We have lived in the Senior half of the park for 3 years. Generally a clean quiet place with friendly neighbors and management. Very little parking unless you leave your extra car on Edgemore which goes down the center between the family and senior sections. Old Poway Park is only 2 blocks away. Lots of activities in the park most weekends. Family side is less cared for with many eyesore homes in among nicer, newer homes. Bad for resale value.

There is so little information on the website I wont bother contacting them. Welcome to 2018 people, update your site! At a minimum maybe put up a few pictures so none of us waste each others time.

Clean, well maintained yards and parking areas. The homes are attractive. Active, engaging community, with various clubs and meetings.

I walk every day and it is one of the places I walk through, it appears clean and well managed. It is a senior park so it is quiet

Pretty nice mobile home park.

Good, affordable homes here. The things that bother me is that I have had two or three different people just walk into my carport like they own the place. There is very little privacy here, and as far as I am concerned one can only build a fence 4 ft. tall, which is not enough to block the view of the neighbors. Speaking of neighbors, most of them do not work, so it brings me a lot of insecurity as they practically watch you leave and go every day. Someone already tried stealing my two mountain bikes. Nice community to live in if you dont mind spending most of your day indoors.

Very clean place

Poinsettia park is one of the worst parks you could live in. You will be paying $700.00 to $1,000 a month for Mary Joan the park manager and her husband Mario to be all up in your business. They will continually harass you with letters and threats about every little thing you do. We always paid our rent on time and were non-disruptive tenants, however that did not stop them from continuing their harassment. There was clearly drug use and people selling drugs on the property among many other shady activities that they did nothing about. Instead they decide to go after the law-abiding citizens cause they now we will follow the law. They have a series rodent problem that the do nothing about. If you call Mario to fix something you might as well save your breath and do your best to fix it yourself. I would strongly recommend to not buy or rent at this property unless you want them and their legal department all over you about the littlest things. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

This is a top-notch facility very clean very quiet would highly recommend it to anyone
