This park was beautiful your dog would love it, if youre one of those people that walk your cat to your cat will love it.A bunch of places that you can take your girlfriend to or your boyfriend too and have a picnic. Theres some playgrounds there that you can let your kids play on.Theres a plenty of Pokemon stops in Pokemon around if you want to play Pokemon while youre there.I hope you enjoy yourself while youre there. My second favorite fountain to cool off in during the hot summer days! Keller park fountain is close by and has actual pools to jump into usually, this year however the scamdemic shut it down.

Winter Lights Festival at the Fountain was so much fun. Great addition to Portland in February.

Nice place to hang out, go for a walk. Saturday market near. Voodoo donuts near. Also a place where activist has gathered.

Great relaxing time: when the Sun is out. Lay on grass, but bring something to lay out on. Ground may be wet during spring and early summer time.

Its the union square park of the west coast on account of the amount of guys who bathe in the fountain.

One of the best waterfront spots for taking pictures, cooling off in the water fountain or boarding the Spirit of Portland Cruise.

Love this place. Been coming here since I was a child and before I can remember. Truly iconic Portland. Best on a hot day or after a run!

Great place for the kids in hot weather. Plenty of benches around the perimeter. Computer-controlled fountain switches patterns every so often throughout the day maybe every 20-30 minutes and the kids love it! also very near to multiple other fountains along waterfront Park.

It is a Portland legend, you could buy weed there in the late 90’s you can cool off after a long summer bicycle ride, people watch, dance offs occur there any day of the week in summer, Thursday night mystery ride at 7 maybe changes during winter, go there with tough skin it ain’t down town lake Oswego you will see teens smoking weed and cigarettes you will see homeless drunks/addicts .... but if you wait in the summer spring and anytime really you will see lovers kissing by the portland spirit you will hear laughter and happy screams from child and adults enjoying the fountainYou will find PORTLAND OREGON

We volunteer every as Communication (Amateur Radio) for the March of Dimes/Walk for Babies.

Between the Hawthorne an Morrison bridges, and across SW Naito Parkway from the Portland General Electric headquarter building at the World Trade Center. A scenic portion of Portlands Willamette River waterfront. The beautiful fountain is a haven from the summer heat for young and old visitors alike. Its a good place to meet before a river trip on the Portland Spirit. (Probably not the favorite hang-out of the Wicked Witch of the West, though. What with the fountain and all. :-)

Depending on the time of day there may be some large rowdy groups but generally a good place to splash with the kids

Great place to sit and people watch while waiting to embark onto the River Cruise Ship Portland Spirit or cool down in Salmon Springs Fountain. You can repair your bike here for free at the bike rental shop were tools and bike repair products are on hand. There is also a permanent Bathroom just a short walking distance (apprx 40 yards) north of fountain off Naito street curb.Always keep an eye on your children here

Waterfront park fountain. Or was cold this dau, but oregonians sil got in the fountain! Love it!!! Did have to see homeless people and one thought it was a shower (nutcase nude). Made me laugh though. Would have been 5 stars if the homeless dude was better looking.

This would probably be a nice Fountain if it wasnt located in the city of Portland. But because it is its surrounded by homeless meth addicts and a heroin junkies who want to rob you it is not suitable for any decent folk.. If you are not one of them I recommend staying the hell away from this place.

I love to eat lunch here during the summer! The fountain is nice when its running (usually only the summer). Its a pretty popular spot with lots of people playing in the fountain when its nice out.
