Good spacing, temp checks at the door, plenty of hand sanitizer stations available. Wish I saw more wiping down of machines in-between users. Kids had a blast.

Honestly couldnt ask for better service. The flight was quiet. Meals were excellent. And the flight attendants were some of the best lve seen. also they had the best seafood in town.

Went for a friends birthday party. It was a blast. Our kids had a lot of fun! Good amount of games for all ages. There is a pressure sensing dance floor that lights up when stepped on. Also a big with the kids. Check E Cheese made an appearance to wish the birthday kids a happy birthday and do a special birthday song. We had pizza for the kids and adults, which was surprisingly very good! I very much enjoyed it. It was a good time!

Games were really fun and 32$ for 2 hours of games is a really good deal especially for kids who would blow through tokens super fast. Place was very clean staff is friendly I wish there was more regular arcade games though almost all of the games are just ticket prize based games but thats my only real complaint food was also good

Love the new pay by the hour option. Really beats their competitors allowing multiple people to use the play card at once.

We took four of my grandchildren 3 of which had never been before. They all agreed it was the most awesome fun time they all can remember!! Ty

8 birthday parties all booked on the same day between the same hours. Cake and food were great. The cost is rediculous. The place was a total mess. The bathrooms were not being kept up on. 3 staff members looked like they hated people.

Food was good, games where fun for the most part (two machines didnt give us the tickets) but was very disappointed when the mouse (Chuckie) came out. He was sagging his paints, barely engaged with the kids. It was like he was dreading doing his job, very unfortunate during 5 kids birthday parties. P.s. Someone literally pooped in the parking lot 0.o

We loved the card for playing games, that is such a great idea! I was also happy to see they had gluten free pizza. The kids had a great time! My only downside was the price of food.

My kids always love going there. And its great that u can pay for minutes now instead of coins per try. 60 minutes for $20 is awesome. Pizzas still taste amazing too and are stuffed crust

I hadnt been here in about a year, so coming back, it looks to be cleaned up, remodeled, rearranged. Whatever they did, it looks great. Clean, well organized, well maintained. The switch over to digital tokens is also very cool, easy to use. Definitely consider this place for a birthday party as it was very affordable, lots of extras, and a ton of fun!

The staff were very friendly, building was clean and all machines were operational. They had a birthday going on at the time which looked cute as well. Awesome light up dance pad, it changes colors/patterns when stepped on. The rides and activities are packed into a very small place, strollers are welcome but not ideal...just not enough room. We had to wait quite a while for our pizza, but it was quite busy. It wasnt bad but we arent in a hurry to go back.

They do a good job of hosting a large number of parties simultaneously!

Its a great place for December birthdays! & pizza is delicious with nonstop refreshments, my grandkids had a blast collecting tickets from games then redeeming them for toys or candy, my family loves chuckie cheese

Their updates are pretty great. Salad bar is fresh, it would be nice to have pizza included in that all the time rather than just lunch. I dont really know why I cant bring coffee in.. I did for quite awhile before someone told me they didnt allow it. Coffee is the only thing that helps ignore the sounds of the games and kids. Im impressed overall.

While i do like the new card swipe deal for individual kids but its a lot more expensive than splitting a cup of tokens like we did as kids ourselves. Also the games are pretty lame now. Way better when peter pipers was around...

Had my grandson birthday party today and I will not have another one there my grandson didnt even get what he was supposed to didnt even get to do the ticket blaster didnt even see a party host but one time then had another one come up to my daughter and asked her to do a survey for her as she watched over my daughter shoulders while she wrote it and then I asked to speak to a manager and she kept asking why but why why and would not go get one so I had to go up to front counter as she followed me and wouldnt get him until I got sterned with her and made her go get him then he seemed like he really didnt care either wow being a manager I would not put up with that I would be dedicated to my guest sad sad no morals or respect nomore

I liked it because my daughter had a blast and got the jackpot on a game. Love that you can pay for game play by the minute. The kids won tons of tickets. Also the pizza was amazing! I give it a five! Great place to take young kids. Little bit on the pricey side.

Had my sons 2nd birthday at this Chuck E. Cheese. Jazmine was a great hostess. She was very accommodating, friendly and attentive. Everyone had a great time including the adults. Great job Jazmine!

The newer remodel and the purchase time is great. Nicer way to enjoy the games for little toddlers that really do not understand the concept of some games.

Had my grand daughters birthday party here and it was lpts of food. Great pizza! All the kids had a great time. The only problem I have a complaint about is there wasnt someone at the gate at all times making sure someone didnt walk out with someone elses kids. We walked through the gate 3 or 4 times without even getting checked and that scares me...... And for that I give a 3 star instead of 5.....

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised when I visited recently with my son for a birthday party.This location is nicely renovated and feels fresh, clean, and new. There is a decent selection of games and the pizza was surprisingly good.My only major complaint is that the staff look, and act miserable. It kind of ruins the experience a bit when everyone working there looks like they wish they werent.

We really liked the new all you can play options. For $9 you can play for 30 minutes which was perfect for us. I do miss the indoor play area because there arent a lot of places near me that kids can be physically active and now theres one less.

Nice place to take kids, they can run around and can’t get out without you because of marching hand stamps. The kids enjoyed it.

Large venue for kids to play and to host birthday parties. Safe place they have security walking around. Food a little expensive but taste good, good salad bar. And very clean.

Guess our three year old granddaughter was overwhelmed because she didnt want to stay. Lots of cute things for her age but just overwhelming.

It was ok for a let down we reserved a table and party package online but it didnt go thru and we found out when we got there then we still had to pay full price for the star package but was told we dont get a host and we had to wait 35 to 40 minutes before we even got our package started then when they announced all the kids birthdays they didnt even give my daughter recognizen and didnt even offer some type of discount we had to set up our own party and clean up our own party the only good thing out of it is my daughter had a good time

While it sucks that it cost 32.00 for 12 small cups for birthday party because we couldnt use are but we should of been done is give the cups free and we pay for pitcher of drinks plus there not enough room its still tight even thou I took the climbing thing out but lower your birthday package more games need. Plus fix the ones are broke couldnt find none to fix the machine have tickets never got .

I mean, I am not one to subject myself to torture but this place was not to bad (the location) but let me tell you the games only give like 3 tickets a card swipe (yeah no tokens anymore). So for $20 it was an awesome two hours with one child, to get a few little penny toys.But we are moms.. pick your battle ;)

We booked a Birthday party for my granddaughter and it was the best experience she could of ever had. Our hostest went above and beyond for us. He had it all under control and was on it. We did the 11/1 and it wasnt busy, he made sure my granddaughter and our party was beyond great and I really appreciated all they did for us

Renovation is really nice and the layout is cool. But they removed a lot of the cool stuff the place had that made being there a lot of fun. The place is pretty crowded so its difficult to play everything. Food is good and service was kinda slow, theyre probably understaffed or something.

This place is fun fun fun for the kiddos!!!! Prices are right and with a clean environment I would recommend it.

This is my place for skeeball. Must less expensive than other places in Kalamazoo and there are nights you can play with few kids from 7-9. Its a good place to unwind and a unique simple date night. Gone is the ball pit and its clean and updated.

What can be said...its a kid casino! Pizza crust flavor was good...nice to have a pay by the hour option for games! As long as kids stick together that can be a great value!

Fast service for ordering and getting play time. The store is not usually crowded. Their games are inexpensive compared to similar establishments. Lots of fun for the children. Their pizza and salad bar really isnt very good. But we eat it because we are there for the kids.

We had fun at a family members birthday party. The updates/remodel is nice, but there are no larger tubes and slides to play on. There also was no place to put coats ect. by the birthday party. They no longer have chairs but rather benches, they could easily add some coat hooks near the table. I was impressed with the unlimited games, with in whatever time is chosen, kids could still earn tickets and had the potential to earn more than in the past. Decent prizes are still worth way too many tickets, but dont seem to be inflated with new play options. The kids do enjoy their time here.

Went there for my sons birthday, our host Brooke (I think her name was) she was absolutely amazing will be back bc of her! However there are only 5 ticket machines and 1 was broken and took A lot of tickets and they were not reimbursed :(

We did the hour play pass and discovered each game took several minutes off the time with each swipe of the card which was disappointing. Miss the playland they took out as well. On the plus side the food was great

Being able to have the entire building for my son and his friends for two hours was perfect. Not only where the kids having a blast but all the parents got in on playing games and having fun being a kid again. Would highly recommend booking a kids party here.

Really good food and super fun and enjoyable for people of all ages

Pizza was ok. Expensive. Wish it still had a playground for the kids to burn some energy without just spending money. We wind up spending less money now since we dont spend as much time there. Even with a military discount we spent $80 for food and arcade tokens for 3 kids.

The new remodel feels clean. The kids love getting the tickets from the various games - mostly physical games like shoot the this, pound the that, or roll the ball into the thing over there. There are some rides for the really little ones as well. Pizza quality is as expected - not bad, not the best - aka, perfect for the kids. They have value packs where the kids get cards preloaded with credits for games. Most games are 1 credit per play, so everyone gets to play for a while. Much longer than other places. They also have a few beers on tap - making the chaos of 20-30 kids running around screaming with delight a little more tolerable.

My grandsons had alot if fun. We waited about 30 minutes for our pizza which was no big deal the kids were really hungry by then. Unfortunately I was not able to enjoy my food. Id sked for sausage on only half of the pizza due to th fact that Im allergic to sausage. When I told them about it, they did offer to exchange it. But I wasnt making my grandsons wait any longer to eat. Other than that we had a good time

We had a blast for Kaileys birthday. It was not a party just a tiny group of us. The packages werent too expensive, and all my children had a blast. The security was great. They wouldnt let my children out with my Aunt, they made her get one of the stamped parents. Very safe, and secure. The location also had a toddler section with a slide and stuff for the little tyke that doesnt understand games.

I havent been to Chuck E Cheese since I was a kid. And that was years ago! But I went to the one in Grand Rapids at the time. But the one in Kalamazoo is very Nice.

While using the restroom a woman had a baby but the change station was in the handicap stall. That was occupied so the woman had to change the baby while he was standing up. The other stalls were open. An employee came out of the handicap stall. Unbelievable

Good fun, great customer service and most importantly, they have great customer service to kids.

The whole system changed. Time on the cards. If you have a card you have to pause it to stop and eat. There its a lot of games for an older/team crowd. The prices are way to high for the pizza. But the salad bar quality was good.
