Sales lady was exceptionally helpful. I didnt have my rewards card but she looked my acct up with my email as the phone number wasnt working. And she told me about a coupon that was on line. It saved me about 25.00 on a 90.00 order. And I found what I was looking for. Thanks!

Good prices on custom framing. I also love their holiday decorations.

Not good, I know some senior citizens need to work, but this woman is not cable. She rang things up twice, rang things up that I told her I wasnt taking and didnt give them to me since she charged me and could hardly see even with glasses. She is very nice but needs to retire....

Place is ok in person, but recently called & had a question about a return. The woman on the other end said with a receipt ONLY.I went on to sayI know but can I return it onto the card if I dont have it? Only to get dial tone & found she had hung up after expelling those 4 words. Better customer service would be appreciated.

Very friendly and professional staff. Great prices, especially days of large sales. Amazing Christmas Decor. Anything you decorate with, you will find. Custom framing is done with precision, make sure to get the work done when sales are occurring, can save a lot of money! Great discounts for teachers too, bring your school ID.

Pretty standard Michaels. Theyve never let me down when I needed some quick art supplies.

Good collection and nice store. Good place to visit for art and craft lovers :)

Nice and polite staff! Good selection but limited. It looks like alot of people shop there so there were small pickens amongst flowers and looked sparse. I would shop there again due to ease of shopping even though I have one located closer to me.

Looking for caddy for my business so happy to get one and it was on clearance to top it off and Maria the cashier was very friendly and helpful

I love this store! And everything is discounted right now. Happy shopper.

Thanks Michaels, you made it easy. All employees with masks, shoppers with masks and everyone respectful of one another.

Visited this location for the first time. Did not find what I came for.

Best Place to get your art supplies whenever I need art supplies for my daughter I come here. The supplies are cheap but of exceptional quality

They have lots a great stuff but was disappointed with the yarn selection.

Out of mostly all of rit dyes

Love this place for the craft supplies. Im a knitter and love the selection of yarn. At good prices too!

Fav art n craft place

My go to store for yarn

A place for many artistic people with so many items to complete your projects ️ I spend many hours here

Typical of this chain,,great for hobbies or projects

This Michaels is neat and organized. I found the tier I wanted to put three cakes on. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Good store.

Got what I needed and the staff was lovely. It was difficult to get around though, there was a lot of stuff in temporary boxes on the floor. Probably just the holidays though!

We needed some crafting items for a project, and Michaels had a nice selection. I paid a little more than I wanted because most of the items were not coupon - eligible.

They have great deals. Always check their website for coupons.

Great curb side pickup

Professionally done framing at reasonable prices

I needed candle-making supplies and was able to get all of them at Michaels. Also, a greeter at the door directed right to the correct aisle. My 5-star rating is for this limited but very positive experience.

Organized. Great customer service. Arts and crafts for your hearts desire. Always stuff on clearance. You can find mirrors, paints, classes for arts and crafts, and much more

I recently came in to grab some quick art supplies and they bring out the Christmas decorations and they are all so beautiful and very well priced.

If you know what you want you can properly find it but you have to do it yourself

I picked up an order that I placed online here. They had it ready within an hour, and were very helpful.

Lots of materials to choose from and a wonderful selection of different events, easy to find materials and kind service

Sales signs hang on the shelves but when you get to the register to pay, thats when they tell you the item on sale is not the specific brand you picked. Theyre out of stock. Its very disceiving.

Great deals on crafts especially close to or after the holidays. We always come here for stock frames and actually had custom frames made. Service is good. Some of the time, regular stock items are out when you need something.

You can spend hours in Michaels lol, love it.

Good place to shop for yarn.

Michaels has great sales. In fact, with coupons I purchased a great float frame for under $20. My Michaels is bright and clean with friendly sales ppl. Great store.

They are very helpful in this store. Recent coupons and sales have helped with our many projects.

It has just about everything I need to make my Jewelry

They are very helpful in this store. Recent coupons and sales have helped with our many projects.

Great variety of art n craft stuff

Very complete and nice customer service

Found some great teacher supplies for my new school year!

They have a lot clearance good deals

Big disappointment-- the framing shop has been reorganized to be based on Michaels separate holding inspired by the Property Brothers. The selection of frames is not a robust, the selection of mat colors seems to also be far less, all pieces no matter how small are finished off with big hanging hardware, and a big sticker is slapped on the back with the name of the framing line 9f goods and the name of the person who assembled the framing components. I used to go to Michaels for all of my framing, but this big change is likely to be a deal breaker.

Well stocked beautiful things

Nice cashier, managed to find what I was looking for, but the art section was a hot mess. Competing rap songs playing, not a fun experience. They had a nice selection of oil paints, including some high end, but the prices were high overall for everything.

Perfect store for who likes craft.

Perfect online purchasing experience we pick up items at store and they saved us from a big snafu!

I love the place

Nice, clean and lots of options.

Great selection. Good service and assistance. Bring coupons.

Best prices and a wide variety of art and craft supplies.

This is a womens toy store!! What fun to plot a project. They have everything you need from excellent silk flowers to baskets, from yarn to jewelry making supplies, crayons for kids, construction paper, poster frames as well a custom framing.Enjoy the toy store experience!

Amazing selection on Halloween decor

Always can double up on coupons. Makes crafting affordable

Everything my crafty, whimsical and serious designer can ask for and just walking through I buy more than I started out to get. It is just that good. The quality and prices are perfect and seasons after sales are for stocking up! Highly recommended and they have classes too!

Staff was friendly and helpful but the store location is rough. Kinda on the edge between two big stores so lots of traffic, parking was difficult, and a TON of stray shopping carts in the lot.

Such a clean store and fast check out!

The customer serive is great!!! The worker named Mia is a great help, she was patient and helped me find what I needed. She deserves a raise for her great costumer service and attitude.

This is not a well-stocked store. I had to search for an employee to help me find an item, which they were sold out.

Good goods variety.

Best place for craft items

Good place for art and craft..but there was one employee her name was i think bell..she was bit rude.so i cut one star for her..other thn that store is good

Best Michaels and the staff were friendly

Dont forget to check online for coupons; theres often a 40% off coupon available.

Always a coupon & sale. Love Michaels.

Love my art and the people

Always good sales and craft ideas. Staff at every Michaels Ive ever been to have always been friendly and knowledgeable

Nice store and they have a lot of crafting items, picture frames holiday decorations, etc. A big expensive unless you have a coupon

Very positive, people who work there very nice.

LOVE MICHAELS!!! also love the Location, very clean and peaceful craft store. Only complaint would be making the ‘Enter and Exit’ doors less confusing hahaha -since they’ve recently switched around the check-out line.

Love MichaelsSo many pretty items to choose from

Great options for creativity

Great staff nice clean and organized store. Custom framing dept staff is excellent and work hard to make you happy

Clean, organized store. Some days there’s a very long line with just one or two cashiers working.

Good place for arts and crafts supplies very helpful staff.

IT had exactly what I was looking for

Great holiday sales

It was cleaned out after Christmas.

If you like craft, paint, or decorate you house this the perfect place to find everything you want

Need more help on a Friday.. payday. Overall everyone was helpful. No one working the floor. Not good for business.

The Indian manager is was extremely unhelpful and rude when I was sent to her for help.

Didnt have my thin wood sheets, but always love going here.

Got what we needed and front check out person was great!!

Helpful & friendly workers

Lots of variety in the store, but good luck finding anyone to help you find what you are looking for.

I went in for supplies fire bullet journaling. They have nice supplies for bullet journaling such as pens and washi tape. I was mainly aggravated at the fact that I walked around the store and couldnt find a sales associate. I finally did find what I was looking for but it wasted a lot of my time. The plus side is I now know where other supplies are. Please hurry more sales associates.

N/A

Working on some DIY projects at home so I came here. Prices online tend to be cheaper so always have your Screenshot game on point when going here. Employees didnt seem too happy to give me all my discounts today SMH probably because I bought 4 items that were regular priced $99.99 each for $25 each after all discounts I had to be patient yet persistent & ask for the Manager & General Managers names which I was given with a little employee grumbling.

Its really not my thing, but the cashier was nice, and my wife was happy.

Michaels is an amazing place to buy yarn!! I love every trip I take to Michaels. Great store, highly recommend!!!

Very nice craft store. Hv hundreds and hundreds of craft items. Very interesting place to go for craft and hobby ppl. Near chuky cheese. Ample parking spaces nearby.

Lots of High quality items to choose from.

Excellent craft store they are running low on latch hook supplies and I think they are phasing them out at least thats what they told me.

Very organized and they have a great variety of things

I like its name
