This Dave & Buster has changed its sports bar since the last times Ive visited and not for the worst though. The games are still seem to attract people of all ages. I havent gamed here in years. This place is a good place for a quick spot when you cant think of a place you want to have dinner, drinks, or both. Its not fine dining obviously. A little pricy for a small number amount of menu items. The draft beers are decent. Dont go there when its nearing 2 hours of closing. The service seems better. Being frank and no B.S for you. The salmon dinners is good. Order it to your desire.

I had the best time at Dave&Busters.I would go alot ofyen,if it was nt so expensive!Give us a break, drinks &food are very expensive in a bit ridiculous otherwise I love that place.Get greedy, You will become Needy .

If u wanna have a great time in one place wit the kids go there..Games prizes food and drinks.

Good service, good drinks, and good selection of games. Had a couple different virtual reality games for adults and overall pleasant experience.

I love this place. Staff is awesome food is great. Wish they sold chocolate shakes and ice cream.

My food was very salty. My son food was good. I had a great time playing. I will come back to play not to eat.

Dave & buster was nice it was friendly but it was very dead not many people were there but games were available if you wanted to play any game they were available but it looked really dead like a graveyard

I have been coming to this Dave and Busters for years. With the pandemic we are in, they have done great job in following the CDC recommendations. I do wished that the menu wasnt too limited and they did have reservations for those who like to plan ahead. Also, not too fan of their chocolate cake :s

We had a good time today here. When traveling with the kids it is a familiar place. It is always a fun time. We ordered food, the wings were warm to cold. That stunk, your better then that D&B. But hey good times with the kids, well be back.

I gotta say they have this sanitization down, they are always cleaning the bathrooms are the cleanest Ive ever seen them!!!! An the food has improved greatly

Always an awesome time at Dave & Busters. Food and fun with family and friends! Definitely a must if visiting Providence or surrounding areas.

The menu has been cut back due to Covid19 and the service wasnt the best. They messed up every order and although they apologized it was every order in a droup of 6. We didnt stay to play because some of the group didnt feel comfortable with the amount of ppl that were there...but everyone did have masks on.

That have loads of fun games,my favorite is the mario kart one with three other people

This was my first time going. I went to celebrate my birthday and i loved it would definitely recommend it and would definitely visit again.

Dave and Busters delivers what you would expect. This is the second location Ive been to and its very clean and the bartenders are usually on top of service.

Fun arcade, good food. You cant go wrong.

Most of the games here work. Place is clean. Service is just beyond horrible. If you are coming here to play games that than 5 stars. But if you want service for food or drinks. Good luck. They don’t know the specials and they charge different prices.

Great food and service with fun games

Every time I go to Dave and Busters I am not disappointed. The games always working and up to date. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have been here several times and never disappoints my grandchildren or myself

Great games, just wish every game gave you points, some are just for fun. The bar was good, but we barely touched our dessert, it was just plain ice cream and the brownie was rock hard.

The Bills blew it against Houston earlier that night of my most recent visit . I was at Mick Morgans up in MA but once the Pats and Titans kicked off we left and made our way here to meet a couple of friends at the bar. Once there, I told the bartender what was up and despite him not being a Bills fan one iota, he made the Old Fashioned I ordered extra strong . Needed that (and the second one). Til the Pats lost. Felt better afterwards. Yes, Im a hater, I get it. But it was nice to have a couple of strong drinks for no extra charge in enemy territory. Bar looks nice, too. Very clean. Will definitely get drinks here again next time the Bills blow another lead.

This is a fun pack family place to visit. Your able to enjoy the variety of different games with your kids or if your on a date. The food selection is great too and there are deals depending on the time of day and three room selections to choose from. The hours are great from Sunday through Thursday 11am - 12am and Friday and Saturday 11am - 2am. Parking can be a little chaotic depending on the time you visit so be prepared to patiently wait to find one (Yes its paid parking - but reasonable). I will visit this location again.

Kids love coming here and the food is good. Just wish the games werent so expensive. Probably be 4 and a half stars if the games were cheaper. (Or pay by the hour maybe.)

I have been to several Dave and Busters stores. This was my favorite. There was enough space between the games and somehow the sound seemed muted and not as overwhelming as other stores. The staff were friendly and heloful in making sure all food allergies and preferences were accommodated. Plus, their greens are locally sourced! What is not to live about that?

Came in for a casual dinner and drink. The waitress was very pleasant. The only thing that was upsetting was that it took longer then expected but the manager came up to our table and apologized for the delay and comped us for two drinks which I think was the decent thing to do. What strikes me is that we waited another 15 minutes for our drinks...?. The waitress told us that she didnt understand why it was taking so long and said that their not even busy. Just imagine if they were I would have walked out, luckily for them the girl wasnt hungry so I was patient enough to wait.

Not a place for children the games are really just for adults and teens. expensive the food was not really all that we went for the New Years Eve party with the kids and I would never do that again

Very fun games but the prizes cost so many tickets when they are cheaply made and the big stuffed animals are stuffed with packaging peanuts

Love it. Food doesnt look as good as advertised. But the selection of games is great. Wish more tickets per game could be earned (unless it is a game where it has already set the amount).

Good atmosphere, music, plenty of games for all ages. Food and drinks choices to go with all of the screens to watch sports on. Great staff and management for any assistance. And of course mall parking has many floors to choose from.

I went to the one in providence Rhode Island but they did not have enough games

Let me tell you, eating here is a blessing on a normal day.No, not today it wasn’t. My server “Hannah” red hair in a pony tail thin young lady, was rude and disrespectful yes I understand I come in with a group of people and she couldn’t stand the capacity of the group and energy my party had. She was very short with her answers and would be very sarcastic after every question we had she would be so abrupt and interrupt the people in the group.Well that was just how she handled with general customer serviceTHE FOOD WAS AMAZINGbut never once checked up on us to see how the food was nor never filled up or soft drinksSo with that being said myself and the group I was with will not come here again, nor will anybody we are friends/family withI was planning on having a very big group of people for work to have an event here however looks as if we have to entertain other ideas

Came here for my bday with my friends. They have basically every arcade game and their food is good too. Love it!

It is the best place to hangout... For kids and youngsters too.. You can spend the entire day playing games and chilling out in the sports bar..

Games are good. But, everytime Ive been food has came out cold. Bartender doesnt check in with guests. Like the place and will be back just hoping for a hot fresh plate of food!

Fun and safe for the children

A group of 2 friends and I walked from the high school to go celebrate the end of our first day of midterms, we were going to spend about 200-250 dollars, however when we sat down to get a meal and our game cards the manager came over and told us we couldn’t eat and we needed to leave. I usually love it there but the 21+ rule is dumb and should be changed. 21 + should only applicable to alcohol consumption and adult themed locations, not an arcade near a high school.

Always fun with the kids! Crazy that they charge $3 for each play card, even crazier they charged $1.18 for my daughter and I to have mayo added to our otherwise dry cheeseburger. Clean establishment, friendly, accommodating staff.

We take our kids here often for a guaranteed fun time. Always enjoy it. Food is decentDrinks are good. Prizes are awesome and the kids have a blast which is worth it all.

Hair in the food not even an apology when shown, and with the unlimited wings waiter came back to “make sure we weren’t sharing” very rude. Ordered a shareable and only took two bites and asked for a box it was disgusting. Didn’t even use the power card I paid for because I was so upset, if going to a D&Bs don’t go to this one.

Attentive waitress and food was reasonable in pricing and speed. One star down since the food had no wow factor in taste or presentation. But perfectly acceptable and filling.

Very busy clean place great staff food came on time and games were awesome.... Oh and dont forget to try the corona margaritas very good

Dave and Busters is always a good time. We went with the family to celebrate my sons 10th Birthday. We had several machines take the couns and either lock or not work. It took us forever to find someone to come and either refund or fix the machine. Other than that, we had a great time.

First time visit. Big space for adults and children to have fun. Sports bar with various sections for either quieter areas to eat or the bar or right in the action of fun and games. Food and service were good.

Usually we have a great time. Unfortunately we had several games take our tokens but not work to play. No one around to help, once we found someone they didnt credit us the tokens. Worst part was when we sat down to eat, I was served raw salmon. Unfortunately I dont think I was paying attention to it soon enough because I was almost done when I noticed it, due to having poured hot sauce all over my food for my love of hot sauce. I did take a picture of it once I noticed. They did take it off the bill, but unfortunately I have thrown up twice now since being back home.

Took forever to get served. The food was still good. It just took about a hour to get our entrees & apps didnt show up till 30 minutes into the visit.

Had a great experience here tonight, got a burger and it was awesome and cooked perfectly. Bartender Tyrone was excellent and very attentive. Manager Kyle came out and checked on everything too and was very friendly, will definitely be back!

We got there 1hr before closing bad they were still super nice and accommodating! The food was delicious and the music and vibe made it enjoyable! Thanks to our server Jeremy!

I love this place. If you have a party I would recommend that you are here. None of the games are rigged wich is a plus.

Im a fan of D&B but my first experience at this place was not good. We wanted to eat first so we got a table. There were THREE servers in our section and nobody came over to see us. After about 10 mins (right in front of our table) a guy sever asked one of the girls (who had long blonde braids) who had our table and she rudely said not me and walked away. Then the guy walked away and nobody still came up to us. No someone will be right with you, nothing. It was disappointing, we got up and left after we heard that. I get that we werent in that womans section but she was so rude when another employee tried to figure it out. She couldnt care less. Some staff you have there.

37 yrs old...been going here since I was 20. Now bringing the kids. Love the games. The VR Star Trek Ride was awesome. Love the food. Awesome ticket redemption shop.

4 people playing Mario Kart was pretty fun me and my kids always enjoy the air hockey we dont play a lot of the other games since they tend to be shooters. Please get rid of the knuckle guard air hockey paddles.

Only good for the games. Do not go to eat because the food is horrible and the portions are made for small children. I suggest just eating before and saving your money.

Expensive. This place is expensive. The games are fun and theres nothing like it around us. The food is all fast food style but decent, just expensive. I may be getting too old for an experience like this. It was fun until I got the bill.

I Love going here to be a big kid with my family, and kids and just have drinks eat and play games all night. A bit pricey but worth the smiles on my children faces

Last time I was in a Dave and Busters sbefore recently was the 90s. I was afraid it would be a depressed, underutilized dying chain brand. I was wrong! It was clean, fun, had lots of new games as well as some classics and was laid out in a way where you didnt get lost. The sports bar area looked clean and modern. Would definitely go again.

Beautiful local! I am Italian and when I come to America I always go to Dave & Busters. A very pleasant place, I was only sorry that some games gave problems.
