Enrique is very understanding & works so well with all tenants. He is always there to help whenever you need him! He does what can to make the park safe & clean & he enforces the rules of the park very well which most people have an issue with abiding by these rules which results in bad attitudes towards him but he really is the best! Its a very quiet place & youll always see him driving around helping & making sure everything is running smoothly! I enjoy renting from him & living in this park!

Good luck finding certain trailers in this place. The trailers are in no order of numbers that would make sense.

I have lived here for about 2 years and have had little to no problems. The neighbors mostly keep to themselves and while the landlord gets busy sometimes he usually gets back with people within a day or so. (Unless its a big issue then its generally quicker)

I own a place here and it is a great place to live. The manager is very understanding and works with you. It’s one of the cleanest trailer courts that I have been to as well.

My husband and I have been here for a year and a half. Weve had a positive experience with just about every situation you could think of. Even our hot water heater went out and Enrique came and helped. What a blessing!

Its a nice trailer park

Management sucks but its ok place.

Enrique let me stay here for a few weeks in a 5th wheel space till I got paid. I had no where to put my trailer. Because of that I was able to find a single wide that was for sale and moved into it. This place use to be very bad many years ago. With Enriques strong back bone of a manger, it is now a safe place to live. The only problems that seem to arise, are from the ones who wont pay their low rent and they make a ruckus like its everyone elses fault. Other then that, its safe and cost effective to live here. People wave and smile.

I like the joint too.. No seem to bothered buy one another. I like that.

I have had excellent help from the manager for any need Ive ever had and always willing to help fix any problem.

We had a pretty good experience the 3 years that we lived here. The manager is pretty lenient and easy to work with. However there are times when things were really disorganized and we didnt receive our bill, then our payment was late. That being said the manager didnt charge us the late fee because it was their mistake.The park is older, but in the process of being bought out by an investor so it is probably going to be getting better. I chose to move to this park because it wasnt all pavement. Tenants had yards and established trees for shade.Overall, it was a good place to live during that transition in my families lives while we found a house.

Weve lived here for over 5 years now and never had a problem with our landlord Enrique, very patient and caring for the parks, all well maintained and always clean, only people that have had problems are the ones who arent on time with payments and dont stay on top of their responsibilities.

All mobiles that the manager Enrique rents(which he owns)out should be condemned. Most are insect infested, have multiple unlivable conditions and are health hazards. Manager seems decent when you are signing contract to rent, but if anything is wrong with the mobile he becomes invisible and becomes very unpleasant. As far as any prositive responses about Enrique are totally exaggerated! Even called the health department bc of his refusal to attend to horrid living conditions! Has family living there, so maybe that’s where u get positive feedback!

I have had a decent experience with Central park, in Price Utah the park is quite and the manager doesnt bother you. The park is semi clean the homes that are offered by the park for sale or rent are true fixer uppers and then some. The lot rent is not low or high for what it is it is in the average price range, definately affordable.

Place is in very poor condition. Massive flood some time ago and most of the mobile homes should have been condemned but nothing has been done to improve the place.

Honestly its just your average carbon county trailer park. Theres nothing special about it. Oh but it does have really bad roads going thru it
