Really Clean and Nice place too live. Management office Staff is very friendly and are always ready to answer questions. Pools and Jacuzzi always clean and the Gym and Sauna are really nice. I really love that they have 2 Clubhouses that you can rent with beautiful kitchens one bigger then the other for any event you would like to have. I also love that they have a Storage Yard that we are able to store our 5th wheel trailer, where else can you find all this so accessible for a GREAT Price. GREAT place to Live!!

Google Maps does not have it really recognized on it Maps App. I circled around and around the trailer park. Very frustrated and almost left . Big mix up and I just wanted to go home. I do not think the directions are correct on Google Maps.

My son lives there so i visit often. Its kept very clean. Its quiet. A great place to live. Next to community park/offices n firehouse ambulance. My son says the mgrs are great people. he really likes living there. It would b my choice.

Didnt enter, car was pulled over on community and directed to their front driveway after my friend drag raced a motorcycle cop; the stock automatic civic was no match for the sheriff’s bmw literbike, and he arranged payment to the winner while we impeded access to this community.

Management makes this a great place to live

Great area, Great office staff...but I find a couple things strange...Neighbors can be very inconsiderate with regards to how many vehicles they own and parking. I can’t believe 2 of our neighbors have a 2 car driveway and there are 5-6 cars among the family. Leaving no parking cause they take the entire block. RUDE!Also we walk through or drive through our neighborhood and people do not want to wave back at you.RENT INCREASES! Lived here for a year and a half and have received 2 rent increases already...makes me nervous...what can they possibly raise it too?

The community features are not really worth the high land rent, parking sucks! The new solar panel upgrade makes the community look like a stadium or some industrial park! A huge inconvenience, all to utterly ruin the look of the community!

Its really confusing that my mom (who OWNS her house) pays almost a grand each month in property taxes aka - fee to be on lot... Its like a freakin mortgage. I thought a trailer park was supposed to help provide a meaningful opportunity to people in need in some way...

PRE is a great family park. The roads are kept well-paved and clean, the park and all the foliage is kept well trimmed, no weeds, no trash, and the park is really on top of the people that want to turn their lots into hoarder havens full of rats. The people complaining about their lot rent and the fact that they dont get to do whatever the hell they want? They are the whiny babies causing all the problems that are here in the park in the first place. They dont play nice with others.The best part about it is that we are close by to some of the best schools in San Diego County. Add that to some of the most affordable living in San Diego County and youve got a great place to live. My neighbors are fabulous and we help each other out-- how many of you out there actually know your neighbors?If you want affordable living in an excellent locale you should check out Poway Royal Estates.

Only old farts live here I have a weed license because my back hurts and me and my great grandfather cant even smoke up cuz all the other old farts start complaining to the HOA. My back hurts for goodness sakes man.

Straight up garbage, the hoa just wants your money. I cant visit my grandparents without being hassled by the lazy fat ass rent a cops. Maybe next time Ill bring some doughnuts
