Fabulous place! Stayed a week and have already booked our next stay. Clean bathrooms and laundry room. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Level sites with easy access. Divided up into separate loops so has the feel of a smaller place. Close to the water and great for watching wildlife and sunsets. Easy access into Corpus.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Our slip was right across from the water! Caught some Red Fish and tons of blue crab. We had a great time! We highly recommend staying here. Everyone was awesome from the moment we stepped on property!

We stayed here in June when the Texas State Parks closed down and canceled our reservations without notifying us. We had the trailers/5th wheels camping together and no reservations anywhere... we were all from out of state (Arizona, Iowa & Oklahoma)... no RV parks were able to help us. We called Seabreeze and Olga was so friendly and helpful. She juggled things and found us three trailers/5th wheel spots. We loved being near the water, and we enjoyed the pool. Laundry room is a bonus too. Thanks Seabreeze and Olga for saving that part of our vacation!!

Clean, well-kept location with hardworking and helpful staff. A community in a location on the bay. Very few problems but those we had immediately addressed. Will come back

I have been here two months.. I do not reccomend it. They allowed a neighbor to beat on my door and try to start a fight with my husband and not take any action. We did nothing wrong .. we were parked in our own parking spot. They allow this neighbor to have a dog pin.. we have to listen to ths dog whining all the time.. th ed y allow this neighbor to wash his vehicle on our lot.. why I dont know.. oh hes been here 8 months... he has a drinking problem but we are going to left our own defense.. I thought I was paying for my lot. But I guess he can intrude on it I f he wants to. . I attempted to go to the office. Lol ok

Nice and clean place, the laundry room has some exercise equipment in it, which is always a plus. Just wish there was an anytime fitness near by. The peir is nice too. The pool is open every day but Mondays. The price is reasonable also.

Its a good RV park across the bay and just far enough from the seedy neighborhoods in Corpus Christi proper. But the attitude here is a bit pretentious and uptight. Had to submit a photo of the RV before coming, photo ID of every adult checking in and there are rules posted EVERYWHERE. Theres no swimming on this rocky beach and though there is a small bay area where water fowl congregate inside the park, its a rather polluted puddle of oily water. I guess thats just Corpus. The camping site, however, was nice and shady with a view of the bay in our bedroom window. The pool was small, very crowded on the weekend, but appreciated. The Texas shaped hot tub was relaxing and cute. The individual bathrooms each have their own shower, sink and toilet, and this place has a very casual lived-in feel. So aside from the scrutiny before and upon check-in it was a rather pleasant place to stay, but I just cant get over the government landlord routine I had to submit to just to pay $50 for a site to park my camper for a night. We stay in a different RV Park every week as we travel this country and have never come across this before in a year and a half of RV-ing.

The location of the park is located in an easily accessible area. Good pier for fishing and my family really liked the pool. Maintenance was always keeping up with cleanliness of the grounds. Friendly and helpful staff to get you what you need. The atmosphere is relaxed and at night it is very quiet. I would definitely stay at this park again in the future.

Didnt return phone call after visit and an additional inquiry. We were told we had a site when we visited. After we called a couple days later, she said they were shifting people around and would call us back to confirm. We found a great place now but were disappointed they didnt show respect enough to call.

Awesome staff!!! Very clean, well maintained grounds and pool area. Quiet RV park, laundry room on site, free Wi-fi, fishing, and breakfast on weekends.

Do not go here if you have kids! They will kick you out if your kids act like normal kids do. But will allow others to do as they please. The so called manager Nelly is very bipolar and makes things up about people she doesnt like just to remove them but lets stray cats run around breeding and spreading ring worms and fleas.

First came here about 3 yrs ago. Been full time rv 11 yrs. Originally gave place 5 stars but complications last 2 trips. The premium sites are the only place to stay. They advertise veteran police etc 5 percent discounts. Good luck. Everyone I asked said they didnt get theirs. Was told they would chk on it just like me never got it. I enclosed a pic of their ad. Beautiful landscaping is the first thing u will notice when u enter. Then the strong litterbox smell and cigarette smoke overwhelms you. Beautiful office with deck is full of employee smokers and wild ferile cats sitting on furniture. Wild cats will. All over ur vehicles and rvs spraying everything. Didnt know I was allergic to them but do now after 3 trips to the dr and shots and pills were very costly after insurance. When it rains they have no gravel and it turns into a mud hole take ur water boots just to hook up and plug up. My hook ups were 5 Inches deep in water. And roads were flooded. Not elevated.Had 5 veterans tell me they booked for a month but reservations were lost by office so they had to pay a very much higher rent for weekly and didnt get military discount. They would owe me 94.50 for all the stats Ive had there. See pics.Hold em games are awesome and landscaping is beautiful as well as the view. B careful at the entrance road is extremely!!! Rough.Very few people drive the posted speed most are 25-35 mph through the resort.I dont plan on ever going back.

Excellent staff and very clean facilities. The pool and bath house were very well maintained. The sites are a little tight but the area is clean. We will stay again if were back through this way.

Very nice when we arrived. We were camping with friends and had been promised side by side spots. When we arrived that wasnt the case, but they did put us in a premium spot at no additional cost. Everything worked out just fine. The only other issue was the wifi it never did work.

I am very happy. This places has reatrooms that are cleaner than my own and I am very OCD. Great view and friendly staff. The place is very quiet too.

Awful place. Management was disgusting. Pool was filthy. Security guy was an older guy and he was a creep. Looking in my windows at night to tell us to move our vehicles. Made my daughter so uncomfortable we had to relocate to another park. DO NOT STAY hERE is you have females with you. They will not feel safe

When someone calls 2 days in advance to tell you they have to cancel because a family member is on life support and they want to go to the hospital, it is disgraceful and unacceptable that you would only refund $20 of their $240. I will never come to your park!!

I have been here for over a year and let me tell you right now, the staff does a jam up job taking care of the grounds and facilities. Its quite and nice here. The pool is always in tip top shape. Thank you to the hardworking men and women of Seabreeze.

The park is a fantastic place to live. The office staff is always, and I mean always ready to help with any issue. They really care and it shows. The landscape is maintained to the T. Love living here and unwinding on the weekends. Oh, the views and cleanliness of the park are 5 stars also.

The moment I drove in, I immediately felt comfort and quietness. Exactly what I am looking for. The grounds are very well maintained and gorgeous. The staff is very friendly and straight to the point, which I can appreciate being former military. The staff completely understood my needs and immediately found a spot and solution. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR!!

Fabulous facilities. Large park in Portland and only 10-15 minutes Uber ride to Corpus Christi. Great location if attending a game at the Whataburger Stadium. Miranda (office) was a wonderful help in getting us sussed and sorted. Would highly recommend for a overnight or 2 night stay if touring Texas.

We stayed at Seabreeze for three weeks. The people and facility could not have been more accommodating. We love the ladies in the office, as well as the park. Stayed in a 43 motorhome. We are looking forward to our next visit.

We called last week asking if they had a permanent space available. The lady who answered was very nice and said they only had temporary places we could stay for a few weeks but every 3 or so weeks wed have to move the RV. This was no problem at all. A week later we called to pay for a spot and the manager answered and very rudely stated there were NO spaces available for permanent residence. I explained to her what the other lady had told me and her response was Well Im the manager and I make that decision and we will not do that. I explained that they were the only other mobile home park in Portland (the other one has very bad reviews) and we really wanted our child to attend school there and asked if theres anyway she could help us. Her response was very rude stating she WILL NOT accommodate us. Needless to say we will be taking our business elsewhere. She obviously isnt too concerned with revenue. No one deserves to be treated the way I was talked to, especially not when I wouldve been giving you my business. So sad that someone hired this lady as a manager. I would put your money into a place that will actually care and treat you like the paying customer you are, this is not the place.

The end of March 2019 was my 4th time at Sea Breeze in the last 3 years. I LOVE IT!!! Were seasoned RVers, and have stayed at various spots all over the US.Sea Breeze has plenty of amenities, generous sites, a beautiful landscape and view of the gulf--and that is ONLY topped by the kind and welcoming staff. They work SO hard to make everyone feel welcome.From their breakfasts and frequent park parties to simply the daily kindness and quick response to requests--Sea Breeze is the top of my list of fun RV parks.The pool is great (with the waterfall); its close to the USS Lexington, the ferry, and all the other tourist attractions in Corpus; its in a quiet neighborhood, IMPORTANT at night; plenty of necessary shopping (restaurants, Wal-Mart, groceries); you wont be disappointed.See you there!!

Beautiful views but as a momma with a small baby and dog who like to get out and walk every day, the roads throughout the park are not pavement and at the time of our visit were muddy

Loved our few days at Sea Breeze! Not all amenities were available while there and when I went to the office and talked to them they went above and beyond to make it right! Would recommend!

Not a bad place, but some areas obviously not maintained. Some areas have fire ants, and the off-lease area has 2 defective grills and a broken up fence. Also has a few tenants with roaming/wild dogs.

Stayed here for a couple of months. Really nice park with friendly staff. Great view of the bay where I was.

Check in was ridiculous! We were staying for two nights during the week. My husband went inside to check us in. He had to come back out and get me and my driver’s license. We both had to sign paperwork.!There was one whole page of rules and every paragraph had to be initialed. Every page she painstakingly went over page by page. They needed an emergency contact. Gave us page after page of menus for the weekend breakfast and activities for the month. Did I mention we were staying two nights and during the week at that? Park was fine. Little awkward to get to. Groundskeeper was mowing and throwing rocks into our truck and trailer. Can’t say I would recommend it.

Speed limit is 7 mph and thats strictly enforced for all visitors, meaning if you love there and you have a visitor that goes 10mph without your knowledge, youll be fined

The pool is closed on Mondays. At check in the lady was a bit daunting. The spaces are kinda tight. Nice laundry. Landscaped nicely.

We arrived after making reservations for an RV through another, awful company. But, when we arrived, there was no reservation for an RV site and, thus, no place to put us. We were on the cusp on a big monetary loss and a ruined spring-break. Nellie and Scott, the owners of Sea Breeze. Simply would not allow that to happen! They literally built a site to accommodate our RV. I can not convey my appreciation for what they did. It was truly unbelievable. The entire community is excellent and beautifully maintained. Their entire staff is outstanding with everyone looking for an opportunity to help. We will be back and give the highest recommendation possible! Thanks to Nellie and Scott and the entire Sea Breeze team!

Just beautiful!!! Palm trees everywhere, fishing pier RIGHT there, pool, hot tub, doggy parks, little train and carousel horses for little kids to (pretend) play, only 12 (car) minutes away from the north beach in corpus Christi, every site has picnic tables, etc...I honestly would love to live there, lol

We love it here. Love the staff and the community! Portland has been our favorite place to live, and we have traveled all over.

What makes this a resort? Our area was clean and the staff were nice. You can tell people live here and some keep their area clean, ohers look trashy.

Tight spots, but all in all great spot

If I owned/managed a business, I would not be rude to paying customers. Unfortunately, that is what happened here. There is a way to talk to people and get a point across without being ugly and demeaning. We were hoping to stay here for several more months, but I will not give this place any more of my hard earned money.Other issues- not enough room to park our 2 vehicles without sticking out in the road. We literally have to step in a mud hole getting out of the truck. Theres stray cats everywhere...climbing in vehicles, etc. There is no yard and have to pretty much sit in the road to sit outside. I paid to use the air compressor and it took air out of my tire...wth?Since Ive named the bad, heres the good: my daughter enjoyed the pool, the laundry facility is nice to have, we had nice neighbors, and its convenient to town.We have traveled all over the U.S. and have stayed in many RV parks, state parks, hotels, apartments, etc. and have never been treated the way we were treated here. Also, I cant say that Ive ever had an issue or complaint at any other rv park other than here. This is also the most expensive place we have ever stayed. Its such a disappointment because it has potential to be a nice place. If you are looking to stay in this area save yourself some money And uneccesary stress and stay elsewhere.

Staff is great, but most roads are not paved and when it rains it gets messy. Love the laundromat, and the walking trail, the view to the bay is amazing.

If you want to RV in a gravel pit w local workers starting their big diesel trucks at 5am, this is the place for you. Dont expect a waterfront site here . Its not going to happen unless you are an overnight it very short term camper.We booked a month a year in advance and were horrified at our site, the musty smelling clubhouse and the unprofessionalism of the young girl in the office at check in.The rest of the staff was very helpful and offered to move us several times. By day nine, it was so depressing that we cut our losses and moved on to another RV park.Again, the only positive thing was the staff (excluding the unprofessional teen) and owner. Save your money.

Sea Breeze is a great RV community. It is well kept and well run. Ive never had any issues which havent been expeditiously addressed. The main benefits of living here are a great view of Nueces Bay, easy access to fishing, a safe location, and having good neighbors.There is park wide free WiFi. Laundry facility is adequate. Pool and hot tub are well maintained. No unexpected fees or price hikes. Family style breakfast every Saturday for $4.

Giving this place one star is literally far too many.If you want to stay in a place with racist management, no values, and no integrity. This is the place for you.I am appalled and disgusted. We have been living in a camper temporarily since hurricane harvey, and literally have nowhere else to live at the moment and Sea Breeze wouldnt let us stay because they didnt like how our camper looked. (Its too old and has some rust) was the excuse we were given. Its a 2001 and in great shape!Karma is a witch. Just saying.Disgusting receptionist too. She needs to readjust her attitude and find some talent/manners

What a wonderful stay!! This park has the most beautiful landscaping. And staff that are always smiling, and anxious to help. The laundry room is bright and comfortable, with a TV/reading room next door thats just plain relaxing.Their dog walk area is great, with a big red/white/blue fire hydrant so Fido can put out all the fires he wants, lol. The pet area is fenced in so they can roam without you having to police them constantly--another plus.Theres a great pool, roomy and clean as a pin. And if youre into the local events, theres ALWAYS something going on--our latest weekend, it was an Easter Egg Hunt and Potluck.All in all, give Sea BreezeRV Park a try...just dont get my spot!!

Decent rate, calm atmosphere, and good location. However the customer service was terrible. Theyre only available during their office hours for check in and questions. There was a main water break that resulted in the lack of water for a day. Which would be understandable, but my neighbor at the time side that happens too often around here. Theyre all about reservations. Good and bad. Before you book your reservation here you need to know exactly how long youre going to stay and do not plan on extending any time. One of my coworkers reserved his campsite for two months. Paid for the first upfront because he didnt know how long he would be staying and the office booked another customer for that site for the second month. Again this would be understandable if there was adequate communication involved. Instead he called in the day before it was due to make sure his payment for the second month would go through only to find out that he needed to move that day. Without a courtesy call or any other type of reminder. Also watch which camper site you choose. Some are pull-in spots. Not back-in. Pull-in meaning you pull into the spot with your vehicle in-between the back of another camper and yours. Next to impossible to maneuver out of with a larger vehicle. Limited parking as well. Other than those issues it was a nice park scenic wise.

Every one has been great love the view of the water and the palm trees. The drive in to Corpus is such a beautiful ride. Only down fall is internet is unstable, unfortunately we have alot of gadgets we like to use and cant even find a provider to install at our site.

So far its a great place to relax people are very friendly and the place is very clean and well kept cant wait till next year to bring my grand kids
