It is like a scavenger hunt, finding all kinds of hidden gems (if your into that kind of stuff). I enjoyed this place, plenty of trails.
Nice hike up, to be honest not much left to see.
The actual site is extensive, but there was only one entrance we found that we could go underground. The rest of the entrances are clogged with dirt. The open entrance was cramped and filled with boulders. It was actually quite cold down there, as well as flooded, which prevented us from exploring the hallways. The bunker was also filled with litter, as was the surrounding, aboveground area. We even saw a boogie board floating in the water. Its very dark, so youll need a flashlight.
Historically rich area, only downside is some graffiti and destruction of the remains.
Its a hole. Nuff said.
It was awesome for Adventure
This is an awsom hidden gem
Cool history
Closes at dusk
There is a partially-sealed staircase that you can crawl down and into some of the underground building areas
Barried but still accessible,
