed it. THE FAT LADY HAS SANG ON 404.This doesnt reflect ALL folks who help at the register. That said between getting seedy bud, typical pricing for lower quality, getting an empty pre-roll container (twice) and now mis-information Im done with this place. My personal last straw was when I called in and was told to come in an hour for our pre-rolls and I show up at 9am to confused expressions and was told all their pre-rolls were sold out and they dont know who I spoke to. My next buy will be to spend the discount points Ive finally stacked up... think itll save me $5, DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ABOUT THE TIME THEY GAVE ME A WOMANS TANK TOP FOR A BIRTHDAY GIFT LMAO

Prerolls are usually good but my last visit I bought an eighth of a strain called Blueberry Gum as it had the highest THC content. When I got home to try it it was some of the worst weed Ive ever had in all of my life. DO NOT go on what they say is the highest THC content.

The 404 if Pueblo is a great dispensary that is centrally located in the downtown Pueblo area. They always have a fantastic selection of cost conscience dabs for those on a budget as well as decent flower. This place does ROCK! Staff is always helpful and pleasant. Parking can be a challenge at times.

Not impressed...20$ for an infused joint is one of the highest prices around, and this is the ONLY place, from here to Trinidad, where I have found seeds in premium buds. I imagine the premium location on 4th has their middle-man potato famine causing shyster Lord of the land charging every shekel it can for rent...which makes for higher prices.
