I came in to get a recently bought driver used adjusted and couldn’t be happier with the experience from Todd the manager. I would not hesitate to come back or recommend this place or Todd for any golf beginner or amateur. Thanks again Todd I appreciate everything you do
If youre in the Portland area and looking for a golf shop with associates that are friendly and will take the time to find you the right equipment, this is not it. The guy that attempted to help me seemed primarily interested in talking about how great his game is and how he plays blades but those arent for me (not that it matters and not that he ever asked, but Im a 7 handicap and get around the course pretty well.)Generally theres a sense of entitlement amongst employees, and Im not sure where that comes from. Youre working at Golf Galaxy. Be friendly, be courteous, listen more and take an authentic interest in trying to help your customers.If youre looking for an alternative shop option, Id highly recommend Parwest Golf on Halsey. Last two times I have been there, the staff has been super friendly and helpful, and the guys absolutely know what theyre talking about. They dont have the same huge selection of options in the shop but can easily order anything you might need. And its a locally owned business.

Came in to check out the used rack, asking about a good looking set of irons and a salesperson said I’m better off with those “others” clubs, because these were for low handicap players like himself, I thought huh what a jerk! How deflated I was! That was last year and I never came back!
Went in for the Big Garage Sale when I asked the associate about the iron sets (mizuno JPX 919 & Ping G410 steel)that were advertised on sale he replyed they didnt carry any of them. Thanks guys I just drove an hour and a half for nothing.

Went into the store looking for a 3 hybrid, talked to one of the employees and told him what i wanted. he started going on and on about the epic iron set even though i told him i had just purchased the APEX PROs a few months prior at this same store. he responded by grabbing a few of the EPIC irons and telling me to hit them and outright not listening to anything i said while going on about how much better they were than the irons i had just purchased. OK cool?
Good facility, but trending the wrong direction with service. Went in to compare 19 Callaway forged irons to the new Mavrik line as I am between the two. Drove from Wilsonville to try the products yet to be told that I would have to pay $20 to use the bay with their new policy. They had blocked off all but two hitting bays which I feel is a bit ridiculous. I would understand if they had some sort of sign up system with 15 minute blocks or something comparable. I had been willing to pay a premium for a product with the convenience of using the bays, but $20 to hit demo clubs that are supplied by the manufacturer? I have over-spent here for too long & will be done here until the customer service model or system changes.
Dont waste your time. This store is dying. Staff is disinterested, equipment is overpriced and their used selection has been reduced to a minimum. If you want to be treated amazing and get a smoking deal on your golf game go see PARWEST GOLF at 11616 NE Halsey! I cant overstate the incredible service youll recieve there. Itll completely restore your faith in mankind or at least in good old fashioned customer service. PARWEST GOLF folks!
Totally inept website. Didn’t know a golf pushcart was so hard to identify. Maybe a trolley?
We were there for about a half hour. Not sure if I saw anyone being helped. Also apparently left handed people don’t golf. There were hardly any options for lefties at all. Won’t be returning.
Disappointing experience, staff did not acknowledge me during the 15 minutes I was there so I went to ParWest Golf instead. Found what I needed and will be going there going forward.

Nice selection of everything. Went in to buy a new set of clubs. Terrible customer service. Sales people just standing around talking to each other. Totally ignoring customers. Left with no clubs.
Tried out and purchased very expensive driver with agent coming and going during tryout. While purchasing asked if they had Vet discount with a yes.But then a no due to policy for this 2019 products. Strange!Called manufacturer who said they would have honored discount if purchased through other sources.Final conclusion is my 3 wood and iron will be purchase from another. Your customer, Golf Galaxy???
Walked around for 10 minutes looking at different things wanting to buy new clubs nobody came up to me talk to me or said a word so I walked out and I’ll never come back. What an awful place to shop
You must be really desperate to shop at this place! I purchased a push cart 6 months ago and the cart broke. I paid extra for their extended warranty. I came into the store to see how I can go about my issue...the store manager said I need to call the hotline and theres nothing he can do at the store. YOU SOLD ME THE WARRANTY IN-STORE and now you cant help me in-store?? NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!!!
Terrible people at this store and company. I purchased a NEW club online and they sent a clearly USED club to my house. I called the company and they told me to take it into the nearest store. These awful people made every excuse in the book on why “it was OK” to send me a used club when I purchased a new club. They then lied to me saying that no clubs were guaranteed to be new and started openly mocking me when I informed them this was illegal. I will never spend another penny at this store ever again.
Large selection of clubs and nice indoor facility but the customer service was absolutely awful. Waited around forever to be helped, making eye contact with each employee just for them to continue walking passed us. My husband and I went in twice and got treated the same way. They dont want to take you seriously until they see you swing. Got what we needed and left but will take our business elsewhere next time. They obviously have an issue with the way they treat customers based on other reviews.
The worse customer service experience I have ever had. The store was understaffed and the employees that were staffed were rude.
I stopped by this store on Saturday. Granted that it was a busy weekend, I was patient and walked around the store for about 30 minutes and made eye contact with all employees, none of whom asked if I could be helped. Customer service was non-existent and I did not find what I was looking for. Waste of a trip. Will not be returning here.
I was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service I received today. I came in looking to get my clubs re-grip and to purchase a couple of odds and ends and at one point I had two employees helping me. I was able to get in and out in less than a half hour and that includes demoing a couple clubs. I will definitely be coming back for any of my future purchases! Great job guys.
These people are rude and inconsiderate! I was in there yesterday with a 600$ driver in my hand ready to buy and could not for the life of me get the attention of a salesman for more than 30 seconds. Their machine was setup wrong an it was saying i only drive the ball 130-150 yards. The only excuse i hot was sorry sir were really busy! I will take my busisness elsewhere
Repair shop has the best customer service i have seen. positive experience everytime i call or stop in for service on my clubs. these guys know what they are doing.
Brandon was one of the few reasons I even came in. With him being let go there is no reason to shop here. I would never reccomend shopping here now.
Terrible experience. Was told they would match a price. Then they went against that once I grabbed some more products. Would not recommend.

A good place to try clubs, they have some helpful tech to see how to outfit you better than you going to a larger chain and just guessing.

Been there twice both times the staff was not friendly and very impersonable. Not helpful at all and felt as if it was a hassle for me to demo drivers. Would not recommend anyone to go there.
These guys are GREAT golf club fitters. Very knowledgeable.
