The sound system is excellent! Staff is friendly and theres plenty of signage indicating its a safe space and creeps will not be tolerated. I will definitely be back!

Great performance venue, small and intimate. The staff here really watches out for the patrons. They make sure everyone is staying hydrated and safe during the shows. Will definitely be back!!!

Sun Tiki is like heaven... without Saint Peter standing there at the gate judging everyone! Ian is a true gentlemen.. unless you get on his bad side. I saw him throw this one guy through a plate glass window.. or was that a movie? Either way, the creative community of Portland is a better place with a musical asset like Sun Tiki Studios.

I didnt really have a preconceived notion of this place, but when I called to book a room I wasnt expecting the person on the other end of the phone to be super helpful. Ian was just that though. I was so surprised at how helpful he was that I wrote my first google review..

I played here on my last tour and it was the best show by far! It sounded beyond amazing and Ian was the best, beyond accommodating and friendly. Truly a kind soul, this is the kind of place that just something special! I reccomend this place to see a show or have one, if you do it will be one of the best shows you’ve ever had!

Nice venue, good sound, great people.

Ian is passionate about what he does and hes doing his best to make a very cool thing happen for the Portland area. The space is clean, the sound is great for live bands, and Ian makes sure everyone is taken care of at shows. Cant say enough nice things about this place. The practice rooms are great and theyre only $10/hour, full stocked with amps, drum kits, etc. I play in a touring band and we played here last night for the first time and it was such a positive experience I felt like other people needed to know! Places like this are few and far between so appreciate and SUPPORT them any way you can.

Love how easy it was to schedule a room with the online shared calendar. Prompt at responding to questions via FB. 4 stars only because its a newer company with minor kinks to work out. They didnt open the doors until right at our scheduled in time, but they also didnt rush us out when we were done. Gave us our space but made us aware they were there to help. Excellent quality drums/mics/amps available for use to make things easy. Overall, they come highly recommended! Will use again.
