This place is really a nice clean and fun setting. Many rooms for small groups to gather or sing along and enjoy your favorite music. And a larger area for dining casually and dancing with your friends will have your chance to meet new people. The food is a mix of sample plates of chicken or other snacks and even more complex dishes., choose from the wide options menu, from Chinese cuisine to standard American style dishes. This location will be a suprising addition to your new favorite places.

We had dinner here last night and the food was great. The owners were very nice and even sat down and chatted with us. Make sure you try a drink they make with HPNOTIQ Liqueur. I’m looking forward to going back.

Had fun here the other night with my friends. We love singing Karaoke, great food too. Cant wait to go back.

If Moon Dream wants to have a successful business they need to invest in working equipment and up the customer service. I was recently a part of a group that had an interesting time...30 mins into the start time the room equipment was not still working and couldnt get the songs to play. Then moved into the next room being advised that it would not be easy due to the settings on the computer were in another language and they couldnt be changed...the food menu doesnt have prices listed for all of the items, food was specifically ordered and when it was made was told sorry they (kitchen staff I assume..) thought a sandwich would be better then a slider even though you ordered a slider. The fries were awful. Overall we laughed the whole night because we couldnt believe how comical the evening was. The group is willing to give it another try down the road in hopes that it was just brand new business opening jitters but if the issues and customer service arent addressed no one will be coming.

The karaoke equipment worked and we did have a good time. BUT the owner of this place needs to learn good customer service. Being defensive and patronizing to a group of women on a rare ladies night out is not going to make any loyal customers.What you need to know: there is an automatic gratuity fee. (We were not told this ahead of time and after an unpleasant exchange were told this is normal because other people trash the place .. which we did not)They will not provide you with water. I asked for a water pitcher and they brought water bottles and did not inform us of the price of the water. Seems crazy to not give you water when singing karaoke. It is a bar too right?The food is fine.The owner spent way too long explaining how the tablet works. Went into our time.They would interrupt us while we were singing a song to ask if we needed anything. Not cool when its your turn.Hopefully they have the new POS system figured out because we didnt get a receipt. Just told the cost. Which is why I confronted the owner because we were not told there would be another fee of $24 on top of renting the room and the few burgers we got. I guess its normal but its not normal to hide that fact and then patronize the customer for not realizing that.Im not sure if well be back...
