Booked a reservation for 2 almost 2 weeks prior to going. The night of they claimed my reservation was not in their system I asked to speak with the manager instead of putting me in touch with 1 they told me they would find a table for us. We got there and had the most undesirable table it was the very first table when you wlk in the restaurant it was not even placed around any other tables it was one bar style table just kind of dead smack in the middle of every one walking in and out of the restaurant. I was completely uncomfortable and a little besides myself that they would actual stick us right there. Waitresses were slow the place was too packed for social distance ppl were every where I would never spend another dime here nor would I ever recommend anyone coming to this club because its no restaurant at all. Its an actual club every one was dancing around and bump our table a few times while we were eating I was just so unsatisfied by the entire night

WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. First of all this place is a LIE, this is NOT a STEAKHOUSE!!! This is a club at this point. They only have one option of Surf&Turf and it literally looks like Meatloaf freaking disgusting. Really wasted my time coming here and truly disappointed, waited like 3 hours for cold nasty food. Would never come to this place ever again in my life. All they are good for is drinks.

I was here on January 30, 2020 for college night and we got in line early because it was free before 10:30 and when the club opened the security was still talking not paying attention and everyone kept pushing everyone forward and cutting, just a whole mess. There needs to be a better system with the line. Also I brought my coat to the coat check person and I gave a $10 and got nothing back, come to find out my friend said its like $4 not $10 like wow so the girl was scamming for a couple extra bills? Who does that. Other than that the music was good and club looked nice.

Trash. Bad waiters, bad food, weird vibe, sketchy neighborhood. Horrible experience

Thursday nights are the best for the club. Always have a good time and the bouncers mind their business for the most part. Set up is nice and the music is always pretty good. Best club to go to on Thursday’s for sure.

Went last night with a large party. We were seated right away and people were courteous. That was the best part of the experience though. Took some time to get our drinks once we actually ordered them so hope you aren’t super thirsty. Ordered food and that took forever to come out. We kept getting the excuse of “chef says a few more minutes.” When the food did come out, only half of it was ready as the rest of us waited another 10 mins or more before their food was out. I ordered the 10 oz filet and it was the smallest filet on the table. Everyone else got 8 oz. Our sides and sauces took even longer to come out. Steaks weren’t cooked right either. Lastly, upon cashing out, the slips had a non cash adjustment charge on them. No mention of this from the waiter/host. I won’t go back.

Although very appealing and well set up, the service and food did not match. Reserved a party 3 weeks in advance and they only had one waitress for all 30 of us. The food took forever and the drinks had to be sent back more then once! I couldn’t believe my experience. I would never return and for the manger who I spoke on the phone with several times only showed his face once and that was because I asked for him. They need a new manger, more staff and a an organized menu for parties. Such a nice looking place until it’s time for service and food. Don’t bother spending your time or money.

Interior design was very beautiful. Great for private events. The club scene can be slow on a regular weeknight but when there is an event, the place gets filled.

Terrible nightclub. Don’t waste your time. The people there are rude. Music is terrible and the club lacks diversity. Bouncers are very rude and disrespectful. Some advice...DO BETTER.

I went here for an African concert and i had lots of fun i also danced alot. The staff were pleasant and the prices where medium.

Went on a Thursday at 6:30 and the place was EMPTY. Bad sign. The hostess seemed surprised that we wanted dinner instead of just cocktails. Second bad sign. Ordered a mix of apps and a steak. Asked for calamari to come out before everything else. Waiter repeated back “… and you want the salad first”. We said no, calamari first. Salad came out first (third bad sign). Salad came out and then nothing else for 30 minutes, even though the place was empty.My steak was ok and cooked as I had ordered. A bit on the tough side, like the chef did not let it rest properly. The pea greens on top as garnish had spots of wet decay, which didnt surprise me, because my wifes Caesar salad was half wilted. The portions were generous, but the Calamari, Risotto balls, and truffle french fries could have been Sysco food easily. The waiter tried and meant well. He was the only one in the place, so, good thing they were not busy.The vibe inside is very Euro-disco with a touch of ex-strip club. It was clean and seemed new — like they overspent on the decor but underspent on the menu. The lighting was a bit obnoxious and the music, too, but at least it was not terribly loud. Would not go again.

Food came out 2 hours later and it wasnt even good. After we spoke to the manager he said nothing can be done about it. Restaurant is the worst.

Went thinking it was a upscale steak house. It really is a night club that should not be serving food. Everything came out cold. The fettuccine alfredo looked like it was reheated in the microwave. They claim to be a steakhouse but didnt have half the steaks on the menu. I think the only reason they are still open is because of the night club.

Hostess was very nice and sat us at the best table in the house. Waiter frequent our table and made sure we were good. We all had steak and they were cooked to perfection. If youre looking for an all you can eat buffet better go elsewhere, but if you want an upscale date night then you found the spot.

Great place. So beautiful. Put this place in Bristol and its the nicest place in RI. Dont let the area stop you from going. Its absolutely gorgeous place. Easily the nicest and prettiest lounge type place in RI. There has to be $750,000 dollars invested into the inside. Gorgeous

Would have been great if they didnt lie about shooting $2019 out of co2 cannon... Didnt think some place as classy as prime would need to lie to get ppl in the door.. $50 later... Disappointed

Awful service. Called and made reservations for a group and management failed to keep it or serve us at all because it was at 9:30 on a Friday. Kicker was that the restaurant was completely empty. Management was rude on top of everything. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I didnt get a chance to eat at he restaurant I was at actually there fo a birthday party. I went to the club part. The club was kinda dry. Not a lot of people was there. Maybe I went on the wrong day. It was probably a max of 20 people there. I dont think i went one good night. Ill try again

Great decor. Friendly staff. Wait time from order to service was a bit longer than Id have liked but the food was excellent when it arrived. Slightly hard to find and parking was a bit of an issue.

This place is a hidden gem. Got a real nice dance area and beautiful outside patio with a huge projector tv for football games. U can smoke outside in the patio area. Plenty of places to sit, and the music is bumping here!

Awesome for partying multiple dance floors and rooms great outside area.. multuple bars.. hate the cover charge and recently started adding 18+to their parties.. also not a fan if multiple nites of cape verdian music and carribean themes then closed no variety.. needs a POP nite.. hip hop and EDM DJS..

Drinks at the bar are horrible and portion controlled. The lighting is overwhelming. The whole place is awful and way too cosmopolitan.

It took an hour and a half for us to get food. The waiter couldnt remember who got what meal. We ordered four baked potatoes but only got three. The baked potatoes were awful. One wasnt hot the other two looked like they had been broiled for four hours - shriveled and lacking flavor. Service was not great. Would not recommend.

Honestly one star is too high of a rating for this place. Worse restaurant experience Ive had, bad customer service. We had a reservation for my friends birthday for 8pm sat down around 8:30 pm and was served dinner at 11:34 pm. We keep asking for the manager to complain because the wait was absolutely horrible and manager came an hour later and did nothing about it. When we got our food it was tasteless and cold. I do not recommend this restaurant to any one, of you want to eat a nice restaurant theres plenty Im providence thats worth your time and money

Who owns this steakhouse????? They ought to be ashamed with the quality of food coming out of that kitchen. I ate there this week and Im still pissed. The worst overpriced filet Ive ever had. I even cook filet mignon better than that. I know I did not get top quality steak, so to put a price tag like that...smh. I feel like I was robbed. Bread was not fresh, salad was all brown, steak on the dry side and overcooked. Thank God the person I was with was more forgiving then me. Advised me not to say anything just dont come back. You dont have to worry about that and I will tell people I know not to dine here either. This is not how you treat customers... worst dining experience of my life Stick to the nightlife

Very good place to have a party or celebratory dinner. Went with a small group of gals and finished the night at the lounge. The food is unique and the menu is simple but interesting. Little pricey but the excellent service and food quality is worth it.

Very high priced menu. Very few options although the larger filet was Fantastic! Seemed very empty at the time with only 1 other couple in the place at the time.

The 14 oz steak was amazing the lobster mac and cheese was great but what really did it for me was the dessert. A lot of places in RI dont make good creme brûlée, it was awesome.

Would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Made a reservation for 7 on a Sunday wasnt busy at all patio had some people dining room we had all to ourselves. Steak was cooked correctly mashed potatoes were okay brussel sprouts good slightly overcooked but tasty banana creme brulee for dessert was it delicious moderately priced $100 dinner for two.

Went there on 1/19/18 for a birthday party with a party of 10 people. It was by far the worst place for service and food that Ive been to in rhode island and Ive been to many restaurants, but this was terrible. The food was not fresh and hot coming to the table and some of the food smelled sour( the rice smelled sour. The beef dish did not smell right either and the salmon was under cooked. We had a Groupon that the Manager didnt even want to accept( are you kidding me) We went across the street and grapped some Wendys. I would not recommend this place to eat at all. Have the drinks and call it a night

Lpve the ambiance but a little to pricey

The WORST dining experience ever. No pineapple vodka for their stoli doli, no tomato juice for a bloody mary, no blue cheese stuffed olives for their martini with blue cheese stuffed olives.....get the picture? Bread and butter plates but no bread and butter. Our appetizers arrived 40 minutes after we ordered them WITH the sides for our entrees, but the entrees hadnt even been cooked yet. We left. Were now at Cheesecake Factory. Says enough, doesnt it?

I went to have dinner with my son and we love it. Food was excellent, we ordered ahi tuna tartare and bonein ribeye. They were cooked perfectly and very tasty. The bartender was nice and tentative. I will be back.

Although the steak and short rib were good all in all the whole experience isnt worth the price tag. The wine glasses were dirty, the silverware wasnt polished even a little bit, the bottle of wine we ordered wasnt served probably and the meal in general wasnt worth the price. Ive had $50 steak elsewhere, this wasnt a $50 steak. They need to do improve the whole experience there.
