Beautiful views and large open space.
Sunny. Grassy area well groomed. Happy people. Happy dogs
We went late in the day. By the time we found it it was full sun and 84 degrees. There is no shade and nowhere to park your car. Its the middle of a neighborhood so the only place to leave the car was on the street or in the neighborhood emergency gathering area. This park is good for cool fair weather days.
This place is cool but it really needs a public bathroom
Unique play structure great for strong-climber toddlers (2-3 yrs) and older kids, too. There is no bathroom, so come prepared for that. Loved the novelty of the toys, quiet setting. Its a small playground within a larger grassy park, so I enjoyed sitting on the benches while my kiddo played and enjoying the view of the SW hills. Relaxing!
I grew up at this park for 18 years almost. It was different then... less garbge, trails were kept nicer and there wasnt a deathtrap playground. Its the best park to relax and watch a sunset at, or discover the hidden trails no one seems to know about anymore. Or theyre just over grown. Still a fave.
Amazing little park with a view! Perfect for dogs, trees and you! Go check it out!
Great view and some fun memories here
Nice playground and large field.
Really cool woods with a small stream. The view is nice too.
Bet time to go sunset so beautiful
Nice Park. Didnt have much to do one day so I sat there and enjoyed the sunshine for a bit.
Its a really nice park. I would stay away from it around sunset or youll be eaten alive by mosquitoes
Its a great park just doesnt have a bathroom
This is a park.... It is on a hill.... Yep!
Gorgeous views from this park and a lovely grassy field. Playground is unique and looks neat but not a ton of things to do. Great place for a picnic or to roll down a hill. No shade at all.
Its a small park but nice equipment
Great views! Has swings!
Great playground, but the lack of a bathroom keeps it a short stay. The whole park is on a hill, probably a great sledding spot for the next snow.
We had to really search to find this place but it was really worth it. The play structure is unlike anything Ive seen in Portland, my daughter loved it. Youre going to have to GPS this place if you really want to find it, because youre not going to find it otherwise period but its worth the trip
Our daughter loves this park because its spacious and she can run around. Its a great park for frisbee or flying a kite. Also great for watching sunsets. In the winter when theres ample snow, its a great sledding hill. However, in the spring and summer months, the wild grass and weeds grow large and are unkempt for long stretches. Moles or gophers are also a huge problem here. Certain spots can get very marshy after a heavy rain so watch your step! The playground is modern and complex with great athletic opportunities for little ones. However, its uncovered and totally exposed to the hot sun. Its a shame they didnt budget for some shade sails over part of the structure or a covered benches area. The road alongside the park is mostly quiet but is straight with a fast hill so watch your dogs and children who might run into the road. Cars drive fast through here.
Just needs a little more seating. Hard for us old folks and disabled to get up off the ground lol.
Great place to pick blackberries!
We went here as a group from a retirement residence. First, the bus driver could not find the entrance. Signage was nonexistent. He had to ask directions from a man, who was kind enough to hop on his car and lead us there. Once there, there was nowhere to park. There were inadequate steps required to walk up, no hand rail. Steep and rough grass to walk across. Porta Potties. Completely inadequate for elderly people, or anyone with physical difficulties.
Nice small neighborhood playground great for little ones. No shade, limited parking. Great view in nice open sloped field. Trails and forest flank the park.
This park has a great view! Obstacle course for kids and enough space to run around the grass.
Great view, small parking area, cool playground.
Nice for kids no shade
Great view, playground. Used to be, The Field
Good smoke spot when ya just need with your ice kicker from Dutch Bros. .
Playground area for the kids and an excellent park to view the sunset.
Very nice park. Play area for kids to climb around on the various playground equipment. Other visitors seemed like nice and respectful neighbors with their kids. I flew a drone while my friends kids played on the equipment. Plenty of space to run up and down the hill and a GREAT view of Beaverton/Tigard, could see for many miles on the clear day we visited.
Kid loved it but didnt have swings
Great place, usually have youngsters smoking pot in the evenings, if you were to bring kids
Absolutely beautiful place! The playground above a hill is perfect for sunsets!
Nice view, & some play equipment. Also dogs not on leashes.(with owners)
Great place. Beautiful space.
I love this park as I have seen the best sunset and view from here. The only missing part is a decent track to walk on without getting ones shoes wet.
A nice neighborhood park with a new playground
Great for children, ages 1 to 6. No tree shade though.
Can I get the house across the street Oh Lord?
Cool little park
Great place to let the dogs run around.
Beautiful sunsets!
There is a nice trail through Dickenson Woods; a pleasant 10 minute walk. The woods are sloped, so it’s easiest to enter at the dead-ends of SW 52nd or SW 53rd Ave, and emerge at Dickinson Park on SW 55th Ave. The woods contain the headwater for Ask Creek. Posted: No bicycles, foot traffic only.
Because its just outside of Portland
Great park
Great neighborhood hiking and nice playground!
Clean
Beautiful
Beautiful view
Aside from the walk and playground there isnt much else to make it a fantastic park.
