This is thee best outdoor range in Utah county! The handgun range has a wide variety of steel targets to shoot at and there is just something about hearing your round tink off steel that is so satisfying. Stop over spending at the indoor ranges and come here for a fraction of the price.

Fun, safe, and responsible place to shoot. Better to come here than to leave your television and other junk all shot up in the desert.

Cheap range fee, decent collection of steel targets, and located in a beautiful spot. I prefer this range to all others in the local vicinity for these reasons.

You have to come try the shotgun shooting at Provo Gun Club. This is my favorite place to shoot my shotgun at some clays. They have 4 trap ranges, 2 skeet ranges and a sporting clays range. The view alone from this club makes it worth coming to. The club is usually not too busy so theres rarely a wait for a range (except just before hunting season starts...) Their equipment is in pretty good shape but the people that run the club are exceptional and are helpful and friendly especially for new shooters. This is a shotgun sports only club, if you are looking for rifle and pistol shooting then try the Provo City Shooting Sports Park right next to the Provo Gun Club. They operated independently so they have different times they are open.

Here’s the deal. This is where gun owners need to shoot their guns, instead of on the side of the hills and then leave their garbage all over the place. If you are kind and respectful to the range officers, they are kind, respectful and very willing to help when needed.I have been there when I didn’t understand a rule or two, and they were firm and friendly. Then they have a lady policing up your brass for you if you ask.Great place. Take advantage of this range.

Absolutely love the range for the scenery but the staff can be downright rude. My Dad and I have visited on multiple occasions and when their trap houses malfunctioned they acted super put out to check the clay throwers for us. Hopefully they can get some employees with better attitudes.

Range is a great place to shoot. People there can be a bit childish. I show up around 15:30 one day thinking I have a good hour or so to shoot. Little did I know they had changed their hours of operation to close at 16:00 and were not updated on the site. As I am getting my targets ready I hear one of the workers say Did he really come this close to closing time. They way I look at it is this. If I want to come shoot 30 min prior to close. I will. I dont need to spend all day there to enjoy my time. Other then a few others I have not mentioned. Range is great with a great price and location.

Range is awesome however both times I’ve gone the staff running the range were rude and not helpful. Sad because I really like the range but need some new people running it.

Reasonable price for a public range staffed by RSOs. RSO was the typical gun guy: not real buddy buddy, but happy to answer your questions. I was happy that there werent any silly rules (slow fire only, only from bench, etc.). If Im back in the area, Ill probably go shooting here!
