Been here just a few times, the RSOs are great guys as long as you are not being an a-hole. As of November 28th 2020 range fees are $5 per shooter which is extremely reasonable given the nice facilities they provide.
Terrific range and very helpful staff, I think some of them were volunteers. Professionally managed with great attention to safety. Very affordable.
Always a good time. The range officers are knowledgeable and help out with new shooters. .....And its beautiful Provo canyon
Great place to go shoot guns. Helpful Range Officers and an awesome view of the valley while you plink the afternoon away. Upper parking can be tight, but the parking stall lines were recently repainted. I take my friends and family to this range
Very reasonable pricing to shoot. Friendly and helpful range safety officers. Just be prepared for the weather because it is an outside range and can be very hot in the summer or cold in the winter.
Very friendly and knowledgeable range officers. Enjoyed the range, clean and well-kept. Loved how there were separate areas for shotguns, pistols, and rifles. The 100 yard rifle range is perfect for sighting your scope in before your next hunt. Make sure to come early, lanes fill up quick! Only suggestion I have is they could do a better job marking the parking stalls so the parking areas were utilized better.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, I had a ton of fun.
Brought a group as part of a family reunion activity and found the staff to be friendly and professional. Targets are good and the scenery is great.
Fun place to go, they have lots of Steel targets to shoot with both pistol and rifle. The staff is really friendly, and its really not that far away from Provo. I would definitely check it out. Better than going to an indoor range.
Great place. Great Staff
Paid full price for half an hour, small, not a lot of options or seating. Staff is fine, but they were a bit rude to be honest. Not a lot of options for targets, limited overall. Will not be going back.
The best range Ive ever been to before.
Not far from home is a plus. Decent facilities and I like different metal plate targets spread around. Makes interesting shooting experience.
Good known distance range. Covered positions and good lighting.
Awesome area. The Range officers are great and the setup is super handy. There are covered booths and booths open to the sun a bit more. Lots of fun!
Great place to go shoot. Range officers are great!
Beautiful place to shoot but the customer service is terrible, at least at the rifle and handgun range. We walked up with rifle and ammo in tow to pay to shoot, and stood right outside the range for 15 minutes with nobody approaching to talk with us about paying for a lane. There were at least 7 RSOs within ten feet of us in the range and we couldn’t walk up to the range to talk with them as they had it coned off. After patiently waiting to talk with an employee, we ended up just leaving. The shotgun range employees at least talked with us but they were closed at the time.
Close to town. Clean, with a good price [$5]. RSOs were pretty on it..so its at least safe from whahoos.
Probably the best range in Utah valley. The handgun range has a lot of steel targets, and the 100 yard rifle range is great for sighting in your rifle. Very inexpensive as well. Unfortunately the hours are pretty inconvenient.
The staff was great, provided good tips that helped me improve. The range is clean organized and alot of fun. The price was very affordable. Will go back again and again.
Fun range, very friendly and helpful staff.
Facilities were barely adequate. One of the RSOs was unreasonably rude. I see no reason to go back.
Fantastic range. Affordable and plenty of steel targets. Highly recommend.
This place is my favorite range in Utah. And for the price you really can’t beat it. Their pistol set up has some awesome steel targets and for the price you really can’t find a better deal. The RSOs are all pretty cool and don’t act like the stereotype RSOs usually have. Also Belinda is a saint and the best volunteer there. My only wish is that they went past 100 yards for the rifle range.
Nice facility with plenty of targets to sharpen your marksmanship. Only complaint is that you can only shoot shotgun twice a week.
Great range they continuously improve the range. Things keep getting better and better. They have lots and lots of great steal to shoot at for the pistols. Steel for the rifles is at 100 yards. Good good times at the range. Some of the bad is limited parking. Some of the range officer can be a little goofy. Not smart. But they are the exception. Most of the range officers are fantastic good people. Make sure you listen to their instructions and do as they say and youll be just fine. The head range officer have always maintained proper safety.
Great range. Safety first, but one guy wouldn’t let me pick up my brass to relaid that was over the “Red Line” even when the range was not hot and safe. Guys were down range hanging up their targets, but I couldn’t pick up my brass? C’mon man.
Good
5 bucks a person for however long you want. Also cheap ear and eye protection rental.
Great range, nice facility, outstanding people running it.
Great place for target shooting
Always a good time. Range has so many improvements now. The huge amount of steel targets makes pistol shooting a blast, and 100 yard rifle is always a good time with steel as well.
Great outdoor shooting range, well maintained and staffed. Rifle and handgun lanes. Metal targets for handguns, metal and paper for rifle.
A great outdoor range to shoot pistols or rifles
It is a great place! Good people working and also that just go up. Good community!
Many good help. Much like
Decent place to go shooting.
Super friendly and super safe! The people there are very friendly and helpful to someone not very familiar or frequent to shooting.
Great staff and a safe place to improve your skills and defending the Second Amendment by being Trained.
We had a great time the staff was really helpful. And its really cheap, great place to break in a rifle or pistol.
The shooting range is fine. Not great not bad. The range officers made this a bad experience for me. Steve and his buddies were rude and unprofessional to me and other parties that were there. Will not go back again.
Youll be hard pressed to find a more scenic gun club.
Great shooting range! I love to shoot here! They RSO guys are super nice!
Great people here.
Good place to shoot. Be safe and have fun. Just costs a few bucks - cheaper if you are a Provo resident. They also have discounts for non-profit groups.
Good place to go with the family
Could use more publicity
The range staff are friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is comfortable, and although the facility isnt the largest Ive shot at this is certainly one of the best ranges around! I would recommend this range to anyone.
Very poor experience with range masters. Very impatient and quick to anger. Would not recommend coming here. They did not explain the range rules which would then result in them get upset with you when you did not follow protocol that you didnt even know existed.
Great range, fun place to shoot. Safety and fun are priorities, which is exactly the combination ever range needs.
Great place for group activities. Thanks Security Home Mortgage for a great night!
Great range. Helpful and professional staff. Bring cash for the range fee.
Good price. Friendly staff. Pretty location.
Nice scenery to enjoy
Ran by great people. Go a relax while shooting.
Helpful staff. Lots of fun steel range toys.
No shooting on rainy days...cheap and great shooting.
Most over the top range ive ever been to the people are so extreme I get they want to have safety but this place is a whole new level very hostel people run this
Shoot steel for cheap!
Great skeet shooting
Nice facility, even nicer people.
A very nice and inn inexpensive range
AWESOME!
The staff here were super crotchety and rude!
Its fun
Fun place to shoot!
