A breathtaking display of female Art and athleticism. Ive now seen three different shows that they have put on and each time Ive walked away wishing I had brought more people with me to see them perform.

I can not say enough about A-Awol Dance Collective. My son loved his classes there and we never miss a chance to see any and all of their performances. We haven’t missed Art in the Dark in the 12 years of living in Portland! Each year we try to bring someone new and they are never disappointed. Such an amazing group of hard working artists!

Best instructors, classes, shows, everything.There are classes for every level of dancer/aerialist, and AWOL instructors facilitate spaces where students can grow at their own pace. Ive been a student for years and still remember how welcomed I felt in my first classes, thats why I keep coming back.

A-WOLs instructors are top notch. They are always super clear, and meet you wherever you are at, regardless of fitness level. If you are looking for a form of exercise that is actually fun, and relaxes the neck and back, this is the place for you. Their performances are also not to be missed.

This place is so much fun. Its a great alternative when one gets tired of simple exercises. The instructors graciously help you even if youre not getting it right. Im thinking about taking a class here at least twice a month.

My book club bought a groupon for a 2 hour trapeze and aerial fabric class and we were not disappointed. Our instructor Jessica was a great teacher and an incredible athlete. Many of us were unable to do much with the aerial fabric and she kept us positive and tried to give us modifications. So much fun and Id love to see one of their shows!

Great place! My daughter has learned so much here with the very capable teaching of her coaches.
