Seems like a nice mobile home park. Really small though! Kind of hard to get in and out of if you dont know where youre going.

Needs to be cleaned up and alot of trailers need to be fixed.

Its gotten a lot better over the years they are trying to clean it up from all the drugs and everything

Lived there years ago. The place has grown. Not as neat.

Its a nice trailer court. But they arent very nice. They are actually quite rude in dealing with people they dont like. They judge to quick without knowing anybody. Everything they made is based on the way people look.

If youre looking for a cheap place where you dont want to have to know your neighbors this is great for you but if you have children I dont want to deal with drugs this is not it

Nice area, affordable places at decent prices.

Not so well kept messy yards. Nice people. Quiet at night. Everyone welcome. Pets accepted. Wildlife wandering around. Deer families l7clve nearby. Owls roosting. Friendly neighbors.

Felon friendly within walking distance to probation office ..

They are aweful. Even if the trailer is owned by someone in the park, the park can still dictate who can live In the home. With no apparent reason I was kicked out of my home I was sharing with a friend who bought the place. I remodeled and got comfortable only to be kicked out without a fair chance at getting approved to live there

None of the trailers are in numerical order. Its terribly frustrating to try and find the right trailer.
